I was impressed by it. I saw two units. One was a 2 bedroom 1 bath a resident let me see. The 1 bedroom 1 bath I was shown was rented, but not moved in yet. I'd toured here in 2010, but didn't remember all. I still had the folder, but needed updating. I don't have a printer right now.

This community does not offer a meal plan. The staff are very nice and take care of everything. They offer a lot of daily activities and social events. My room is nice and it has large windows. The community is well maintained and I would recommend this community.

I toured this community and liked the staff who were able to help me in the care that is offered. The community was clean and maintained. They have activities that are offered. I would recommend others to tour the apartment community for the care of loved ones.

The 2 bedroom apartment had a private patio & a patio door that let a lot of light in. There was room for a full size washer & dryer in a closet.

The staff was very helpful in getting us set up. Nice apartment though paying for laundry is a disappointment. Nice quiet building in a nice quiet location.

This is an amazing community. I'am very pleased with my move to this community. Everybody has been very friendly and kind. They are treating me very good. The community looks great, everything looks great. There are great activities offered for the residents. I would highly recommend these senior apartments. Everything has worked out great for me here.

the community is great and the staff is super helpful in whatever I need. The community has a underground parking for me and the other residents. I also like that the community has an exercise room and an elevator for me to use. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family.

I loved the community and what they have to offer. The location is excellent. The condition of the apartments seemed very nice. I am seriously considering the one bedroom. Have some concerns about the lack of closets in relation to the large amount of belongings I have.

My mom is doing great at Highlands. The staff are nothing but cooperative. They keep the community very clean and it gets my recommendation. They do not offer a meal plan for this independent community. They have tons of stuff including a farmers market weekly.

My mother is doing great here at this community. I know she is safe and in good hands. The community is well-kept, her room and the facility is nice and clean when visit. They have a good staff here. She is receiving great care and I would recommend this community.

These Senior Apartments is working out very well for my parents. They really like it here, everything is working out very well. The grounds are kept very nice. The staff is pleasant. There is a club house where the residents go to talk and play cards. Overall they are doing great and I would recommend it.

I have joined and enjoyed various activities offered in this community. The food is good. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. The staff are very helpful, friendly and wonderful. I am glad I moved into this community.

They are doing a wonderful job. The case manager knows everyone by name. The personnel is wonderful.

We love it at Brookfield Highlands. The area is just beautiful. It is just like being a park. I cant think of anything I would have this facility improve on at this time. It has been a really good experience here.

I am very happy with Wildwood Highlands. It is wonderful here. The furniture is high quality. The decor is extremely tasteful. The halls are clean. It is spotless. Everything the staff told me they would take care has been done. The maintenance man came to do some things one day and I ran into him and told him that I needed touch up paint but he didn't have it on him. So he said he would get it to me soon. I wasn't sure if he would remember and sure enough he did! Everyone I run into here says hello to me. There was a welcome breakfast to residents that are new. They have a party once a month for residents birthdays. There are quite a few activities and a large variety. There are even activities that are free of charge. I recently dropped a note off at the office about pruning the shrubs in front of my windows and they got back with me immediately. After owning a home for over 50 years I was very reluctant about the change but now that I am here I could not be happier.

We really like it here at Ridgeview Highlands. I live here and am pleased with the experience. It is expensive, but then I feel it is worth it for the convenience and quality of life that it provides us. Everyone here has been very good to us and the place is lovely.

We haven't moved in yet but the tour was fine. The facility was very clean. There was no mess or any odors. The staff was very friendly and very informative. I can't rate the value, care services, or activities because we have not moved in yet. It is not applicable. Overall, Everything went very good on the tour. It seems to be a very nice community. Everyone was nice and welcoming. It seems like a really good place.

I loved this community.........it's newer.........no smoke and NO PETS are allowed. If they have no room because they are full, they will let you rent within any of their places in the surrounding communities until your desired unit opens up. Also you will get moved up quicker because you are already contributing to their communities. I liked the floor plans. In addition to living, dining and kitchens........they have great rooms with fireplaces and I'd be able to afford them. The heat and water and basic cable are included. No meal programs. Underground heated parking. Have to see what utility bills are included.
