Vantage Senior Care

So far it has been good. I haven't had any bad dealings and have found it to be satisfactory for my loved one. The apartment has a small but adequate kitchen. The living room and bedroom are more spacious . The staff I've encountered seem pleasant. There seem to be quite a few activities. The food is acceptable. Vegetables can be overdone, and it's not home cooking, but it's passable. As is to be expected, there's an adjustment period in the beginning, but the basics are there. You have a solid roof over your head, and the people are nice.

My mother was there for approximately 6 years. Most of the years management and staff were excellent...I never had to worry about my mom being taken care of. Clean place ..caring staff..good food...great attitude and atmosphere. Then ABOUT a year or so they hired a women don't know if she is a nurse or cna....my mom did not like her at all...my mom would not tell me why...and I have to watch what I say so I don't get in any legal trouble...99 percent of the staff there is awesome and caring...but because of the ONE bad apple that the management seems to defend....I would be afraid to put my loved on in there because of her. And I am speaking of the sylvan circle location. I would put a camera in the room to be safe...I wish I would have done that ...but by the time I knew I could...my mom had passed. Let me be clear my mom had 5 awesome years there till the bad apple showed up...the rest of the staff is awesome....

I like the place and it was very good. overall I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff were very receptive to questions or concerns about our loved one. They worked well with hospice.

It was open and a quick transition for my loved one. Everyone was very friendly from the staff to the residents. It is a clean community and if makes you feel like you can make home here. The staff are quick tor respond to the family and our loved one's questions or concerns. My loved one feel the food is too salty, or too tough for their liking. It is not always the best. There are three meals served each day in the dining room and the resident's have the option to order off a menu. The community is able to provide medication management, bathing and hygiene assistance as some care types.

My loved one was welcomed into the community very sweetly. She did not want to be there at all and did not want to move. But they took her by the hand and got her comfortable. And by the next day when I came in to visit her, she already had three friends and was doing great. I've had some concerns about the medical care. She had a urinary tract infection for several weeks. Even after I told them she was exhibiting symptoms, notes didn't get written down and passed on to the right people, so I had to keep following up on it to get it resolved. But it's a good place overall.

The executive director and her staff are very caring and concerned about the welfare of the ladies and gentlemen living there. My aunt seems happy and very content in her surroundings. I’m comfortable knowing that she is being cared for properly by their friendly staff.

Answered all of my questions and responded to correspondence very quickly.

This community was nice but I just did not get the feeling that this was the place for my loved one when I walked in.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family.

The activities are slowly starting to come back, and even during the pandemic given the circumstances they really did try their best. We just really like the staff, they are so great and just very good towards our parents.

Everyone At Bethany Retirement seems friendly and helpful. The room size and layout of the community is good. My likes the food. They have an outdoor courtyard for residents to use. My mom is happy there.

This place has only been open about 3 months. The only problem I see is the overnight staff is not always up to par

I have lived in this community for almost 10 years. I moved in here with my husband in 2007 and he died in 2008

The community of Autumn Green M V has been going through a period of transition for the three years i have been a resident. However with the new management team finally in place under the leadership of [name removed] necessary repairs are being completed in a timely fashion and the promised update of the facility has begun.

My aunt is in assisted living and receives great care. Nurse [name removed] is very attentive to her needs and has spent time explaining to the family about the care she will receive. The other staff have been equally helpful

They are a wonderful senior living families and can provide and meet the needs of senior citizens. But there is room for improvement.

This a excellent facility with great staff. They are friendly, caring and will go the extra mile to assist their clients and families.

I moved our father in about 5 months ago. He likes the food a lot and the variety they have. We both think the staff are respectful, caring and really try to meet my fathers needs where needed. My father needs a little bit of support with his memory. He currently really likes the memory care staff and classes he takes. I like how Bethany offers a variety of activities for the residents. The staff are diverse. One thing that would be good to offer are excercise classes. And Overall it’s hard to find a place with residents of diverse backgrounds. But overall my father feels really good about Bethany.

A case of “ you can’t judge a book by its cover.” The area is on a culdesac close to a busy retail area. The Supportive facility ‘s exterior (housed in the historic old Goldblatt building) is unremarkable. However the interior is lovely and ADA compliant . Everything was beautiful and the only area I felt needed Developement was the rooftop area where I’d wanted to see more greenery since there isn’t an outdoor garden. That said, my standard for not putting my parents anywhere I wouldn’t live were met. [Name removed] the Director of Marketing was excellent, residents know and chat with her. I saw a diverse population of residents playing cards. I also encountered a couple of women who provide wellness programs exiting that had good things to say. My ONLY concern is how long my mom could stay there given her memory issues. My sister and I acknowledge that one day her needs may have them live apart.
