They sold me on the 1st visit and as she is new to our community they are working out the quirks. The caretakers for the most part have been great!

Primary care givers were very friendly and professional. They took great care of my wife, were able to relief me and provided me a break. They were very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Home Matters as care givers. Home Matters have excellent staff and provided the service that was needed for my wife and me. Certainly would select their service when needed. I like the services brought to the residence instead of the rehab facility. Please let the caregivers know their work has not gone unnoticed.

Mom has had a couple good people helping her. She likes it when the same one or two people come so she doesn't have to retrain people all the time. She likes to feel comfortable with the person so they can help her go through personal stuff. We have learned that texting gets a faster response for an immediate situation and if you do leave a message just ask for a quick call back to know that the message was received

I liked their time, and flexibility. I would recommend to others and I'm satisfied with them

What we like most about Home Matters is that they will do mostly what was asked of them, within reason. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families, we just didn't have enough to keep them busy, coming 3 times a week and 4 hours.

It was the first one recommended so I wasn't aware yet of any other facilities. I would recommend to others and I have, however I would also recommend to interview two or three agencies to compare and find the right fit.

Senior Helpers try to match my husband with caretakers that he likes at the same time accommodating my needs. We have had only one incident where the caregiver they sent was not a good fit and they assured me they would not send that person again. The caregivers are dependable and professional.

[name removed] who was the manger that I first met with was lovely! Very kind! When I had an issue they responded quickly to resolve it!

What we like the most about ComForCare Home Care is the accessibility of management and customer service. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had!

Some caregivers were excellent, others not so much. But for the most part, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this agency to others looking for home care.

I left out the categories that don't really apply for us. These are overall ratings. I must say that for both [name removed][name removed][name removed] and [name removed] , our current regular caregivers, I would give a 5 all around. I hope we can keep them on Mom's team for a good long time!

We are super satisfied with the amazing and caring staff who support Mom. The value is good and in line with other providers. Reasonable for the service level. In general, I would say, we are very happy with the whole service. I know that meals my sister leaves meals and they've been microwaved and taken care of they take great care of her clothing. The very friendly mom loves them, so, it's all good

[name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful to work with. This is a small agency, so had to wait for them to hire people to get the help. A couple of missteps with caregivers not showing up and had to drive out to my parents home at 10 pm on a few occasions to cover the shifts. Took a while, and still working on, caregivers filling out care time sheets appropriately and in a timely manner. They will always work it out though. One caregiver does not speak English, which makes it hard, but only one of the overnight caregivers, so limited talking needed. Daytime caregiver, although great with my father, could never help in taking him to appts for me as her car is very unsafe and not trustworthy.

Price & flexibility of hours was a 5. I really liked the owner, very thorough, friendly and flexible. But the person sent to care for my dad was to young and inexperienced. If hiring this company, I recommend asking for a mature caregiver.

This review is borderline 5. From the first phone call I immediately felt a personal connection with PeopleFirst. We had a great initial meeting in person meeting and once matched with a caregiver were able to meet her first to make sure it was a good fit. Other places did not give that opportunity. Overall the care quality is good, we are only using companion care and light house keeping/meal prep but my mom is happy. Negatives, the billing address to where to pay them on the invoice is not correct so our payment got returned, after a few months they have still not updated it in their system so it's confusing. We also asked to get bi-weekly invoices which I needed to remind them of.

The cultural diversity of caregivers from various countries adds interest to the caregiving experience. At times, communication in English can be challenging but it can be a learning experience for everyone.

Met with owner of Blessed Hearts for the purpose to learn about their services and for them to evaluate my wife's compatability with the services they provide. Owner was very knowledgeable and so comfortable to discuss my wife's needs. I found the cost for their companion services to be fair and resonable. We did not visit their facility. I would have engaged their services but shortly after our meeting my wife's health degraded to the point where she would need a qualified medical service provider to not only watch over her, but also administer medications.

I was having chemotherapy and the doc thought I would need home care perhaps for 1 week after each treatment. I did have someone for 12 hours on the nights after my first 2 treatments. However I found that I didn't need anyone so didn't use the service after that. I think the doc didn't know how I would react to strong treatment and wanted to be sure I had help if I needed it. I would recommend their services to other families who may need them

The scheduling office has been a great help to me. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed when we started. When I was just doing 2 four hour shifts it was difficult to get the same people. I just felt like a steady stream of different people. When we didn't care for a care giver I would just call the office and let them not to send the person back. Then mom my had went in the hospital and when she got out I had to change the shifts to 24/7. I was out of town just making phone calls. My sister was here. I had told the office I would leave it 24/7 until I got home and decided what we needed. Once home I went to 2 eight hour shifts. I have gotten pretty much the a steady group of caregivers now which has been nice.

They could improve on communication and follow through of things they say they will do. I like the fact that they are flexible with hours of service
