I'm writing today to let you know about the sustained exemplary performance of the caregivers at Home Care Assistance. [Name removed] has been providing tremendous care for my mom during these many months of day/night service. Whether taking her to movies, various restaurants or even accompanying her on a cruise, [name removed] has consistently assisted my mom in ensuring her enjoyment being 'out and about'. I fully understand that my mom can be quite the 'handful' at times, but [name removed] is able to smile through the challenges while maintaining her cheerful spirit. [Name removed] greatly alleviates many of my concerns since I live on a different coast. [Name removed] proactively keeps me informed via texts if there are problems that must be immediately addressed (i.e. car mechanical issues, plumbing issues, etc.) so it enables me to quickly resolve the issue before it escalates. [Name removed] has the skills, temperament and willingness to be flexible according to the client's needs while simultaneously ensuring they are safe and happy. I would classify [name removed]'s accomplishments and attitude is of the highest standard attainable. I greatly appreciate [name removed] diligently working to assist my mom and she is an exceptional employee that only reflects positively upon the quality personnel hired by Home Care Assistance.

I hired Ezra Home Care 4 months ago to help care for my Mother, based on a referral from her assisted living facility. During this time, Ezra has really come through for us and I recommend them without hesitation. They are highly responsive, providing appropriate care when you need it whether it involves a few hours of companionship or around the clock care. We have faced more than one crisis when we suddenly needed 24 hour assistance. In a matter of hours, Ezra pulled together a great caregiver team allowing my mother to come directly home from the hospital. The Client Support Staff ([name removed] and [name removed] in our case) have taken a genuine interest in my mother, stopping by frequently for in-person visits. They provide regular updates to the family and respond almost immediately to every inquiry or concern. By getting to know their clients and the family, they have been able to identify caregivers that best fit my mother’s needs and interests. Our family is fortunate to have Ezra by our side and thank them for everything they have done for us.

Our family has recently had the honor of having the most wonderful lady take care of my mother in law. [Name removed] has been a gift from heaven. She is the most caring and professional caregiver we have ever seen. My mother in law was so comfortable with her. We had to say goodbye this morning to my mother in law and [name removed] was there for us, and is staying until she is buried. She feels like a part of our family. This is a very professional and compassionate company.

We found this agency in the resource Book for seniors. I called 6 companies total and the reason I went with Options is the initial interaction with the manger [Name removed] as well as the professionalism and the responsiveness of their staff. For this I give them a rating of 5.

We have had a wonderful experience with Home Instead’s Goodlettsville team for approximately 1 1/2 years. The caregivers have been compassionate, respectful, and empathetic. I can always depend on them to be professional in every way. The caregivers as well as those in the office have been such a great support system for both my husband and for me. Our lives have been so much better with the help of Home Instead.

Home instead in Goodlettsville and their caregivers have made such a difference in our lives. We have had a great experience for about 1 1/2 years now. My husband has been treated with respect, compassion, and empathy. Home Instead has been a great support system for me as well.

We’ve been very pleased with A Homemade Plan. From day one, they’ve been responsive, extremely flexible, and always available for questions or to provide options when our situation changed on an hourly basis (which it did, several times). When we notified them that a particular caregiver wasn’t a good fit with our family member, they immediately replaced her with someone who was a better match. We now have a full-time live-in caregiver through A Homemade Plan, and are very pleased with the care our loved ones are receiving.

Our Mother absolutely loved her night care assistant and so did we. We had peace of mind knowing that our Mother was so well taken care of.

The owner, the first individual that assessed my mother, the nurse and each of the caregivers was professional, timely and genuinely concerned for the welfare of my mother.

Unfortunately my mom passed away 5 days after her live in companion started. [name removed] was wonderful!

I wanted to thank the owners at CareBridge for taking such great care of my mother, I don't usually post things but I thought other should know about their services. First, their costs were extremely fair and they took the time to explain their process of placing aides with families. The aide who took care of mom was so caring and just a lovely person. It's such a hard job and living away from her family to stay with ours is such a commitment. The nurses from CareBridge were very attentive. Any questions we had were immediately answered and the office staff was super friendly and easy to deal with. Just wanted to thank [name removed] for her hard work in such difficult times for us. I have had 3 care providers from this this company and they were all very dependable and compassionate. The overall quality of their services has been very good.

Ezra has partnered with me in the at-home care of my very elderly parent for the past 8 months. From the first contact through the present, I have felt seriously listened to and cared for in regards to the needs of my parent. Ezra's management staff is exceptionally responsive, thoughtful, client-focused, and creative in problem-solving. The caregivers are well-trained, professional, and compassionate. Their 24/7 on-call staff are invaluable especially when there's an emergency. I would most highly recommend Ezra Home Care to any family considering either hourly or live-in home care.

I saw Options for Senior America ad in the Catholic Herald newspaper. We called a few agencies but [name removed], the manager of Options, was very personable. The care providers are awesome and specifically [name removed] is amazing! So far, great overall experience!

It was late October, I had received an urgent phone call from my brother. I had known that my mother had just scheduled knee surgery. My brother continued to tell me more – my father was incapable of getting out of bed, due to tremendous back pain. Nobody else was there at home to care for my parents. They were effectively trapped in their home, unable to perform basic services for themselves. It was then that someone referred me to Ezra Home Care. When I spoke to my contact, [name removed], she was in the middle of an important convention, but that did not stop her sincere desire to help! While others would have said that they would call back later, [name removed] listened to me describe how serious the situation was in the middle of the convention, and right away, she arranged for someone to arrive at my parents’ house and offer assistance, immediately! Someone was with my parents, day and night, to help them take care of themselves, and to be there in case a more serious emergency were to occur. As great as the actual care was, what was equally terrific was [name removed]’s support, insisting that they would be available anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
