My father is doing well with his move into this community. They are doing a good job caring for him. I'am pleased with all they have done my family. Everything is working out great for us with my father move to this community.

The tour we took at Heritage Oaks was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and answered the questions that we had. It is a large community and we were looking for a smaller community for my mom.

My sister had stayed here previously at Fox Trail Senior Living at Front Royal and the staff was friendly and caring. We thought we were going to have mom come here but they did not return our call when we were in the process and ended up choosing another community for our current needs.

For the most part I was pleased with my mothers respite stay here in this community. It is a nice community with kind people. I did have to hire an aid to come, and help her with extra care. This is more of an assisted living community, and she needed more care than they were able to provide. However this is a beautiful community. They provide nice meals, and plenty of activities for the residents. It is a community I would recommend to my family, and friends.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff are great people and I am comfortable with the care they are providing her. I am pleased to see my mother eating well and participating in a few of the different activities they have available. I would recommend it to anyone interested.

Extremely friendly! But rather dark :( It looks and feels like an "old folks home" Their services are extensive and the pricing is competitive.

It is still a bit of an adjustment process for my husband with his move to this community. He has his bad days, and his good days. However I will say the staff is doing a good job taking care of him, and his needs. It's not home, but I know he is safe, and in good hands overall. They recently changed ownership of the community.So there is still some growing pains. They have a great new activities director. The meals are nice. I know he is receiving good care at this community, and I would recommend it.

I have only been at this community for a short period of time but so far everything has been going fine. The staff have been friendly and understanding to my situation and have made accommodations to make sure my needs are being met. I have no complaints about the food and enjoy my surroundings.

We really liked Traverse Living when we toured it. It is a hotel that was reconfigured to a memory care unit. The rooms have motion detectors so when the residents get up in the middle of the night the staff will know. Since it was a hotel, though, they have long hallways and I felt that my mother would have gotten lost. I was impressed with the place, but it was not the best for my mother.

I toured this community. The community was clean and well maintained. They were able to answer the questions of the care. They do offer a good variety of nice activities for the residents. They did not have the care that we were looking for at the time. We would recommend this community for other.

I did like this place a lot. This community is very nice and has a lot of things to do for the residents. I also feel that they provide excellent care for the residents. The people seemed to have joy.

My mother has adjusted very well into this community, she seems to be really enjoying her new living environment. My mom often talks about how great the food is and how well the chef prepares and serves all of there meals. They have a great activity program where all of the residents can enjoy fun games and events during the week. Overall everything is very nice and I have no complaints.

This is a very nice community, and my tour of it went very well. The community looked great, and everything is was very nice looking. The staff was kind, and friendly. Our tour lady was very kind, and sweet. Their rates were a little pricey for our budget. Overall it was a good experience.

My mother is doing great since moving into the Heritage Oaks. She is making many new friends. The apartment she is in is comfortable and clean. The meals, from what she has mentioned, are good. She likes the dinners.

[Removed] met me and took me on a tour of the facility. This facility includes 3 meals a day as well as other activities. The close proximity to the hospital is a plus as well. Pull cords in various locations throughout the apartment is a great added feature.
