The staff goes out of their way to help you through a very difficult time. Their compassion and understanding makes the process so much easier. They never hesitate to stop what they are doing to answer questions or address your concerns.

Most of their activities are not based on sight and i'm really impressed on how they accommodate everyone. My mother has been difficult in transitioning and they do extra things to try and accommodate her. They're doing everything including keeping her suite clean. I can't even think of anything they can improve. They've been good. There always seems to be a staff person helping with this and that. I'm totally satisfied.

Everyone was very friendly; residents were recognized by name and spoken to personally by Janine. the facility is nice, but is undergoing major renovation. The outdoor work is to be done by the end of July. Inside, all halls and rooms will be renovated. We liked the facility; it seems like a nice place which will only improve once renovations are done.

Liked the atmosphere of the facility. Loved the feel of the courtyard so very serene

Emeritus Danville was a life saver for my mom and our family. She has Dementia and this was the first placement for her before going to a nursing home. They were all so helpful and understanding. I feel like they made my mom feel welcomed and she became very attached to them. From admitting working with us over the weekend to the staff that took care of her, very professional and loving to my family and Mamma.

I looked at 12 different assisted living places before selecting Spring Meadows for my mother and father. Spring Meadows is currently undergoing a 4 million dollar renovation. It is also under new management and has hired some innovative, visionary individuals to ensure that top notch care is provided to all of the elderly so that they can thrive and live life to their fullest. They also provide quality activities. At each meal the residences have a choice of two selections. The food is good. What I like most, is the comprehensive care that is offered to all of their residences. Unlike many of the other assisted living places that I looked at that charge any where from $500 to $2500 dollars extra for levels of care fees and $200 to $500 for medication management fees these are included in the monthly payments. My mom is able to continue to participate in physical therapy - that is housed in Spring Meadows, that she began in a Skilled Nursing rehab, when she was discharged from the hospital. Spring Meadows provides an opportunity for seniors who might often end up in nursing homes (because they need constant care and attention) to live a life of in a community that provides enriching and engaging experiences. We have been very pleased with Graysonview. We are trying to work out a few kinks yet like my mother-in-law refusing to take a shower but other than that we have not had many issues. The people are very friendly and always helpful and kind to our mother. She really likes it there so far.

Dont like where it is, too far from my home, not sure Mom would like it there, very safety minded, good staff/client ratio, activities for residents

It is under construction, still works as a fun center. Rooms are a little smaller than most however if s larger room is chosen it is still less money and comparable in size.

Overall our experience with Hope Memory Care Center was a good one. It is a nice looking place, and the staff are friendly and caring.

Nice facility. Roomy common area. I didn't see a separate memory care area. Staff seems pleasant and great feedback from a family member I spoke with in the parking lot.

They are all very friendly and very helpful. If we ever do have a complaint, they do everything they can to take care of it. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes my mother likes the food, sometimes she does not. The activities are very good. The only thing I can think of where they could improve would be with communication among the staff. There have been a few incidents where it seems as though the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. All in all it is a very good place.

Nice facility but only 6 independent livers. Common area had many in wheel chairs, mostly sleeping. Tour was exceptional and I got good answers but not a fit

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far we are pleased with Emeritus at Cave Spring. They've got some very good people here, all of the staff I have met so far have been friendly and professional! The only real issue we've had, and it is something I have noticed at other facilities, is that unless you give them very specific instructions regarding their use they can go through expensive items like diapers very quickly.

Staff is supportive and compasinate. Rooms are kept 100% clean everyday, housekeepers and laundry are A+. My father loves the food and waite staff. Can't wait for renovations to be finished.

My experience with Emeritus At Danville has been real good. They interact well with the patients and are very courteous and respectful to them, regardless of their condition. They are very friendly, and the place is always very clean. It is also a very secure place.

Small but very nice, seems to be clietn friendly. Reviews are good. Prices are set.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for a loved one. This place looked nice enough, and the staff all seemed friendly and professional. However at this point we had already seen facility that we liked more.

Cindy was friendly and informative. She showed me around, explained clearly, was friendly with the residents as they were having dinner at the time.

For the most part things have gone alright with Greenfield of Stafford. They do as well as they can for the level of care that they are set up to provide. As long as you aren't going in expecting one on one 24 hour care the service should be good overall. The staff are caring and hard working.
