My mom stayed in the respite apartment while she was at the Gables. It was beautifully furnished and felt new and fresh. She even had a nice view of the pond they have next to the building. The main lobby is lovely and the dining room was also very nice. Mom didn't have a big appetite while she was there, but she did enjoy the meals and especially the social opportunity to meet new friends. The staff there is very kind. We used the nursing care team which is associated with the Gables. They were wonderful and so sweet to my mom. Overall it was a very positive experience and although mom's time there was shorter than we hoped, we were grateful she was there. The administrative staff, especially [name removed], were so caring and easy to work with.

Yes definitely would recommend. We feel blessed that we found a facility that my mom is content in especially since she has such bad memory issues. Memory care is unique and the size of the facility is a perfect combination for the staff to have the knowledge to understand the needs. It was memory care only and only had 20 residents at the time. I like that it is a smaller group and the nurses and staff really get to know the patients

I would recommend. My sister has improved since living there. Less of an institutional feel. Allowed pets.

The only thing my Mom has hoped would have been better is the food. Other than that, she has been pleased.

The staff has been great to her [especially [name removed]]. The food is what it is, but I'd say most places food isn't great. Very clean, smells fine, and seems very safe. There have been a few of the residence that have had to move to the memory care area and it is a very easy transition for them from what I've seen

Manor House was just going thru some major changes in staff when my mom moved in to their independent living facility. With all that change, my mom was still able to move within two weeks of her application date. There have been quite a lot of "hiccups" along the way, but nothing too serious. I feel by the time the new employees get acquainted with their new positions, this place will be even greater. My mom has said, repeatedly, "I love this place". I would recommend this place with 5 stars, but there were a lot of "hiccups" along the way due to new staff hires.

Overall great location for walkers- mall and grocery stores and other stores are easy walk on sidewalk away. Everything is wonderful except he's complained a bit about the food and I feel he needs more activities for his level of movement.

Activities is only category my family member did nothing to have the opportunity to explore. Besides that, I would give an overall rating of 4.75. Not a 5 because the cost prohibits too many the ability to reside there stress free, but I would recommend this community to other families

Overall I'd say I enjoy living here but I miss being with people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We picked them because of the walking paths, nice landscaping, friendly staff, and attractive apartments

Heritage Oaks is great on the sales end, not so good about after sale contracts. The daytime staff is great, as well the activities director. For value for cost, it's good but not great.

The staff is wonderful and kind and very helpful. What I find lacking is that with my sister in particular, she is a type two diabetic and uses a CPAP machine. The staff is not testing her sugar levels daily nor are they making sure she uses her CPAP machine and has the distilled water that she needs. These are vital things for my sister's continued health.

All the staff has been fantastic helping my parents transition from their own home into assisted living. The staff helps dispense medication and makes their bed daily. The laundry is done weekly, but needs help with keeping residents clothes from getting mixed up and lost, however I would highly recommend the Village at Penfield.

I have been here for 13 months and things have improved since Senior Lifestyles took over managing this property. The new program director has made many improvements on activities offered for the residents to choose from on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The new dining director has been working on improvements to the dining experience. There has been improvements on proper staffing which was lacking when I first moved in. The location of this property is very good with a golf course close by and easy travel to Eastview Mall and other stores.

The people who actually work helping the residents are great, admin is not. They are short on help sometimes running a shift with only 1 person. The memory care director I believe she's only in her 30s I believe too young to be running those to mirror imamemory care facilities Like for instance summer time why can't they have watermelon more often feed the old folk what they've grown up with like meatloaf mashed potatoes gravy and Green Beans. To me you don't feed the older generation ham That is high in salt content and vegetables like broccoli or greens that aren't seasoned. Another thing I don't like about the kitchen there is food is brought in the Actual nurses have to sit there and put it on plates and then they have to do their own dishes there so there is about an hour and a 1/2 every single meal that could have Been cleaning rooms changin pants Tending to the older people instead of doing dishes If food should come like it does on an airplane on a tray you feed it and put the trays back in that cart and send it back To the kitchen

Overall, happy with our choice! We have had a few communication issues is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Staff is friendly, polite and respectful. Facility is always clean, food is good, environment and residents are happy!

[name removed] is a wonderful staff member who goes above and beyond.

What we like the most about Atria South is the staff, the location and the safety. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, but the facility was sold, so I am nervous about any changes moving forward

Overall very good. As with all of types of facilities there are bound to be issues, but I would recommend Anthology to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly place that values taking care of their residents

I would recommend the Legacy. We were sorry my parents had to move.

What we really like the mot about Atria Weston Place is that it is small, on one level with attentive staff and supervision. Usually good communication from staff. Depending on what features they were looking for, yes we would recommend them to other families.
