Nice facility, but very small rooms.

Very nice and clean facility for assisted living. Close to Olathe Medical. New independent living building has not been started yet. Concern about highway and ambulance noise for the new structure and lack of a view.

I liked everything . 2 bedroom were perfect facility was clean and looked modern.

35 year old facility, most staff there 20 years even in the kitchen. Chef been there 10 years and meets with each resident to ensure they get their favorite food. All food made from scratch even the rolls. studio 1 br without bath, apt with bath, or suite with adjoining living room would be best for mom and sally. garden apartment faces courtyard,of which there are 4. pet friendly. Very individualized attention. 4 members of staff visit each resident daily, mail, meds, garbage, bed making. They make the beds daily because it acts as an unintrusive incontinence check. Staff wears color coded t shirts. Red for care team, blue for housekeeping, black for kitchen. 95 residents. Laundry, meds, bedding done with no extra cost.3 meals per day served in 2 hour increments make it very flexible. Residents must eat twice a day. No assigned seating in dining room. DR going to be remodeled this year,.Small activity room. No showers inside rooms. All done with supervision in shower rooms. Puzzle table in living room for [name removed], plus she could be on the decorating committee. Snacks available in big frig in dining room. Yogurt, desserts, even ice cream. RN on staff works 7 to 7 daily unless more is needed.Head of maintenance a fire fighter and obsessed with fire drills. Last one had all residents out in 8 min. Deposit is one month rent. Bus trips to shopping on Mondays.Has specific 30 day orientation program designed for each resident that comes in to make sure they have the best chance to like it there.

This facility was very nice. Clean and very friendly people. I find that the resident rooms are a bit small. I enjoyed meeting with [name removed] and will keep Atria as an option for my dad.

So far we are very pleased with Fox Trail Senior Living Memory Care. The employees are very friendly and seem to care about the quality of care they provide to the residents. The facility is clean and doesn’t have a Nursing home odor. They offer activities to the residents that are able to participate.

Friendly residents, nice staff. I found out that the Atria wasn't the best choice for my parents but I was given the same respect a d j to that a NY potential family would have gotten. [Name removed] made sure that she helped me as much as she could with additional contacts that would help my family.

We had a wonderful guide her name was [name removed], Heritage Oaks is a lovely place.We saw three size apartments all good size.We left with a better understanding of what could be do. Thank.You

Staff has been friendly. The variety of food could be a little better. The facility is clean. My mom seems to be having a good experience at Atria.

Facility is amazing but difficult for food allergies and finance department is disorganized.

Dad’s dementia had developed to a stage that his current residence was not suitable, nor were any others in our town. “He only deserves the best,” was our opinion! Because my daughter has a career in Senior/TBI Speech Therapy in the KC area, she was familiar with several Senior residences that ‘could work’ but she suggested trying TRAVANSE first. We did, and we’ve never looked back. My father was surrounded by ‘family ‘ immediately. They loved him, and treated him with the dignity and respect he deserved. It’s a difficult disease, but they’re obviously trained in dealing with patients who often need redirected, repeating, and reminding! They’re fun, patient and a true blessing to those they encounter!

We were pleasantly impressed by this facility. It was small and felt intimate, and very clean. Our guide took the time to show us around, and was more than happy to address any concerns and questions we had. We even took a brief detour while she happily assisted one of the residents. Overall, seems like a very nice place, but I don't think Mom would be happy with the level of structure at this time.

Liked this place very much. They are doing upgrades, such as painting and carpets that will really spruce it up. A definite possibility.

Beautiful place. Rooms are a good size. Staff was very friendly. Liked that the price was all inclusive. No add ons for different services. Has additional storage on site that can purchased for nominal fee. Disappointed by out side space. No real courtyard or outside sitting area.

The days fly by with all the activities, health groups, entertainment, trips outside by bus, etc. The food is very good and a good selection to suit every person ... ...

The Villa at Riverwood is a lovely center. Many of the staff members have been there for 10+ years. The apartments are affordable. However they are small and do not have access to outside except through the lobby. For certain residents this is good because the staff sees each and everyone coming in and out. I worry about the escape route for my grandfather if ever a fire. This location is dog friendly for 30lbs and less. My grandfather adores this community.

This assisted living community was wonderful and the director did a really great job showing me around, she took her time, answered my questions and we had lunch together there. The rooms were very nice, the community was clean and spacious, and if my mom could have lived in an assisted living environment this community would have been my first choice for her. But she did need a memory care setting. I would definitely recommend coming for a tour at this community.

My father is doing well with his move into this community. They are doing a good job caring for him. I'am pleased with all they have done my family. Everything is working out great for us with my father move to this community.
