The price point was a huge decision making for our family, and the sales staff is truly amazing. The director [name removed] is so wonderful. We also really like how the community has PT and OT on site for the residents.

This was a beautiful facility, it was just to big for my loved ones. I did not feel like they would be able to handle how big the community was. It was just not the right fit for my loved ones.

This is a small friendly community. The management seem to address any issues that I have , they have been very helpful and cooperative. Sometimes the staff can be a little difficult to work with however, whenever it was addressed it was resolved.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would tell others that the community is friendly and clean. It is a good value for the money. The food is very good, and there is a new chef at the community. The staff are accommodating for the residents dietary options.

Overall this is a good community for your loved ones. I would recommend this community to others for independent living based on my experience.

We toured Atria Weston Place, and they are great. It is an older facility that is cheaper than where we placed my mom, but I would give the care and the administrative staff 5 stars.

The sales director had a very no-pressure approach and didn't overpromise. She really dealt the cards out straight regarding cost. You paid for it for sure, but they had staff available at all times to check on the residents and make sure they have what they need. They wanted my loved one to come in to be evaluated to see what she needed, which I though was really good. I liked that they had a multi-step process for admitting residents rather than just trying to sell her an apartment. I felt like I had a really good relationship with them. The timing of it just didn't work out because I needed to move my loved one quickly from a different community.

The community really helped my loved one improve his mobility and he was himself again. The community was clean and neat and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this community to others.

So far it as been a great experience, they have taken our loved one in with open arms. They have plenty of activities that keep the busy which is great, we have absolutely no problems with Atria. Every single employee and residents there has to be and has been vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated you cannot work there. Atria was actually on the local news the other weeks because all of the staff team has been vaccinated. This has allowed them to get rid of appointment scheduling to see your loved ones, the visitors still need to wear masks but we believe that restriction will come to an end soon.

They bent over backwards to do what they could for us. Our loved one was all set to move in. Right beforehand, he ended up getting Covid, and when he left the hospital, he was weaker than before and needed a higher level of care than they could provide. But they were very nice. They held the room for him, and they were very excited for him to be there. The director and the admissions person were wonderful through the whole process. They worked very well with our family.

The staff was very cooperative. The marketing person I was working with who helped us move in was very friendly and very cooperative. He answered all my questions and was very good at his job. I was impressed with him. My loved one passed away shortly after moving into Atria, and the staff was affected by that too. That meant to me that they were very involved and concerned with the welfare of their residents. That was something that really impressed me about them. It was like a family, and I liked that aspect of it. It was a little pricey, but I don't think they're more than anybody else in the area. And I feel they're reasonable for what they offer.

We toured Heritage Oaks and the lady who showed us around was very sweet. It is a nice, big facility with large rooms and we really liked it. It is in an area that is on no land so she would not have been able to go out for walks and it is not in the best neighborhood so we went with another facility.

I would be comfortable going there. I would recommend for others to go there. Overall the friendliness, good food, and cleanliness all stand out to me about the community. The staff have been excellent to work with for me.

The staff is doing a great job and very friendly. They have done a great job keeping the residence safe during covid. The food is good and my loved one really likes the food. the community is a good value for the money. I would recommend this community to others.

We've liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the quality and size of the rooms. It's very clean and open and well maintained. It's a nice sized apartment with plenty of room. The master suite is really big, with a nice bathroom. For the money, it's just really a nice apartment. Probably the only drawback is there are no patios or balconies. But for the price and the size, it was a tradeoff. The staff have been exceptional with communication. It's been kind of limited with Covid what we've been able to see. I know that they're offering plenty of activities, I just don't know what my loved one is participating in specifically.

We chose Legacy at Maiden Park because of the price, the staff members that I worked with at the facility was very helpful with giving me information and getting her settled in, The room sizes here seem to be good, she is in a single private room. If I have any questions they are great about responding and answering any questions and concerns. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Heritage Oaks because when we walked in it was very clean and beautiful. Connie the manager was so personable as well and they just had everything my mother needed. The apartments are very nice size with great closet space. They are willing to give you extra help when you need it which is nice. The residents are also very friendly. They do have a good variety of foods on the menu and I would recommend to others looking.

This is a very small community and everyone knows each other. I feel they get more attention due to the community being small. The building is beautiful and decorated nicely also. I would recommend this community to others.
