As a first time home-care family, we feel lucky to have found Choice Senior. My Dad enjoys the warm and personal care, plus CSHC is able to provide the compression wraps/wound care he requires. They have been flexible with our unique needs and schedule, fit in with our home environment, and we look forward to every visit! Thank you Choice Senior!

Ezra Home Healthcare has been providing Dad with support for about 6 months. Ezra worked hard to find the 'right' people to work with our family. As anyone who has a family member with dementia knows, finding the right people this can be a tough task and it takes time. Dad loves his Ezra care givers who are friendly, respectful and very caring - we couldn't be happier.

They were very good when I was using their services. A guy named [Removed], came to talk to me and he was awesome and gave some suggestions. The caregiver came to our house for 5 days and night. They were awesome too and I would use them again. I would recommend them too. They gave me time to get some rest.

I live in Alabaster, Alabama. I was told it would be difficult to find dependable sitters. NOT TRUE!! I selected Syenergy for the flexibility they offer in scheduling sitters. Syenergy has been very accommodating and more importantly, DEPENDABLE. If they have a sitter cancel, they find another to cover. Kimberly in the Birmingham office has made a difficult time much easier. I would recommend anyone in the Birmingham area needing sitters to use them.

We have been very helpful. We liked that they were able to get us the help we need for the care for my mom.We like that they care taker has been helpful and kind. We like that she is willing to help with personal care for my mom. We would recommend the service and the care taker for doing what is takes to help.

We are more than pleased with the service that we have received and our caregiver was fantastic. My mom really bonded with her caregiver. She was always on time, caring, courteous and professional. In fact, we plan to use them again when my mom comes home from the hospital soon.

We have been using Synergy for about a month and a half and are quite pleased! The caregivers are friendly and upbeat and don't have to be told what to do. The management does a good job of scheduling and can accommodate our necessary schedule changes with no problems. We have no intention of looking anywhere else for caregivers.

I can't say enough good things about Home Care Assistance. I have worked with "multiple" home health care agencies and this is the first one to get it right! With previous agencies, I dealt with employee theft, staff that was incompetent and poorly trained, appalling billing practices and overall horrendous customer service. Home Care Assistance has their act together. They know how to match the client up with the correct staff and it is very apparent they screen their employees thoroughly. I would highly recommend this home health care agency to anyone who is seeking a professional and competent organization to take care of your loved ones!

I hired Home Care Assistance to provide weekend care for my dad in Carlsbad back in March of last year. We have a dear family friend we pay privately to care for Dad Monday through Friday. Home Care Assistance has Grace come in Saturday and Sunday and to cover on the days our friend needs time off during the week. Well I just received a call this morning at 5:30am from our friend that she cannot come in to care for my dad because she has the stomach flu that has been going around. She is supposed to arrive at my dad's house at 7am to make sure he takes his first dose of insulin!! I panicked!! I immediately called the agency not really expecting anyone to answer because it's 5:30am and off hours. The operator connected me immediately to Rosanna, the staffing person on call. She was so calm and helpful and assured me she will find me coverage. 40 minutes later she called back and told me they were sending their on call caregiver to my Dad's house and that she already walked her through my dad's case and that one of their Care Managers, Camilla, will be stopping by this morning to check on them. I can't believe how fast they worked at helping me out on a day I don't even have them regularly working for my Dad. Amazing! I was so impressed by their compassion and customer service!

I would like to let you know what a wonderful representative for your company [Removed] from your La Jolla office is for your company. When I called, I had no idea what to ask about and was very stressed. Fortunately for me, [Removed] was the one who took my call. She made me feel very comfortable that Home Care Associates could take care of my husband's needs and also answered all the questions I didn't even know to ask about. She kept in touch with me until we had a date certain for him to go home and found a very good caregiver, [Removed], who made him feel comfortable and trusting and took care of all his needs. At one point, we had a minor scheduling problem. [Removed] took my call at 6:00 pm on Friday and resolved the problem within a few minutes. She then called me back and let me know that everything was okay. She is very dedicated.

I honestly do not know how I could have made it through these past weeks without all the support from you and the wonderful care giving team you put together for me and my beloved husband. These words do not express fully my heartfelt thanks to you for all you did to make this difficult time a blessing to me.

I have no complaints with this agency they are providing the right services for my dad. They are always on time they never cancel appointments. The caregiver who comes out is always consistent they have never rotated staff and they are always friendly and kind. They arrive with the right equipment that needs very professional.
