The community moved fast to help us get our loved ones in there ASAP. They were very helpful and accommodating. The communication between the staff and the family is very good. They send out a covid update weekly and keep us informed. I would recommend this community to others

It was a good place. I was very happy with my loved one being here. The staff were good to deal with when I checked on my loved one.

We are not able to go inside the community, but our loved one says the cleanliness of the place is fine. She loves the meals and especially enjoys pot roast day. We think the value for cost is excellent. The care that the staff provides the patients and their families is like nothing we have ever seen.

The friendliness of the staff members and their care services would be a five plus plus. The meals were not elder friendly, they were just to fancy. The nursing staff and everyone from top to bottom were very friendly and loving. You could tell they really loved their residents.

Outstanding discussion with [name removed] several times. She followed up with additional information relevant to my mom’s situation. She was very clear on current safety standards which I admire. They truly have the residents safety as a priority. Really like their care team philosophy of “pay by task” versus minimum hours.

We chose Fox Trail Assisted Living because it seemed like they were very safe, the cleanliness, and I had peace of mind knowing he was safe here. It also smelled really good, some other places we toured did not. The room sizes here seem big in comparison. The best part about the community would be the friendliness of the staff, you could tell they really cared about him. I would recommend.

We looked into a couple of different facilities. When Atria called us back, we clicked with the lady who called us on the phone and she understood exactly what we were looking for and the urgency. The residents all seemed very happy here whenever we would visit. I cannot say enough good about the staff members either, they were all very helpful and friendly to our family. I would definitely recommend to others looking, I would want to go here myself if I ever need the care.

I would recommend for others to place their loved one in this community. I recommend this community to anyone. Everything is super here! The friendliness of the staff and the community being very clean two of the items. The room was great for my loved and they had their own private room.

My husband is always treated with respect and has excellent care. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

We've been blessed to be able to have covid friendly visits with my grandma. Everyone at Hampshire House is friendly and outgoing. They are so great with their residents and our family.

My husband has been here 2 years now and I am confident that he gets good care. Having to deal with the covid-19 has been very challenging and I know that they are doing the best they can.

Atria South Setauket is a wonderful place! Their people and food make all the difference in the world and in the world of older folks, there is nothing more important; Excellent food & companionship! Chef [name removed] is well-known for his kind staff and his tasty, nutritious dishes. The majority of the workers have been there a long time; that says a lot. They take care with COVID but still manage to keep people active & engaged with many options for mind/body fun & challenges. The activities people are AMAZING Heroes! [name removed] was extremely helpful & available with the initial move-in & ongoing process. The buildings are older, so a family taking the time to decorate the living quarters is important. They also listen to your comments & respond with fair, timely answers. Based on comparisons & what we’ve heard from other families; the value is also high. We are grateful to have our loved one living here.

The Atria has been a wonderful choice and experience for my mother in law! They are taking Covid-19 very seriously while at the same time trying to offer as many opportunities as possible. They are offering socially distant dining on a limited basis, exercise groups, small gathering groups, movies, and my mother in law is enjoying the meditation and aromatherapy. We also appreciate the Atria bringing her to and from doctor appointments. I would also like to commend [name removed] and all she has done to help my mother in law make the transition into Independent Living. She was the first person we talked to and met while we deciding where my mother in law was going to live. She was so positive and helpful and helped us feel comfortable in our decision. [name removed] has also been so good in always getting back to us and answering our questions. She is an asset to the Atria!

The best thing about living here is the friendliness and kindness of the people who work here. you are so great to the residents who live here and I talk to a lot of people and I think everybody feels the same way. Amy and her staff are like my family.
