I would recommend CareBridge. The owners were very quick to return my call and answered all of my questions. I had never had home care before and they took the time to explain everything to me. I have been dealing with caregivers and their agency's for seven years and I have never dealt with anyone as good as HomewatchCaregivers. I had surgery five weeks ago and I needed to have someone take care of me when I came home from the hospital and also for my handicapped cousin that lives with me. [Name removed], my contact, put together a care plan that worked beautifully and put my mind at ease. The caregivers were wonderful and understanding and very willing to do whatever was needed. When I was in need of immediate assistance in a desperate situation after hours with my terminally ill mother, EZRA reached out with compassion and promptness and provided immediate critical assistance to my mother-- and were incredibly supportive of me as well. They appeared at my door promptly and provided the most wonderful aide to assist my mother with a tenderness and care I could only marvel at. I will be forever grateful to them for making my mother’s last hours on earth ones of caring and compassion.

Amidst such a trying time in my family's life, finding Ezra was like coming across and oasis in the desert. From the very moment I reached out to the people at Ezra, they were willing to drop everything and meet with me or talk with me about the challenge of the moment. It is rare in my experience to find this level of compassion, competence and commitment. It should go without saying that I recommend Ezra enthusiastically.

[name removed] was fabulous in providing in-home care for my 94-year old father. They were patient in finding him the right caregiver and flexible in the variable hours he required. The caregiver was reliable, capable in assisting my dad with everything from household chores to e-mail problems, friendly but not overbearing and always treated my dad with respect and kindness.

I used Ezra’s services for several months as my mother’s dementia was getting worse and she began wandering at night in her assisted living facility. I had met a representative from Ezra at the Assisted Living residence several years earlier. and I immediately got a genuine and sincere feeling that they would really care about my mom should I ever need their services. When I did need them, they were incredibly responsive and met with me to better understand my mother’s situation in order to select the best caregiver based on her needs. I felt like they really listened to me and worked hard to find the right caregiver match. The caregivers were very professional and did their best to care for my mother, including leaving a detailed written log each day so that we got a better understanding of her baseline. In addition, the Ezra team was incredibly helpful advising me overall on my mother’s living situation. They helped me navigate and submit for her long term care insurance and were always there for support 24/7 literally. One night (a Saturday night) my mother did not want the caregiver to enter her apartment and someone from Ezra’s office was at her apt within 15 mins to help resolve the situation. To sum it up I was pleasantly surprised to find such an incredibly supportive team of people who were so caring, supportive, highly responsive all while providing caring, quality care givers. In addition, they had a profession office staff and organized billing procedures. Overall, I would highly recommend Ezra Home Care.

EZRA Homecare and its outstanding staff was pivotal in my ability to return to work last year when my husband returned from the hospital after a lengthy stay for an unexpected illness. The caregivers are professional, experienced, and incredibly caring. Over the the last year my husband has made great strides in his recovery largely due to the dedication of our caregivers that follow through on “homework” from the various therapists that continue to follow his progress. They supervise exercises, play brain games and even discuss the Red Sox, though many were not necessarily fans. They are highly knowledgeable and can offer tips and solutions for issues we have around the house and or when we travel to appointments. The folks at EZRA are responsive and flexible if we need extra hours or a day off. On the few occasions when a substitute has been sent in, they are completely briefed on my husband’s needs and can step in with little assistance from me. We feel so, so fortunate to have this wonderful, caring company.

A Homemade Plan has been very helpful in providing extra care for my Mother.

I am 77 years old and disabled with ALS. Ezra Home Care provides my wife & I with a home health aide for 4 hours 6 days a week. The home health aide helps me get out of bed, helps to give me a shower, helps me to get dressed, and helps me to exercise.I use a power chair and the home health aide accompanies me on a 2.5 mile "walk" in my neighborhood weather permitting. Additionally, the home health aide does some household chores such as unloading the dishwasher, making my bed, changing the sheets, doing the laundry, "swiffering" the floors.If and when an issue may arise, the office staff is both responsive and helpful. I have been a very satisfied customer since July 2018.

I have only positive things to say on how Synergy Home Care Greenfield runs and operates their business. In all of my discussions/ interactions with [name removed] the owner; it is very apparent that her clients/ family members well being and safety of her employees is the number one priority. To put it simple, their main focus is on positive interactions with anyone they come in contact with. Their attention to detail when it comes to filling out reports and investing back in the business are clearly seen through the results they are getting in the areas of safety for their employees and growth of their client base. This cannot be achieved without extreme passion and care for what they do. Well done team Synergy.

Very conscientious staff and really worked hard to accommodate our crazy schedule. They always kept in close communication with us and I would definitely recommend them to use. And I will be using them in the future whenever needed.
