Westmont Living

Eventually we had to move out due to cost. Found a cheaper solution for living. Yes, we would recommend Westmont of Fresno to other families based on the experience we had.

Good food, Very very clean, staff always here for us feel safe and loved lots and lots activities. Outside clean and safe staff go's out way to help with tv movies.

Oceanview is a great place to live. The manager [name removed] is great! Does a great job. Best in the last 20 years I have lived there.

My sister and I were very impressed with the environment at Westmont when we toured for our mother. There was a table of four residents in the dining area that were having a great time together, we were having a great time together, we were greeted with their laughter, there was a full house at Bingo and we were introduced to tenured staff, 6, 7 and 9 year veterans of the building, that speak volumes.

My mom was extremely overwhelmed with my there's ever growing care needs and memory concerns, we had to make a quick decision to move dad into Westmont of Escondido. The tram was able to quickly and efficiently transition my dad into their compass rose memory care. Through increased communication and consistent care we are on track to maintain a very positive outlook and overall experience at Westmont.

I would recommend Westmont. Westmont is a nice place and we hear lots of compliments about the staff from independent and assisted living residents. Our mom has settled in and is treated very well by the memory care healthcare workers. We are mostly satisfied with the Westmont of Escondido.

I did my research. This place is one of the best in the I.E. beautiful, full of amenities pickle ball court, movie theatre two restaurant and three fitness centers full care service if when I will need it. Ask for [name removed].

Great place! Wonderful staff. Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. There are numerous activities and schedules are distributed and posted throughout the facility. My mother is very happy here!

If you have a loved one who needs full time placement in memory care, my heart goes out to you! We were in your shoes making the VERY heartbreaking decision that mom could no longer stay in her own home. We agonized over how to do it and then where to place her. So blessed to have found Westmont at San Miguel’s Compass Rose Unit. Our mom has been in their care for 15 months and I can say we chose the perfect place for mom. She recently had a hospital stay and we could not wait to get her back “home”. The love and true compassion we witnessed when we brought her back to her room was nothing more than spectacular. Everyone who works with her treats her as though she is a family member. I cannot commend them more as a group. We are blessed to have such a caring team to surround her. Excellent and very unique combination of assistance and independence! Allows small pets, a unique blessing! Location, location, location on the spectacular Central Oregon coast. Superb management and staff. They know how to inspire and comfort. Wide variety of activities. Great meals with very attentive servers. Beautifully maintained building and grounds with gardening opportunities. Transport for shopping and very convenient city bus system.

Our mom is in the Compass Rose, the memory care side of Westmont of Morgan Hill. She has been there just over a year and the staff has been amazing. They are all so caring and do such a great job with our mom even when it can be a challenge due to the Alzheimer's disease. Our mom loves the staff and always tells us how nice they are and what good care they take of her. We can always reach them when we text or call and the staff takes the time to update and/or answer any questions related to our mom. [name removed], the director of the Compass Rose, goes above and beyond. She has built a special bond with our mom which has been very helpful and she seems to be available 24/7. I don't know how she does it! We are thankful for the care our mom is receiving which helps make a difficult situation just a little bit easier for our mom and the family.

My mother-in-law has been living in Westmont of Morgan Hill for over 2 years. We still remember the very first time we met [name removed], which was an online interview. It was nerve-wracking for my MIL because she wasn't good at meeting with new people nor dealing with high tech. But[name removed] warm smile and her calm voice won her trust. Staff are well-trained. They are friendly and attentive to my mother-in-law's needs. Even when we were on vacation, they went far and beyond to help her out. Westmont is doing a great job for keeping the place neat and comfortable, creating a welcoming environment for residents. For fun-loving residents, Westmont offers a wide range of activities and events, hence providing opportunities for social interaction and engagement. My MILK's favorite is the "Jeopardy!", which is held every Friday afternoon. A young lady named [name removed], a sweetheart and always has a big smile on her face, runs the game and she makes the show challenging and fun. Food is healthy and delicious.

Highly recommended facility. The place is well maintained, the staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and my grandmother said the food there is superb. Overall, she is happy with the care she receives and everyone is like family.

My Mom's moved back home this year...She had a great experience at West Mont...but since needing 24/7 care the expense became to much...Thankyou for the care given in the 2 yrs she was there
