Most of the caregivers are experienced, caring & work well to try to accommodate the needs of my mother. There have been a few caregivers that did not work out well due to inexperience & lack of work ethic. The management staff are professional, friendly & mostly willing to work with the family on various requests or issues as needed.

Overall experience: 4 Friendliness: 5 Quality of care: 3-3.5 this is very hard to evaluate because my mother resisted everything her caregivers attempted to do for her. It is our consensus, with so much resistance and no positive affirmation, over time they probably stopped trying. I think we have probably all found ourselves in that position at some point in our careers Administration: 5 [name removed] could not have been more helpful Value for the money: 4 One other point I want to mention is there was never a time, whether it was daytime, evening, or weekend that Tara didn't answer our call/text or respond almost immediately. That was definitely something we loved about Cornerstone!

I had them as my at home assistance. The administration staff/owner was excellent. The quality of care was a 4, they shuffled a few assistance workers thru my home right at first, but we settled in on one girl that was fantastic....I can't remember her name but she was awesome. The value for the money was very good. The girl would help with making lunch everyday making anything my wife wanted. Over all I would recommend them for in home care.

What we like the most about BrightStart is the accessibility, care , flexibility , patience about my scheduling. Caregiver helpful & very good! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

This is a very good and caring service. The staff is professional and quite helpful. Management is very quick at responding to any questions or needs you may have.

I live out of state. And I'm here about every three months for a couple of weeks. What I've seen is that the women who have come to help my mother have been attentive and caring and generally seem like they've had experience before. My one criticism is last time I was here in February and also this time People have been unavailable on Sundays, which is one of the Home Instead days and they have had a hard time finding subs. So that would be my one criticism.

The friendliness Depends on the care provide. A few things we like is their response to our inquiries. [name removed] was very personable from the beginning. Their caregivers assigned with the exception of one was friendly, mom felt comfortable and they followed our requests. One of the initial reasons we chose this agency was [name removed] told us about a Dementia program where they have caregivers specializing in this area. But when we connected with the caregivers, it did not exactly feel this way so that was one thing they can improve on.

I had two different care givers for my mom when I went out of town for shows. Both were absolutely trustworthy and reliable. They were friendly and my mom seemed to enjoy their company. All in-home care is frighteningly expensive. But when you need to have it what choice do you have. Overall, the experience was a good one. Something I would recommend to people in my position.

Admin is great. Minimum hours required helped us. Cost is good. [name removed] the caretaker was outstanding.

I like the caregivers that the matched my mom up with. Great team of caregivers and yes, we would recommend their services to other families.

We needed caregivers who were available at night, 7 days a week, and Senior Helpers was able to provide that.

The staff was completely helpful and flexible when drafting a schedule. Very accommodating and compassionate. For our family, committing to 6 hours a day was too much for our needs. If our situation changes in the future, we will gladly contact them.

If the client in need of assistance needs help with taking their medicine (like placing medicine in their daily box) staff is unable to handle/touch the medicine. There's no access to pay online. They require to keep the client's checking account on file or to have a check mailed in. This was inconvenient.

Care was excellent! The caregiver was wonderful. Very caring and helpful. The owners especially the gentleman was a little unprepared to handle billing.

The owners are great, really helpful. I know my mom fell while one of the caregivers was there...after that they deemed her a fall risk and did a bit of hovering. My mom is very independent t and a bit stubborn...I am sure that did not help.

I would 100% recommend. I would add that they were a lifesaver for us as my mother's health declined, and [name removed] and his team were so compassionate and kind, they made a difficult situation much easier. There was no facility, this was home care. But I chose this company in large part because owner,[name removed], was so kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Most of staff was nice with one exception which I will not go into. They were very gentle and caring with my wife. [name removed] and [name removed] were the best caregivers. I would recommend this company to anyone that need care for a loved one.

They sold me on the 1st visit and as she is new to our community they are working out the quirks. The caretakers for the most part have been great!

Primary care givers were very friendly and professional. They took great care of my wife, were able to relief me and provided me a break. They were very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend Home Matters as care givers. Home Matters have excellent staff and provided the service that was needed for my wife and me. Certainly would select their service when needed. I like the services brought to the residence instead of the rehab facility. Please let the caregivers know their work has not gone unnoticed.

Mom has had a couple good people helping her. She likes it when the same one or two people come so she doesn't have to retrain people all the time. She likes to feel comfortable with the person so they can help her go through personal stuff. We have learned that texting gets a faster response for an immediate situation and if you do leave a message just ask for a quick call back to know that the message was received
