5 to all. What we like the most about the Westmont of Chico community is that the staff is very friendly helpful and prompts. She really enjoys the food as well

It's a welcoming environment with a friendly, caring staff. The community members all seem happy. Would definitely recommend to others.

The food is not up to par, often served cold and the wait is consistently over an hour. However, we are very pleased with Westmont of Riverside. We would not have found it without the referral from A Place for Mom. I recommend you to my friends who are looking for places for their parents care.

Fitness program', friendliness of staff I like fitness program, food, and staff are worth living in this place. Especially [names removed]. I prefer shopping trips. I would recommend this place to friends.

Been here 17 months - been some ups and downs overall it’s really good! I would recommend it! [name removed] is fantastic! [name removed] gets high marks! I love the music and exercise classes. The walkways are beautiful

My brother has been in Memory Care for about 3 months. He is very happy and I am too. He loves the facility with its walking paths, fountain, patio. They take good care of him with two showers per week, do his laundry, keep his room clean, etc. He also loves the weekly bike rides and bus rides around town. He is friends with the staff and they always welcome him when he returns.

Both A Place for Mom and Westmont Escondido have been, and continue to be, truly outstanding. I would highly recommend them to others. The compassion shown, along with the warm and welcoming environment provided for both residents and their families, has been exceptional.

Toured the facility with [name removed] who was very knowledgeable and understanding. Amenities and staff were super nice but my boyfriend’s mom took a turn for the worse and needs hospice care so unfortunately this was not for her. Great location and very clean with activities and transportation services. I really liked this facility.

I moved to Westmont of Escondido about 3 months ago and for the first time I feel that I am home. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love all of the Activities and all of the social hours and the music.

Westmont is an Excellent facility for anyone that is looking for a place for your loved one to reside either on a long term or a short term basis. Starting with [name removed] the Resident Services Director and her team who pay attention to all necessary details regarding my moms placement and transition from another facility. The memory care facility is well ran and the staff overseen by [name removed] the Director do a great job communicating every need or concern that they may have regarding my Mom. Highly recommend Westmont of Morgan Hill.

Toured Oaks at Nipomo. Modern clean facility. Everybody has been very nice. [name removed] is very helpful making the process of admitting our loved one into care.. I hope that the process continues to be pleasant as I admit my loved one into their care. At this time.

I really enjoyed touring this facility . It is just wonderful for the elderly. It is clean, bright, happy , accommodating and overall outstanding in my opinion. This place stands out as an all over top class facility .

I toured Westmont of Cypress recently and was very impressed by the facilities. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and bright and very welcoming. There are also many activities available for the seniors there. It is very clean and the staff seems very upbeat and helpful.

The staff is great, especially [name removed] the community relations director, [name removed] the move in and insurance coordinator, and [name removed] one of the head nurses. The fellow residents are generally worthwhile individuals. There are a couple of bad apples among them, but you’d expect that anywhere.

Westmont of La Mesa is a magnificent facility with all the bells and whistles. They have pleasant staff and a most capable sales associate.

Westmont of Culver City had extremely helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Apartment sizes are excellent. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. Entire building and all units as well as amenities were new and beautiful. [name removed] and [name removed] were wonderful as well... "sales" and move in coordinator.

This is a beautiful and well run facility. There happened to be quite a few staff changes right when my mother-in-law entered the facility which I think was just incidental but still did cause some minor frustrations. The facility is very social with a nice community feel. Everyone from staff to residents. It is very friendly and welcoming. We describe it as a dormitory for seniors where your friends are all just right down the hall and you always find a friendly face in the dining room. I hope to live somewhere similar when I am this age. My mother-in-law was immediately much happier with all of the social activities and keeping busy. Though she had some minor and very expected issues with moving from her big house to a much smaller studio apartment, all of the social amenities and friends really distracted her from this and she had minimal moments of sadness and actively thanks me and my husband on a very regular basis for getting her there still after 6 months. She is so much happier

The food is outstanding, and the friendliness of staff is definitely a plus! They all really care for their residence. My mom is currently in independent living so I cannot speak for the assisted-living aspect.

Westmont has been wonderful from the very beginning. From getting my mother in law relocated there from NV to her constant care in Memory care. They are very transparent and communicate well. My mother in law has good food, clean environment, stimulation with others, caregivers that care and so much more. I feel we are very fortunate to have found Westmont of Morgan Hill.
