We really liked Autumn Green at Wright Campus

Though the building is old, it appears to be fairly well maintained. The grounds are nicely landscaped. Several of the apartments I was shown look like they'd work for my father, although I have concerns about toilet-accessibility because of his scooter. The staff I met were pleasant to residents (and me). This is definitely worth considering.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour, we just new based on some things we learned it was not going to be the best fit

Autumn Green at Wright Campus was a newer building and well kept. The community was updated and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was a smaller community with about 90 residents. We wanted a larger community for my mom to have a greater opportunity to meet new people that she has things in common with.

I think that they are very friendly and caring at Bethany Retirement Community. The communication is hard there. I'm not sure who is in charge or who the go to for a service request. The care service need improving but they are working on it. The services offered are also confusing to me. I would like more of explanation on everything. Overall it is an okay place but I get the feeling there is probably some place better.

We toured here as we were looking for options. My loved one seemed to like it. The decor was a little dated, and I felt that the amenities were limited, compared to others I looked at.

Overall things have gone well with Bethany Retirement Community! It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff are all very friendly. The staff have a lot on their plate, and they could really use a few more people there, but they obviously do the best they can and there are some great people there. The activities had been a problem, but they recently hired a new activities director who has been working hard to improve things.

They take all your money. I am looking into a facility that goes by your income with a full size kitchen like a senior apartment. My father is not happy but he understands. Staff are extra nice. I love them it just the regulations and policy.

It's a small facility, 25 beds I believe. I would say when my dad was there, most people had Alzheimer's so the care seemed okay. Truthfully none of us want to have to be in this situation :( Overall I would recommend High Point to others looking.

At one time I think you had the yard treated but now the lawn is full of weeds. The main entry way outside is full of sticks. This did not just happen overnight its been weeks.

The staff at Highpoint Residence of Quincy are great The housekeeping is weak. Communication with the family is mediocre. The move in process was great. The meals are adequate. I would suggest more off facility activities. I would not necessarily recommend this facility to others.

Apparently a lot of changes in this facility since no longer privately owned .. perhaps if patient is advanced memory care and the location is convenient for family I would say it could be considered, otherwise social aspects are terribly lacking for cognitive individuals and I would not recommend.

I have seen some improvements with my loved one, but I am concerned about the additional supplemental fees, rent raises and walking demands kept changing. The facility and staff are wonderful. On the other hand, corporation and administration constantly increase rent and fees. I picked this community, for the pricing, outdoor spaces and atmosphere. Pricing is the one thing that is changing constantly and sometimes invoicing can be confusing. Often, the balance sheets don't add up, and they don't send out corrected invoices when requested.

Bethany likewise was more of a retirement community. Unfortunately the staff did not seem well prepared for our visit and information was somewhat lacking. The facility seemed nice.

Our family had an in person tour with Ellen's Home South and overall it was a nice tour experience but what we were looking for, for our loved one we just did not think it was going to be the best fit.

The 1st shift staff and manger are very good, but the rest are questionable. My mother ended up with a broke hip and no one knew when it happened. She is now in hospice care what little there is. She will die soon. Was it their fault we can't say. It is tough. There is definitely room for improvement has it looks great on the surface

My loved one was here during COVID. They have a great location and neighborhood. The health and wellness director was wonderful to work with. The was a company that took over and is cheeping out of the food. They really care about the residents. There is transportation for the residents to utilize and the driver is very nice to work with. All the staff are very caring towards the residents and families. They allowed pets. Loved the Yappy Hour!!! This allowed the residents to interact with families to be able to bring their dogs in to socialize with the residents. They even had cocktails available for the residents.

The establishment is very outdated and there is one garbage location for several rooms. The garbage is always over flowing or full. My fathers room is as far away from the cafeteria as possible. It is literally the farthest away. Since there were so many rooms open it would have been nice for us to have the option to choose one of the since some are larger. Overall: The establishment is fair but needs updates. I recommend other amenities such as ab option for cable that the residents can pay a monthly fee if they would like to have it. Also, the décor is very outdated and needs to be updated.
