I chose Hanover Place because I liked the location and they had availability when I needed it. The apartment size I am in is fine, I have a 1 bedroom. They only provide breakfast and it is good. I think that it is pretty expensive for what you get but overall I would recommend.

The tour was great! Very nice facility and loved the 2nd floor outside patio area, but just didn't care for the setup of the property or placement of garages.

Very kind caring staff. The food is also very good wonderful soups.

Staff very accommodating. Meals are good about 90% of the time. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Residents are friendly and down to earth people.

I've lived in this community for almost a year, and am quite satisfied with it. The staff and most of the residents have been very friendly. I also enjoy the activities, and the food is usually very good.

This is a very nice facility that would meet Mom's needs but it is on the pricey side.

Canvas is brand new, and hasn’t officially opened yet. However, it is in a really convenient location right next to grocery stores and other shopping. The room sizes at the community are nice and the amenities are really good. They have two courtyards, and many activities such as exercise classes, a maker’s workshop, outings, and an in-house beauty salon. They also supply a continental breakfast for the residents and transportation to appointments. Overall, we’re off to a good start, and it seems that our experience will be a good one.

Well this community is nice. When we first moved in the apartment wasn't cleaned so they just had to fix that issue. Ever since then it hasn't been an issue. They are responsive to maintenance request. They have a continental breakfast. We are going to go on a trip to Dallas Soon and I'm going to join a lecture series too. The grounds are well kept up. I would recommend this community.

Appeared to be a very nice facility

This is a nice community for independent living. The staff were friendly and helpful. The community is kept well maintained. They offer some nice amenities. Unfortunately, my loved one had to move to an assisted living community.

I also toured Hanover Place of Tinley Park. The people there were very friendly and able to answer any questions I had. It was just not as nice as another community that I toured and liked a bit more.

My mom toured this community for her care. She liked the staff and that they could answer her questions. The community was clean and she liked the menu. She wanted a bigger community at the time of the tour but would recommend that families tour this community for the care and comfort.

I have no complaints of how things went for my mother and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I was impressed with there floor plan as well as other amenities they had available to the other residents. Overall it was great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. Overall It was pleasant just was not the right fit for my mother .

I also toured Glenmont Abbey Village and it was a good tour. The thing I did not like was that the pool was outside and The activity room seemed underutilized.

This community looked clean when we visited. The staff we met were nice and knowledgable. This community did seem to offer a lot of activities. The community we chose seemed to work better for us.
