Well maintained, indoors and out, my one bedroom apt is very spacious. Heated indoor parking included in rent. Lots of walking trails. The usual social activities, both complex wide and individual buildings. Friendly, welcoming neighbors, office staff very pleasant and accomodating. Located close to shopping, banks, restaurants and Post Office. Quiet and peaceful. Very happy to be here.

Very well kept building in a nice quiet area. Paying for laundry is the only negative I see. Underground parking is a big plus also.

This is a clean and well taken care of community. I am in a brand new apartment. The staff are very helpful. They answer your questions and address your concerns quickly. The management is very good. They do not offer a meal plan but they do occasionally have meals catered. I would recommend this community.

Living At Highlands At Riverwalk I am enjoying my new home and the community living at Highlands At Riverwalk. The building is unique in its self, offering its residents options as to their desired space needed. The building is very well maintained and clean, as well as offering its residents a warm enviornments with its many eye catching accents,furnishings, and art. Our staff put forth much effort to answer questions and or concerns. They also take time to provide outside activities,such as yoga and having a meal catered in. These types of activities give the residents an opportunity to get to know each other. The residents here are very caring and respectful. This community really gives you the most for your money.

Underground parking is $[removed]/month. I'm not familiar enough to know if that is par for the area, but the availability is very much appreciated, especially in this weather. The apartments are very adequate/roomy. There is lots of storage with the additional storage room in the hallway. Packages are delivered to the mail room which is open to the public so some things have gone missing. Sometimes residents in the building you live in get together and play cards/games or other activities in your building. The activities are all held in building 1 which makes it difficult to attend in bad weather if you live in a different building.

Excellent facility all around! We picked them because of the, cleanliness, engagement with tenants, location of facility and rent pricing.

They offered a 3rd month free promotion. My Mom lived there 3 months, but died in the 4th month. They required the estate to reimburse them for the 3rd month because she didn't live there a full year. Also someone from the office staff came and complained to us while we were working to get her furniture out and propped open the outside door. I had seen their maintenance staff prop open the outside door numerous times. The apartment, building and grounds are very nice and they provide many activities.

Very safe and friendly place to live. Beautiful facilities. Highlands at Aeropark is for totally independent active 55+. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

It took me a while to get to know people. And one neighbor complains about the noise of my grandchildren when they visit. I have a one bedroom and it is large. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen, but it is nice that it has a dishwasher and the refrigerator and freezer are large. I also have a separate locked storage room in the hallway.

Staff and facilities are very good, however I did receive a rent increase after one year. They have very nice 1 and 2 bedroom apartments available. I highly recommend Brookfield.

I was previously a resident at Wildwood Highlands Apartments 55+. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Wildwood Highlands Apartments to others.

My mother moved into Ridgeview Highlands last [date removed] . Your facilities are well maintained, clean and safe. The apartment meets all my mother's needs.

When it comes to the meals and dining they have a lot of dinners and lunches you can buy during that month. What we like most about Highlands at Mahler Park is the daily activities and smaller trips. What we like the least is that it is a little pricey. They should have a get together when people in move so they can go over everything and show the new residents how things work.

Underground parking has too many obstacles for older people to get around. My loved one scratched & dented their car shortly after moving in. Positives: security of building is pretty good. Maintenance team is helpful and quick to go out.

This was a good community, but I didn't meet all their requirements. Plus it is too far from where I wanted to be.

This is a very clean area and community. The only thing that I don't like is that the appliances are poor quality. Everything else is good. This is a great place but it could use some improvement. This is a very lovable place and the people are good.

I chose Ridgeview at the time because I talked to a lot of people who were very happy with their experience. I think there was a mistake with the apartment that I got, it was not the one that I thought I was getting and it could have been handled better. The apartment size I got is a good size and I am happy with that. The other residents that are in my building are very friendly and I haven't had a lot of interaction with the staff just due to covid. But I would recommend to others looking.

Communication is good and they take care

The community is very friendly and very acceptable. We have an underground parking garage and elevators. The community is good with communication and keeping us informed. We also a monthly newsletter. I would recommend this community to others
