The price seemed reasonable and the care was very good. The couple of times I used them it was kind of in emergency situations where I needed them for my wife and I was actually going to the hospital to the emergency room. They were very responsive. They came though for us within hours and with good people. I was surprised at how good they were. I'm sure we'll use them again.

For what we needed, they met our needs. They didn't need to do anything like take them for walks, but they engaged my mother in conversation. We had multiple people coming in around the clock, they did everything properly and accurately. The administrators were on top of it, just about once every other day to check in on the progress. Both mom and dad are there, he's 98 and she's 92 and they pretty much take care of themselves except for this morning.

I haven't seen any problems of any kind. It's been great. My aunt is home and they come in to do different things with her at home. She's doing great. We're very pleased!

Deb Vermillion was very helpful and a pleasure to work with while selecting home care for my parents. I have recommended her to several friends who are dealing with elderly parents, and will continue to recommend Comforcare to others as needed. My mother is very happy with the home assistant Deb has provided for her, and will be reaching out to Comforecare for more assistance in the future

They are a very good company. I am very pleased with them. The aide they assigned me is amazing. I do not have anything negative to say about them at all. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking home care services.

The lady ew've had has been doing really well, a couple of people have come in that didn't do so well, they weren't as ambitious as her and oh boy she gets things done and even has time to sit down and visit with them. We're blessed that it worked out the way it did. My mom and dad requested the same lady and she's been doing a great job ever since she got there, cleaning stuff up, doing the laundry, she does a heck of a job. She reminds them to take their medicine, she assists with bathing and showers and thats been very beneficial. My dad had a sore on his leg that she took care of. It was just so hard on our family trying to maintain our own homes and then go up and do theirs. She just comes in twice a week and its tremendous what she's able to get done. It's been a great thing for our family to be able to go up and visit them without having to worry about cleaning the house and taking care of them.

Everything has just been perfect with them. They have just been wonderful. My loved ones are really getting along with them and we have been able to put our minds at ease. We have had a really good experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I really really enjoyed the owner - very personable and very caring. I also really liked the match that she made for my in-laws with the caregiver. That was really well done.

Susan has done a wonderful job checking in with us and keeping in touch. She is concerned with our search and wants to keep updated

I'm very pleased with them, they'll do whatever you want. They ask you if you want them to do a light house cleaning and they'll do that. To be honest, out of the several people we've had in the house some were good and some were not so good. I have talked to First Light about some that were not so good and the management seemed to be really good, really concerned. They've called me and we've have little conferences and I'm well pleased with the management. That's really where your decision ought to be made. What I've told them, and it's been that way ever since I asked, is to put the main thing the main [removed] to be with my wife, be a companion and keep her safe. To put it in context, these ladies are not registered nurses, you're not going to get people in there who are professionals but they screen these people really well and the folks that we've had are really pretty good.

We knew our father had to either go in to a skilled nursing community or have to have someone provide in home care. His desire was to be at home and Right at Home really made it easy. We like them from the very first time we contacted them based on A Place for Mom's recommendation. The made the entire process very simply and getting everything started and moving was very easy. They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.

I actually did some research a while back but didn't need it at the time. When we needed it this time we just called Seth up and everything fell into place. We are glad we did our research before because it make it that much easier when we actually needed them.

The caregivers at Magic Touch Home Care have been cooking lunches and dinners for my mom and she has started gaining weight back that she had lost. The doctor says she is doing really good, she looks so much better. my whole family met with the Director Perfecto, and we were all pretty pleased. He explained everything to us and kept in touched and followed up with us too. Magic Touch has been true to their word. Perfecto completely understood my mom's need for the same caregivers. The caregivers have been very helpful, they've texted me her improvements, they take notes in a journal about my mom's care and I am contacted if there are any concerns. Magic Touch Home Care relieves a lot of pressure and stress because they make sure she is fed and is taking her medication. Absolutely no complaints. The caregivers will even take mom to nail or hair appointments, they'll pick up any grocery items she requests, and they can transport her in emergencies. Any questioned I had they answered, the whole family is happy with Magic Touch.

My family is very satisfied with Abundant Blessings' services and personnel. Every week my father is provided transportation so that he may continue his routine of grocery shopping and running errands, and in the process he has companionship and his health is being monitored. The cost for this service is reasonable. As a bonus the agency also provides light housekeeping services. Abundant Blessings has been working out very well (after an initial change, my father has had the same provider for almost a year now), and my father is pleased with not only the services but the home-care provider as well. My family and I are satisfied with the quality of the services and the professionalism of the service provider, who is knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and just plain nice (respectful, composed, pleasant and good-natured). We had considered two other home care companies, and in the end chose Abundant Blessings Homecare and we have no regrets.

Ron came to the office for an interview and assessment and immediately my mom was impressed by him and his services. Ron was very open and honest and made my mom so comfortable.

The care giver they sent is very quiet and very polite. Value wise it was definitely what I was looking for. It is nice to have a care giver that is reliable and is there every day I am happy her. When I have questions I call Right at Home and they call back right away and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend. Having help just gives me the time accomplish task that were becoming increasingly difficult.

I am very satisfied with them. They are quick to respond to any type of emergency or problem. We didn’t like one of the mid day caretakers and they replaced them right away. They have very good communication and help to keep us informed on everything that’s going on. The people are just lovely and it there ever is a problem we know that they will resolve it permanently.

I've used this company before for HHC assistance in my home- very Good serivce. The HH Aide was very helpful.

Wonderful service, great people. The Director and Assistant Director were spectacular. We don't use them often, but they are always accommodating.

After talking to all three staff members, this one seems to be the best, combination of professional service & gte of compatibility.
