Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

We picked Bristol for our dad due to his memory loss which continues to get worse. The staff on the fourth floor memory unit are very attentive and patient.

At first, Mom was a little reluctant making the move from her own home to the Bristal in East Northport, but within a few months she was "right at home". She has many friends to talk to, and she loves her apartment. She always tells me the staff couldn't be more helpful, and that they make sure there's always something to do, and the food is delicious! She's never in her room anymore...always "out" and about. I Highly recommend The Bristal, as I'm sure Mom would.

They treat her very well. She has acclimated pretty well. They did a phenomenal job, inviting us for lunch was a great way to get familiar with the place and the people. We saw a few places but we knew when we walked in, that this was the right place.

Wonderful place. The entire staff is great. The building is really nice and has a homey feel. The food is great and the building and grounds are always clean and well kept. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

My experience with The Bristal Assisted Living at Massapequa was simply fantastic! The facility was wonderful. It is very nice and well kept. And the care is great. My parents are being taken excellent care of. It's been a great experience all the way around and I would highly recommend them.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff

My Mom lived at The Bristal from December 2007 through June 2012. It was a very difficult decision to place her in a facility, as she lived with my family for 13 years after she moved up from Florida. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were all wonderful...Alan, David, Michelle, Parenthia and everyone else. They made the transition so easy. My Mom participated in many of the bus trips and activities in the first three years before she moved up to the Reflections unit. I always felt that she was safe and well taken care of. I will be forever grateful for the excellent care she received.

My 89-year old father moved to The Bristal at North Hills about 5 months ago, having lived alone for 22 years. We all thought this transition would be a challenge for him, and yet, from the very beginning of our experience with the place and the staff, it is so affirming, reassuring and comforting to see him acclimated, relaxed and happy in his new environs. It is a pleasure to spend time with my father in this beautiful new home, where he has access to well-balanced meals, a selection of activities, and a most caring, skilled, talented and cheerful staff. We live out of state and come frequently to visit, but having this experience with The Bristal gives us - his children and grandchildren - much needed peace of mind.

I would say that the entire staff at The Bristal Assisted Living was absolutely dedicated to the dignity and quality of life of the residents there. They treated my loved one with respect and genuine concern.

I have only good things to say. Right now my brother is settled and so far so good at The Bristal Assisted Living at White Plains. Everything here gets top ratings from me. I have been so pleased with the entire process. I am so very happy with the way everything is going.

Mom has only been there for 2 weeks, but I have already noticed an improvement in her. The staff are wonderful people, who are friendly and very attentive. They get to know each and every resident personally along with each family member. I am so happy we chose the Bristal of Lake Grove for mom. She is in the best care and I don't need to worry about her anymore.

The staff and team at The Bristal at East Northport has truly cared for my grandmother like she was a part of their family. Since she moved into the building in October 2014, my grandmother has participated in games, dancing, art, and so many more community/social activities that she has enjoyed. We are so grateful to the staff and team for everything they do to keep her safe and to keep her happy. As a resident in the Reflections unit, she is certainly cared for and given the dignity and love she deserves. Thank you!

The Bristal provides the utmost in professional, individualized care to its residents and their families. I have had the pleasure of interacting closely with The Bristal team, and the team go to extraordinary means to provide attentive care to each of the residents. With a professional and customer focused Executive Director at the helm, they are able to accomplish this though exceptional communication with each resident and their family members and caregivers, working as a team to create the best care and services possible. The Housekeeping, Wellness Dept. along with their support team, understands the "yes" concept, and how they can serve you. Great building, great team, great atmosphere.

The Bristal is beautiful, 5 star resort style living. Wonderful grounds, staff responsive, always greeted with a smile by Lesha at the front desk. There has been many changes at the Bristal, but they definitely seem to be heading in the right direction. The level of customer service and response to families and resident have improved dramatically. I believe great leadership comes from the top, and the new Director is setting that high standards for great quality of care. Caring, compassion, respect seems to be the new focus at the Bristal, and we are pleased to continue on this wonderful journey.

The Bristal was great. The people were very nice and they worked well with us. It wasn't what our loved one wanted, so we don't have extensive experience, but from the interaction we did have. It's a place I would recommend to others.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Bristal, I would give them high marks across the board! The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I would highly recommend them!

As the son of a resident at The Bristal in Sayville, my experiences have all been positive. The building is brightly decorated and comfortable. This is my father’s home now and The Bristal makes every accommodation they possibly can to make him feel at home. My father cannot walk through the building without being greeted by name - by all staff. The care he receives is delivered by kind, caring, professionals. He participates in a number of activities each day and is more socially interactive now than he was before he moved here. Food was a key concern of my father’s when we were looking at different facilities. We remain impressed by the selection of items offered at mealtime and thrilled that the menu changes daily, for weeks (months?), without repeating. My father is quite happy at The Bristal and that is a big relief to me.

I find the staff at The Bristal to be attentive, caring, aware and informative. The facility is immaculate and is kept that way on a daily basis. My experience with all concerned has been totally positive, with questions answered and problems addressed satisfactorily.
