EZRA Homecare and its outstanding staff was pivotal in my ability to return to work last year when my husband returned from the hospital after a lengthy stay for an unexpected illness. The caregivers are professional, experienced, and incredibly caring. Over the the last year my husband has made great strides in his recovery largely due to the dedication of our caregivers that follow through on “homework” from the various therapists that continue to follow his progress. They supervise exercises, play brain games and even discuss the Red Sox, though many were not necessarily fans. They are highly knowledgeable and can offer tips and solutions for issues we have around the house and or when we travel to appointments. The folks at EZRA are responsive and flexible if we need extra hours or a day off. On the few occasions when a substitute has been sent in, they are completely briefed on my husband’s needs and can step in with little assistance from me. We feel so, so fortunate to have this wonderful, caring company.

I only used them once so far. Everything went well. I am going to be using their services again this Sunday on Mothers Day. Looking forward to the same results. Great agency to call when you only want somebody for a few hours now and then.

I am 77 years old and disabled with ALS. Ezra Home Care provides my wife & I with a home health aide for 4 hours 6 days a week. The home health aide helps me get out of bed, helps to give me a shower, helps me to get dressed, and helps me to exercise.I use a power chair and the home health aide accompanies me on a 2.5 mile "walk" in my neighborhood weather permitting. Additionally, the home health aide does some household chores such as unloading the dishwasher, making my bed, changing the sheets, doing the laundry, "swiffering" the floors.If and when an issue may arise, the office staff is both responsive and helpful. I have been a very satisfied customer since July 2018.

I have only positive things to say on how Synergy Home Care Greenfield runs and operates their business. In all of my discussions/ interactions with [name removed] the owner; it is very apparent that her clients/ family members well being and safety of her employees is the number one priority. To put it simple, their main focus is on positive interactions with anyone they come in contact with. Their attention to detail when it comes to filling out reports and investing back in the business are clearly seen through the results they are getting in the areas of safety for their employees and growth of their client base. This cannot be achieved without extreme passion and care for what they do. Well done team Synergy.

Very conscientious staff and really worked hard to accommodate our crazy schedule. They always kept in close communication with us and I would definitely recommend them to use. And I will be using them in the future whenever needed.

Senior Helpers was a great comfort to me and my family during an extremely difficult transition time for my father entering into a Memory Care Facility. We needed to set up companion care staffing in a hurry, and everyone I spoke with was caring, responsive, supportive and informative throughout our interactions. Always they kept my father's well-being as their priority. We definitely had confidence and peace of mind that our decisions and plans were appropriate at each step. I'm writing today to let you know about the sustained exemplary performance of the caregivers at Home Care Assistance. [Name removed] has been providing tremendous care for my mom during these many months of day/night service. Whether taking her to movies, various restaurants or even accompanying her on a cruise, [name removed] has consistently assisted my mom in ensuring her enjoyment being 'out and about'. I fully understand that my mom can be quite the 'handful' at times, but [name removed] is able to smile through the challenges while maintaining her cheerful spirit. [Name removed] greatly alleviates many of my concerns since I live on a different coast. [Name removed] proactively keeps me informed via texts if there are problems that must be immediately addressed (i.e. car mechanical issues, plumbing issues, etc.) so it enables me to quickly resolve the issue before it escalates. [Name removed] has the skills, temperament and willingness to be flexible according to the client's needs while simultaneously ensuring they are safe and happy. I would classify [name removed]'s accomplishments and attitude is of the highest standard attainable. I hired Ezra Home Care 4 months ago to help care for my Mother, based on a referral from her assisted living facility. During this time, Ezra has really come through for us and I recommend them without hesitation. They are highly responsive, providing appropriate care when you need it whether it involves a few hours of companionship or around the clock care. We have faced more than one crisis when we suddenly needed 24 hour assistance. In a matter of hours, Ezra pulled together a great caregiver team allowing my mother to come directly home from the hospital. The Client Support Staff ([name removed] and [name removed] in our case) have taken a genuine interest in my mother, stopping by frequently for in-person visits. They provide regular updates to the family and respond almost immediately to every inquiry or concern. By getting to know their clients and the family, they have been able to identify caregivers that best fit my mother’s needs and interests. Our family is fortunate to have Ezra by our side and thank them for everything they have done for us.

Our family has recently had the honor of having the most wonderful lady take care of my mother in law. [Name removed] has been a gift from heaven. She is the most caring and professional caregiver we have ever seen. My mother in law was so comfortable with her. We had to say goodbye this morning to my mother in law and [name removed] was there for us, and is staying until she is buried. She feels like a part of our family. This is a very professional and compassionate company.

We found this agency in the resource Book for seniors. I called 6 companies total and the reason I went with Options is the initial interaction with the manger [Name removed] as well as the professionalism and the responsiveness of their staff. For this I give them a rating of 5.

Not only were they able to provide a quick turnaround on the request for service, the aides were excellent and immediately clicked with my mom.
