[name removed] is a wonderful caregiver. She has connected with our mother and is a great addition to our routine. We have asked her to increase the number of days she stays with our mother over the next month to accommodate our need for additional help during a vacation. I would recommend "Medical Concerns" highly.

I live out of town and am the POA for my sister who lives in Shoreline. I'm so thankful for the staff of the Mountlake Terrace Home Instead! My sister has dementia and lives in a memory care facility. Home Instead has provided consistent regular companionship for over a year, taking her out twice a week. Her companion has such compassion and patience. The way she redirects my sister is so very professional. The daily written summary that I can easily access, helps me know what's going on. Thank you! The care giver works well with my husband, they come by and check on him, and they also ask how I'm doing and if need anything. I would recommend their services

We are now with Griswold. They have been able to meet our needs and have surpassed our expectations. They are hands on with checking in. They have a good accounting set up and the caregivers are very well trained and very passionate about doing everything they can for their charge. Reliable and involved are two good adjectives.

We could not be happier with our experience with Cornerstone Caregiving. From the very beginning, [name removed] understood how important it was to us to keep our mother in her home. She was beyond patient with us as we navigated this new chapter in our lives. She met with us at our convenience and returned every text and email in a timely fashion, even on the weekends. [name removed] was more than willing to meet our crazy scheduling demands and worked hard to find the most perfect caregivers for our mom. We are almost 15 weeks in and Cornerstone continues to provide wonderful care to our mother.
