They were reliable company. Caregiver's compassionate and kind. I would always double check the invoice and I sometimes found errors but they were happy to make adjustments. Apologetic for the mistake. Had a company before that the caregivers would not show up. That then became very important to me.

The only issue we had was a replacement was never sent if the caregiver couldn't be there. When it comes to notification we would give that a 1, but for transport we would give a 5 and we would recommend them to others based on our experience

It was a positive experience. They were able to place caregivers quickly and were responsive as our needs changed. Staff were friendly.

I would recommend the company. We did have to make a change of staff in the beginning.

Providing 24/7 care for a mostly bedridden elderly woman has to be a demanding task to staff. For the most part the caregivers have been very good. There are a few caregivers that are just outstanding. The scheduling took a while to get under control but it has definitely improved. It is very very expensive and is really a last resort.

My mom only used services for about a week. Based off of the short experience, I would recommend Home Instead to those looking for home care.

Staff is on time, nice , and helpful. Rules don't always apply in every circumstance and shouldn't always be enforced. Only had one bad experience with the staff and one bad experience where payment was enforced when a family member suddenly died and the patient was not going to be needing the sitter..

The HHA was very tentative to my mom and genuinely showed care and comfort ([name removed]). Very supportive to my sister and I. Along with having breadth ok knowledge as a caregiver

Respite care helped my father with cleaning the house and giving him a break 4 hours twice a week as he was my mother's sole caretaker. I would recommend their services to others looking.

My mom had a wonderful experience with the first caretaker that was sent out. They really got along well. We only used the service for a couple of weeks. Kathy the LPN contact that was coordinating the caretakers was very responsive and worked very hard to get us care for the days and times we needed even though we were probably challenging by asking to change things up frequently and with little notice at times. We did have some concerns with a second caretaker but they were addressed immediately

Owners are very helpful. [name removed] my mom's primary caregiver is fantastic. Hit or miss with the weekend care but overall very satisfied.

Making a decision for a homecare services can sometimes be over whelming. I could not make a choice for my dad's long term care. So iI consulted one of my co workers who introduced Axion Home Care to me. So I decided to use this agency for my dad and am so satisfied with the quality of care that they provided for my dad before his passing to GLORY! I strongly recommend the agency for your home care services.

Disappointed that it costs so much for 2 nights a week. Looking for a way to not spend nights to cut down hours. Having someone just sit here through the night in case his sugar goes low and making his supper seems like alot of money.

Responsive owners. Flexible scheduling. Caregivers are attentive and communicative.

Their minimum is 4 hours. You do not get the same caregivers all the time. It is pricey, but I would recommend them.

Excellent service from a top notch company. Our toddler son loved it with the provider and was well taken care of. We were using other agencies until recently and faced frequent last minute cancellations. This agency is more reliable and better than Jovie or TLC. We plan to use them again.

We needed trusted home care workers to provide part-time home care for our aging mother, who had been living alone and was very independent, but whose health had declined and now needed help, since my brother and I both lived in different cities. Bret at Home Instead Milwaukee was able to work with us to come up with a workable plan that was both respectful of my mom's wishes, dignity and personality, and kept her safe. Bret in particular was always a pleasure to work with.

Attentive and responsive management team. Friendly, reliable daily home care service. They reached out right away after initial contact. Spoke directly with the owner and then to scheduling professional as care plan came together. They always respond to questions in a timely manner.

I would recommend Helping Others home care in the home setting. The facility Dad was in had more requirements than they were able to meet. My sister spent most of the time on the phone with the coordinator, but they seemed willing to accommodate us, very friendly.

Everyone we've met has been lovely!! The only downside so far: some caregivers we met have left abruptly (within the company). It can be challenging for a dementia patient who needs stability. We're very appreciative of you all!!
