I am currently a resident at Brookfield Highlands Apartments and everything has been great for me here. Everything is very clean and all of the staff are friendly. I would recommend Brookfield Highlands Apartments to others.

I am currently a resident at Parkwood Highlands. This is an Independent Senior complex. Most of the activities are resident generated. There are 1-2 owner activities per month. As for value, repairs/maintenance are done very well however, the appliances are very basic, loud and don't work all that well (dishwasher). All of the units are painted yellow, including the ceilings which make it very dark and cave-like. I like it here, the residents are very nice. But I feel that for what I am paying each month, I would expect better quality in the amenities. There is no food service at all. The common room is spacious and has a small kitchen for anyone to use for private parties. There is even a small apartment set aside for overnight guests. I would recommend Parkwood Highlands for an Independent Senior. Each building has an ambassador who will orient the new resident, show them around etc.

What I like the most about the Parkwood Highlands Apartments is the friendliness of the staff members as well as the residents there. I would recommend this community to other families based on my experience so far.

I live at Foresthill Highlands Apartments in Independent Living. Overall, I like my apartment building. It is clean and quiet. The amenities in my apartment are low grade, but functional. I do not like the appliances: the refrigerator sings at times and I don't use the dishwasher as it does not clean very well. Also, the sliding door for the closet in my bedroom is very hard to open/close. The indoor parking, hot water, and common areas are very good. My limited experience with the staff has been good.

I have actually told everyone I know if they ever need a facility like Birchwood for a parent or themselves I would definitely recommend it. After my tour it seemed like exactly what my mom was looking for. And the location to my home was key as well.

What I really like about Highlands at Mahler Park is that the area is close by other stories and the residents and staff members are very friendly. Based on my experience so far I would recommend this community to other families.

They have been extraordinarily wonderful to me. The staff is very good and happy to assist you. I really appreciate and enjoy the people who live here.

The process to get an apartment is excruciating and probably violates the Fair Housing Act. The staff is attentive, and the facility is great. The units are spacious and well maintained. There are welcome activities to help new residents get to know the facility and other residents.

It's a very welcoming place. Of the people that we've met, I get a sense that they look out for each other if someone needs something, while also maintaining your privacy. They're very considerate, friendly people. And our apartment is good and meets our needs perfectly.

The cleanliness of Ridgeview Highlands really stood out to me, everything is very well kept and in good condition. The people are all very friendly and if there is an issues it is taken care of fairly quickly.

This is a great community to live in for your loved one. They have activities like bingo, arts and crafts, corn hole and more for the residents to do to keep busy. The staff are very nice.

This is a great community for your loved one. They have activities like exercise, wine tasting, cards and games, shuttles that will take you to the store, a fitness center and more. They also have a hair salon.

I would recommend the community to others. The community and the price stand out to me as the best features. It would be nice to see more activates. The room is very good for me. In my apartment I have a great room, kitchen and a fireplace it is nice. There are other complexes in the other area. This suited my needs due to the location.

My experience so far has been great, the community is very clean, and the staff members are all wonderful. I really like my apartment here, it is a perfect fit for me. I am very happy to be here.

We toured this community and the tour was very good and they gave us lots of information. The only issue was that it was more expensive than other 55+ Apartments.

This community has nice apartment, and they keep up the property. It is centrally located, just two miles away there is all the shopping area so it is very convenient

This is a great complex. The apartment is large and light. The people, residents and staff, are friendly. The location is very good. Easy to get to shopping. You don’t realize you’re living in the city.
