The facility is fairly new and very nice. We were impressed with their modern monitoring system. Our main concern was the size. It was big and had a lot of rooms. We were a concerned about the small number of staff that we saw.

Nicest facility in the area. But rooms are very small. You could go "stir crazy" in there. Not really sufficient space in living area for 2 recliners and a TV with room to get by. Lots of common area throughout facility, but unlikely to be used much. Most amenities would not be used by [Removed].

I had a good experience during my tour of this community. Everything went well. The staff was kind, and friendly. The community looked nice from what I saw. The staff was friendly. My tour went well of this community.

The staff has been doing a wonderful job with taking care of my husband. He said that the food is good and that he does enjoy the dining. The community is also clean and well kept. They offer a lot of things to do.

The Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes was a nice place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The memory care unit was depressing and we felt like we were not ready to have my father there yet, so we ended up moving him but from the short period of time that he was there he enjoyed his stay.

My mother so far is doing very good here at this community. Everything is working out pretty well, and we are pleased. It is a nice and clean community, they do a good job with keeping everything well maintained. She is comfortable with the staff, they are caring for her well. They do have activities available. She is pleased with the meals. We know she is safe and being cared for well at this community. I have already recommended it to many people, it is a nice place.

My mother in law was here for a respite stay, and for the most part it was a good experience. They have a good staff here, they were very helpful and caring. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and very clean. She was cared for well here. She enjoyed playing bingo, and she would do brain stimulating activities with the staff. The memory care they provided her with was good. This is a community I would recommend, it worked out good for us.

The food tastes good at this community. They offer a variety of choices. The community is kept clean and it is a good healthy environment. The staff work well with my mom and answer any questions we may have.

Inspired Living is perfect if you're looking for Assisted Living that looks and feels like an upscale hotel. Great location and the staff is excellent. We choose them for the above reasons and they have a nice staffed fitness center. I gave it 4 stars since it's a little pricey and so far we haven't used the activities, hopefully that will change.

So far our experience with Inspired Living at Lakewood has been a good one. There's always room to improve, but generally it's been a very nice community.

The staff at Inspired Living at Sun City is incredibly friendly. The really have bent over backwards to help us. They have met all of our needs and then some. We have been very very pleased.

I was able to take a full tour throughout the facility and everything looked great. Each room and adjoining restromm were in good condition and it appeared that all of the residents were very well cared for. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout the tour. This is one of the better facilites that I've experienced in the Pinellas County area.

We're very happy with how things are going at Hidden Lakes Living! It took a bit of time for my loved one to settle in, but now she is participating in activities and has met a friend to spend her time with. She is fitting in well and seems very happy! The staff have all been very friendly, professional, and patient, and they do a great job of handling any issues she has without confrontation. Really the only issue we've had is that when she moved in they told us that the residents are able to walk out into a secure outside area whenever they like, but this has not been the case so far. Apparently due to the hot weather they are restricting outside access until it cools down. They can also be a bit difficult to get in touch with, they never seem to return phone calls.

I would say don't believe everything that they promise.

My husband has memory loss and was a resident at Inspired Living for over two years. The staff treated him like a "favorite uncle" and always showed respect for him as a human being. The outdoor areas were beautiful and were designed for the residents to walk safely around. The meal choices were good, especially the selection of soups available every day. I would recommend this facility for any family looking for a place for their loved one who could no longer function on their own.

Mom became a resident August 2018. I was displeased almost immediately with the care she was given. Over this past year they have made many changes and things have gotten much better. I am happy, mom is happy, and I left for vacation and returned to a happy and well cared for mom. Aside from my children, she is my number 1 priority so making sure she is cared for is of utmost importance. If they keep improving I will gladly give them 5 stars across the board.

Like all facilities, they will make promises that they can't and keep. If anything they offer is important to you, or if you have special requests that they agree to, get it in writing before signing the paperwork. Their price is higher than most in the area, but their treatment of residents is also above par, for the most part. The staff is very friendly (except the kitchen manager) and I have never witnessed a staff member being unkind to a resident, though some are surely better than others. Staff is specially trained in treatment of those with memory issues and it shows, but they are often understaffed which is problematic and leads to unintentional neglect. Activities are frequent unlike some other places, but it is hard to keep decent activities staff. My parent is no longer with them, but I would recommend this facility over any of the others we have personally experienced.

The community gave me an uncomfortable feeling during our tour. The staff was very awkward and didn't have direct answers to the many different questions I had presented to them. The main living and dinning room needed more natural light and not so many dimmed lights.

My mom has fell walking down the hall. The staff called me and let me know this but I also noticed a few more residents had fallen too. Otherwise, she is doing fine and well. The place looks pretty clean and looks good. My mom does not enjoy the food at times. I am unsure why she does not like the meals.

Really would like to see more "quality" menu w less quantity. Would be happy to discuss
