Transition was easy! Great staff. Mom is assimilating quickly and loves the staff and food.

There have been some communication issues with some of the staff since my mother moved into Brighton Gardens. The staff have told family and friends coming to visit that she does not live there and they also sent back her voting ballot for the same reason. There has also been some minor issue with her medication as far as what they have in her room. My Mother is pleased with the food and extremely enjoys the activities offered and the activity staff are fantastic. Overall I would recommend this community to family and friends.

We are very pleased with this community, it is truly a nice place. The community looks great and very clean. The staff is very good, they are always willing to help. The activities are great and the food is good. They are caring for my friend very well. I would recommend it.

This facility is second to none in the Dickinson area. Very clean and a great value. The staff is very inventive and caring. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for memory and dementia care.

The staff they have at Cypress Meadows is amazing! They have been so caring, supportive, and responsive. My father was not real happy going in at first, and it did not take long at all for them to make him feel comfortable. The whole culture there is just wonderful. It has been an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them. I am such a big fan of these folks!!!

Brighton Gardens was very informative when first speaking with them, The place is clean and the staff friendly and cheerful, my Mom is very happy and they have helped me feel relieved about the care she is getting since I live out of state.

So far it has really been a very pleasing experience both for me and my father at Cypress Meadows.

Sunol Creek Memory Care has been amazing! They are doing a really good job. I can't think of anything I want done better. They don't need to improve anything, a five out of five for sure! We are very happy.

I would give Astoria Gardens MORE stars if available! It has been an exceptional experience thus far. Everyone has anticipated every need and gone above & beyond. Most importantly, my parents are pampered, happy and extremely well cared for. It is very telling when you observe a happy, well trained staff as well. Astoria Gardens is a model for how a senior residential community should operate.

Great for people who are well along with memory loss but who can respond to activities and stimulation. Beautiful new facility.

My Aunt entered the hospital on an emergency basis. Within days we realized that she needed to be placed in a caring facility. We contacted aplaceformom.com. They were extremely responsive and provided us with options near us. John at The Kensington Cumberland went above and beyond to help us. My Aunt was three hours away in Ohio. They facilitated getting her to the Kensington. Once there they were very helpful in assisting me with the paperwork and provided a tour of the facility. They take excellent care of my Aunt and provide me with timely follow-up calls. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents engaged.

This is not a fancy place but I was struck by the caring staff. They have worked to make they meet all of my mom's need, be it getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, making sure she puts clean clothes on every day, bathing, participating in different activities and just making sure she is happy. I felt it important that my mom did not have to move again, so the hospice wing was a comforting consideration. The place is old and a bit run down, but it is very clean and gradually being updated. The park like setting is very tranquil.

Mom loves living at TLC. The staff is wonderful and very loving. They recently remodeled and the rooms look like boutique hotel rooms now. When you walk in, you can smell the difference; it always smells fresh and clean. The food is great with the new Executive Chef. He personalizes the preferences of each resident. The new Activity Director has bought lots of fun activities and entertainment with lots of live music, field trips, ice cream socials, etc. What a difference!

our experience has been really good with them so far. They're very clean and compared to some places they're pretty reasonable, price-wise. We didn't really do a lot of shopping around because of Cypress Meadows' reputation and location. We also had a close friend who had someone there and they highly recommended it. We're pretty happy with the whole situation, So far, so good! I think the think that probably really kind of sold us on the place was the consistency of their staff. They don't seem to have a lot of turnover. That's always a good thing in a business. They keep in touch with us. If there's ever an issue with mom they call us right away. They're proactive in having us participate in her care and that's great.

We're pretty happy with them. It seems like a really great value. I know there are more expensive places that are none of it's cheap but I've heard other places are more expensive. They have a game room They have music, hikes they take, bocce ball, I believe. I think my mother-in-law has improved but at her age it's hard to change from one place to another. They're doing everything they can. They certainly come in and check on her all the time. I really don't have any complaints. We're very happy with them. They're close to our home and for me, that's huge. They're very helpful. They're probably not as fancy as more expensive places but they're certainly clean and provide everything. They're right by the hospital.

It’s a really nice community. This is what I wanted for my dad; it doesn't feel like an institution and feels more home-like. There is no odor and it is kept really clean. The girls here are really nice and they care about the residents. The girls have been working here a long time; the community has a very low turn over rate. They really like working here and they take good care of the residents. We are pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

toured on Saturday; really nice place; very warm and accommodating; a little far but definitely one to consider

My brother was in the Country House for 5 weeks. The Country house was excellent in every way.
