My aunt is in assisted living and receives great care. Nurse [name removed] is very attentive to her needs and has spent time explaining to the family about the care she will receive. The other staff have been equally helpful

They are a wonderful senior living families and can provide and meet the needs of senior citizens. But there is room for improvement.

This a excellent facility with great staff. They are friendly, caring and will go the extra mile to assist their clients and families.

I moved our father in about 5 months ago. He likes the food a lot and the variety they have. We both think the staff are respectful, caring and really try to meet my fathers needs where needed. My father needs a little bit of support with his memory. He currently really likes the memory care staff and classes he takes. I like how Bethany offers a variety of activities for the residents. The staff are diverse. One thing that would be good to offer are excercise classes. And Overall it’s hard to find a place with residents of diverse backgrounds. But overall my father feels really good about Bethany.

A case of “ you can’t judge a book by its cover.” The area is on a culdesac close to a busy retail area. The Supportive facility ‘s exterior (housed in the historic old Goldblatt building) is unremarkable. However the interior is lovely and ADA compliant . Everything was beautiful and the only area I felt needed Developement was the rooftop area where I’d wanted to see more greenery since there isn’t an outdoor garden. That said, my standard for not putting my parents anywhere I wouldn’t live were met. [Name removed] the Director of Marketing was excellent, residents know and chat with her. I saw a diverse population of residents playing cards. I also encountered a couple of women who provide wellness programs exiting that had good things to say. My ONLY concern is how long my mom could stay there given her memory issues. My sister and I acknowledge that one day her needs may have them live apart.

Autumn Green was the first community on my list of places to tour and my dad was just so comfortable here that we decided to have him stay. My father is living here now and so far it’s been pretty good. He has a certain type of dementia and it seems that the later the day goes, the more confused he gets. But since he’s been here (about 6 weeks now), just the 3 meals that are available, the people around him, and the scheduling of everything seems to be keeping his dementia in check. It’s been a lot easier having him here where they can help him. The staff seems to be easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. They seem to be really good and skilled at keeping my dad comfortable. The food seems to be good, but my dad is used to eating certain kinds of food in certain kind of ways. I like that it’s available to him, though, and that he’s been gaining strength. There are activities every day that range from meetings with Veterans to poker, bingo, basically whatever you want get involved in. The opportunity is there to do the activities and they make an effort to make sure that everyone knows what’s going on day-to-day. The cleanliness seems to be good and I don’t really have any complaints about it. They do general housekeeping in the rooms about once a week and they keep the facility pretty clean. Overall, I would certainly recommend them and have already done so.

While looking for a community for my mother I initially chose this location because of the day care program. It was a good way for my mother to be more social since she liked to be around other people. She does seem to be making friends there. It has been easily progressive moving her here. I would say that one of the drawbacks that I came across concerns their dietary restrictions. Most older people, they kind of don’t eat what they don’t need where my mother has to opposite issue and she can’t stop eating. I would like for them to keep tabs on her eating. As for the facility itself, they tend to keep everything clean. They do laundry twice a week for their tenants. The food that they serve isn’t necessarily that great. It is close in comparison to school cafeteria type food and they don’t have the fresh factor. They mainly have a set menu that alternates and they bring out the food. They have very limited day to day activities. They do post event calendars on the doors of the residents but I wish they would post these types of things on their webpage, that way other families can be updated. It’s hard to keep them in the know. They do have a lot of people come in like 3 piece bands, school choirs, and they offer some type of church service. They also have a van that would take residents and drive around to get ice cream or just to enjoy the ride.

This is a nice facility, and our tour of it went very well. The staff we met was polite, and informative. Our questions were answered. The community looked nice, and well-kept from what we saw. The experience went well, and everyone was kind to my family, and I.

I really liked the floor plan at this community. Everything was very open with lots of bright natural light throughout the building. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them with patience and detail. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I have no complaints about our visit.

I enjoyed my experience at this community, the staff where on time to our appointment and very welcoming to my loved one and I. I thought they had a very clean facility with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my mother but I would recommend it to anyone.

My loved one moved into the right place. Her apartment is very comfortable and she is happy with the way things are going. She is making new friends with the other residents, in fact, she has like 2 or 3 close lady friends already.

I think the place is great. The food that they serve is very good and they have some good activities such as exercise programs and crafts. The staff is very nice but I think they could be more encouraging on the activities. Also, my loved one is very alert, and I feel that they should have more activities that are for residents in the same position.

This community is nice for a mid range priced community. The community seemed clean and the people I met were nice. This community would have been an option for us of it would have been in a closer location.

I was a little unhappy that the cost went up when dad moved into the community. The staff are really nice. Dad liked the food, however they do offer small portions. The community is really clean. They offer numerous daily activities that he enjoyed.

My loved one's room is always clean, as well as the whole community it self. We really like this place the staff are attentive and have wonderful communication. If there are any concerns the staff will listen and try to do what they can to make sure our needs are being met. Meals plans are available at the moment my loved one is not enrolled in the program, but the meals offered are good.

The staff interact well with my wife. They seem fairly well trained. I would give the food a 3. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it. They offer a variety of daily activities.

Autumn Green at Wright Campus was very easy to work with. They were able to help get my client in after discharge. I would definitely recommend them. Things are going good.

We really appreciated everything that you and the rest of the staff have done for my father as well as my mom and I.
