Vitality Living

This is a nice community. The staff is nice and needing a little more help, but they are good. The food is good and my mom is pleased with the meals that are offered. They do have activities that are offered. Another activity director is needed due to have alot of residents. I would recommend this community overall for good care for families.

The community at Texas Star Assisted Living and Memory Care is very nice. It is a fairly new community and it is very clean throughout. The tour staff were very friendly and they did a wonderful job addressing our concerns. The tour went very well and it is a pleasant community.

Atria Stony Brook is a very beautiful community located near my home. The community is well kept and very clean. The staff were very helpful informing me of the types or care available at the community.

I was only there for a few days when we moved mom into Texas Star Assisted Living. The community looked clean. The staff are nice and they seemed to work well with her. I live out of state and I do have good communication with the staff. They do offer daily activities for the residents to enjoy.

I lived at the Hearth in Hendersonville,Liked it and moved to Franklin because its closer to my family and so I can attend my grandchildren's games.There are many things.I like in Franklin.The Hearths are both excellent places to live,Staff are all kind,attentive and friendly.

My favorite thing about the building is having therapy.It keeps me moving.

On a scale of 1-10,I'd give you an 8.5.Everything is very nice & is better than what you'd expect from an assisted living.I love my apartment.

A community is comprised of a group of people and the people who work here.That I've had interactions with,Deserve an "A+" for their interest in our well-being.Their service,done with care and love is very much recognized and appreciate by those who have eyes to see.A big thank you to these blg-hearted people.

I have a very pleasant 2-rm and bath,spacious,apartment.My view is green,lots of trees!.If I need extra help,it is available.Like most residents,I am here because my son is near here ,and I do not want to live with him or alone.Meals here are good,wholesome,3 X day, and a surprisingly varied choice.I only regret that I am old,more needy now.

My husband passed away.I could not stay home alone.I came here.I feel safe.It is now my home.The residents are all my friends!

I had no previous knowledge of retirement homes to compare the hearth,however this is what i hoped it would be.Here I have many choice,the kind of apartment,control of temperature,telephone service,personal assistance,time for meals,seating in dinning room,immediate response to call,health monitoring. There I Know that people know and care about me.

This is brand new facility and at first things were a little rocky, but things have improved since then. The community is new, so everything is very nice and spotless and beautifully built and decorated. My father's apartment also is very well-kept. The staff is good, they are always willing to help when asked. The facility's main administrative assistant always has her eye on the ball and is key to their management there. The activities director is amazing, he is encouraging to everyone to participate. The food okay, they do serve well balanced meals. Everyone is accommodating and I expect things will further improve as this community grows. For assisted living, I would recommend this community.

My wife and I have been at this location for almost four years. Although my wife as an increasing Alzheimer's problem, we are happy with the facilities, maintenance, food and all the staff working here. Most are outstanding personnel, all are above average.

The nursing staff is helpful and servers are always smiling when they wait on us.The holiday parties are fun and we have the best food.I love going on the bus ride on the weekends.Everyone here works hard for us here.

Everything is going very well for my mother at this community. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She has adjusted well to the community and she really enjoys it here. The staff is very good at what they do, they are caring for her very well. I had a few issues with the administration during the move-in process, but the care staff is wonderful. They do offer nice activities for the residents when they are ready to participate. She really enjoys the meals, the food is really good. This was a good fit for her and I would recommend it.

This is a new community with a very nice common area and dining room. We received a lot of information from the director (Jason) regarding the differences between assisted living and personal care facilities. The one thing that was disappointing is that green space was a courtyard with smaller vegetation and it felt enclosed. There was little vegetation surrounding the community due to planned construction

It was fine there but we have since had to move my mother back home. But the community was pretty good.

The change in management last year and interactions with all levels of staff since then have been wonderful. The care and interest for my fathers daily needs has been wonderful.

The staff at Atria really do care about the patients. The food is always delicious and cleanliness is great.

Caring staff. Beautiful building - looks like a ski resort. Expensive, but daily housekeeping, weekly laundry service, and all-day dining are all included.
