They helped my dad get signed onto Medicaid, after a lifetime of never being insured, which was an enormous help - not sure if I could have managed that on my own. Which of course is an enormous help financially now. Nurses on site were very friendly and helpful during an issue that came up, and their contact and work with a doctor of course is reassuring too. The place looks good, is kept clean and my dad likes the library, exercise room and the tv/piano room. Staff if friendly. My dad is a little unusual, yet they adapt well.

My mom likes it there and the staff are nice and helpful. Her 1 BR apartment is also nice and good size. However she doesn't participate in activities there on her own. We encourage her but she just stays in her unit mostly. She's only been there 7+ months so maybe she'll adjust our "get out of her shell" and participate more. Even though we tell the staff to encourage her to go, she refuses. But let's see after she feels more comfortable and acclimated over time...

The nursing director is super responsible and responsive, which is a great comfort. When I call to speak with my brother's nurses, they're often making their rounds but get back to me very quickly. The business manager has been very helpful with the transition from the old company to the new. I wish my brother would take advantage of all the activities you offer, but he is a curmudgeon and won't participate. The nurses and the CNA's have developed a good rapport with him, however.

Never had a bad experience here personally. For the most part everyone seems to get along well, and if there is any problem, magement seems to takecare of it very well. Overall residents are taken care of and most love living here. Families are very appreciative of staff taken such good care of there love one's.

I would recommend. They have taken pretty good care of mom. I searched the internet and read some feedback.

I think the facility and staff are outstanding. I think I have a few hiccups with understanding my role as a partner with the staff. I think that is the most difficult part, determining what the family role is to ensure things go well. It is difficult to find the correct balance. I want to help, but not sure if I am annoying the staff.

Very expensive and increasing 10% after only 6 months. They could communicate better on how things are done, eg prescriptions, health insurance, activities, etc. Yes, we would recommend this community to others, but with some caveats to discuss each service in detail before deciding.

Moved my brother into Autumn Green last month. Everyone at the facility was extremely helpful during the week we were in town to organize the move. I am managing this transition from 2000 miles away in Los Angeles. Any time I need to deal with an issue for my brother a quick phone call gets it taken care of.

Overall nice facility with nice people. AG can be depressing for those who are able-bodied, as many residents are confined to a wheelchair, walker, etc. The office staff doesn't coordinate well enough or have the resources/authority to resolve important resident concerns in a timely fashion.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff is always supportive and protective of my mother needs. My family feels like my mother feels right at home when we are there.

My mom is pretty happy there. The only negative is they raised her rent already within the first year. And it was raised by I think [name removed] . That was a big jump. If they raise it again I don't know if it will be affordable. She's already on a budget

It's a bright building. They sometimes need more help but overall staff is very caring.

Our experience at Carriage Crossing has been positive. The staff is welcoming and caring. I feel my mother is safe there. Any issues have been addressed and resolved. Meals are adequate but could improve. My mother chooses not to participate in most activities and her wishes are honored.

I am pleased with the chose we made with Autumn Green. So far everything that was explained to me and my family during the interview has been provided. My mom is please with the friendly staff and the residents. Most of all I feel my mom is safe and getting the care she need.

I would recommend - it's a friendly and homey atmosphere. But am leery only because the level of training for the care givers did not seem that good. A few were very good, but some didn't seem to know what they were doing. And of course short staffed, as probably most facilities are.

My loved one was a resident at Carriage Crossing Taylorville. For the short time that my mom was there, everything about this facility was great. The food and the activities were great. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Ravenswood Supportive Living was nice during the tour we took. However, we didn't find supportive living to be what we needed at the time for our loved one.

Things are going well at Ellen's place. Dad is acclimating well. The staff cares a great deal, and they also treat my dad with respect. They watch over him and make sure that his needs are met! They don't always come soon enough when he needs them, but that is to be expected.

This facility is a nice place, I'm pretty satisfied with it. My sister is well taken care of. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. The residents mingle with each other and seem nice. I would recommend them to family and friends.
