The staff is wonderful. Overall we're very happy with this community. My loved one's room is beautiful with a wonderful view. She seems to be very happy here. Housekeeping is weekly and does a good job. They offer a very wide variety of activities. The residents can also get their hair and nails done on site. The food is good, there have been a few mix ups with to go orders but nothing major. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

We're quite satisfied. I receive positive reports from the staff. They keep in communication with me and let me know if any issues arise. The facility looks very clean. They encourage my loved one to participate, and it looks like he's joining in. When he acts out of hand, they handle it quickly and professionally. It has been a good experience overall.

Walk into this lovely and cheerful business of a three tier care facility, I saw a group of ladies visiting around the fire pit happily chatting with their friends. The dining room was almost full with a variety of people dining together. During the tour I saw everything was very clean, organized and the helpfulness of the staff was cheerful and polite. I would recommend a visit to the unique facility if you are looking for a change in your lifestyle or assisted living.

The Oaks Of Nipomo has been fantastic, except for the food is bad. But other than that, great communication among staff, and everyone knows each other. They have lots of activities, and they are in constant contact with the residents.

It was very nice, feels like you are on a cruise ship.

A home means being among friends who care about you and among people who’s primary purpose there is to care for you, keep you safe, well fed, entertained, comfortable and welcomed. As a family, we spent years of angst deciding what to do and where to send our parents. Then after months of research, we found Mariposa. I am grateful to be able to see my parents often and I sleep well at night knowing they are safe. I am grateful to hear my happy mom come in the room and fervently say “Thank you Lord for giving us a good home” I am totally thankful to the culinary staff for their ingenuity and flexibility in helping dad with his dietary restrictions and I’m pleased to report he has maintained his weight. I am grateful and thankful to Mariposa’s staff, culinary, caregivers and housekeeping, councils and families for all their efforts in maintaining a beautiful house that has become a home. Thank you Mariposa!

After 5 months Mom seems happy and her transition from living alone and struggling to joining the Mariposa community went better than expected. I love the location so frequent visits are easy and sharing meals is convenient.

Westmont of Cypress has been fantastic. It is a brand new and beautiful facility. The staff are exceedingly happy to help and responsive to our needs. The leadership is visible and engaged with the residents. From opening until now, we have seen consistent performance of all aspects. The residents are all friendly and engaged with each other. The environment is very warm and welcoming.

These are but a few words to describe my apartment at Westmont Village. The entire apartment is well planed so it is wheelchair or scooter usable in every room, including the bathroom. And closet, cabinet and drawer space is exceptionable. The restaurant is open for two hours for each meal so I can eat on my time schedule. Yes, there are occasional “hiccups” but that is what makes life livable. You won’t believe it until you experience it.

I toured with Westmont at San Miguel Ranch and this is the one I really wanted to have my parents move into. But after their assessment, it was going to be much more expensive than my parents could/wanted to pay.

I would recommend The Terraces to others for their loved ones. The staff are attentive, and get to know all the resident's names. They are good at checking on the residents, especially if they are not feeling well. They will go above and beyond to make sure the residents are acclimating to the community. The community recently had a new chef start. This is a newer community and very nice.

Our first impression is what really sold the deal for us - we could see that the staff genuinely show care and concern for the residents and they have been nothing but helpful since we moved in. The moving process was pretty stressful and difficult on our side, but they were extremely helpful organizing everything we needed so in that regards they did a wonderful job. The meals and dining service seems to be great and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Very nice brightly lit buildings. Apartments are also brightly lit with plenty of electric outlets. Food is great - lots of choices. Staff members are all super friendly and competent. All utilities included in rent. My husband + I have lived in the independent living section for about 3 weeks & are very happy here.

I would highly recommend them. I did a lot of research before selecting a place, and It's exactly what I was looking for. It's a smaller community with more of a family atmosphere. My mom is definitely not just a number here. Everyone knows her, and that happened very quickly. They send out quarterly reviews that are well written and accurate. The staff are lovely. The food is delicious. They have a new memory care activities director who is starting on June 1st, which we're all excited about. In spite of Covid challenges, they have had good activities throughout. The cost seems pretty typical compared to other places. I have no complaints about anything, and I see that everyone is well taken care of. The staff are really on top of everything and well trained. I see empathy and compassion from all of them. I've never once heard a mean tone from anybody. They are truly caring and compassionate. When I call out of the blue to ask how my mom is doing, they spend a long time on the phone with me giving me updates, which I really appreciate. Your loved one would be well cared for here.

So far so good. They've been very responsive to our family. Initially our loved one wasn't getting showered as often as she was supposed to, and when we brought it up, they immediately remedied it - with no hassle. They just did the right thing. We had a meeting with David, who runs the place. He was very thorough in going through the paperwork and explaining everything to us. And he has been very reachable. The staff knows the name of every client and knows their story. They get to know each resident's specific needs in order to better care for them. It's a beautiful, new facility. She says the food is good. They have Bingo and all sorts of things for the residents to do. So far we're pleased.

We had a great tour with Westmont and were thoroughly impressed, we just wanted to find a place where they primarily spoke Spanish because it would be easier for my loved one to adapt.

It is a bright and open environment that is welcoming to residents and families. They have many choices for activities daily. And they go on outings to Santa Barbara weekly. It's a wonderful location.

We chose Westmont of Fresno because they spoke directly to my mother in law during the initial interview and she really liked the look of the facility. I have noticed that sometimes it is hard to get in touch with them, but I know they are short staffed right now just like everybody else is. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

This community is awesome. Excellent service, beautiful and the food is spectacular. All residents are very friendly and nice. So happy we moved here.

Westmont is a great place! My moms lives here and loves it! The entire staff are warm, friendly, caring and accommodating. I would recommend this place to others.
