Ultimate Care Senior Living Management

we picked this community because it was newer and closer to me. I am so happy for my mom. The staff are doing fabulous with what they do for her. She has gained 4 pounds already. She is doing something all the time and just fine being here.

We are happy with this community. The staff are very nice . My loved one enjoys the food and they offer a big variety of choices. They offer daily activities including movies, exercises and card games. The community is exceptionally clean. There is no smell anywhere in the community. The prices are affordable and better than the other communities in the area. I would recommend this community.

The Bristal is very nice! It looks great and the staff are really nice. Though my loved one is having a difficult time with the transition from home, they are sure to cater to my loved one's needs in the best way that they can.

When I visit the staff seem lovely and attentive. Mom seems to like the food and they keep the community clean. They do offer some daily activities to keep the residents active. Mom is in the memory care unit and I would recommend this community.

My family & I just want to thank the entire staff for making my mom feel so special during this difficult time in her life. She felt so welcomed at the Bristal the moment she walked thru the door. She is surrounded by so much care & love by everyone.

The care was good, the meals were good, and the people were wonderful. But there were more women than guys and not enough things for the guys to do.

The staff here at this community are good. The community is clean and maintained The meals are very good and a nice variety. They offer activities to the residents to participate when possible. This is a great place for care and value for loved ones to live and I would recommend this community to others.

We had wanted to keep my father at home with my mother with the help of aides, but as dad’s Alzheimer’s advanced it became increasingly evident that this was an unrealistic option. After meeting with [Removed]. at The Bristal at Lake Success, we realized that there was an opportunity for dad to have a better quality of life. Since becoming a resident at The Bristal, we have noticed some amazing changes as my father has become much more verbal and we see that he enjoys engaging in activities that stimulate and encourage group participation. My father appears to be much calmer and when he does have moments in which he is stressed or angry, the staff are quite skilled in redirecting attention. Residents are treated with respect and are cared for by the entire staff. Every member of the staff knows and greets my father by name which always brings a smile to his face. The facility is beautifully laid out and have a very welcoming feel. Resident apartments are extremely clean and well maintained. Although in less than a month, the Bristal has far-exceeded my expectations.

My 97 year old Mother recently moved into the Bristal. [Removed] and everyone on the staff has made her transition very easy. She is enjoying all the activities, bingo, exercises , crafts, and others. She was feeling very isolated in her previous co-op, but has already made friends here. She loves that she no longer has to cook and the meals are all delicious, with plenty of choices. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and obviously care about the residents. I am so happy we found the Bristal and know my mother will be very happy there.

This place provides excellent care to their patients. I really am impressed with this community. They are always very, very clean and neat. The only thing that stopped us was that they are not a Kosher community and that is what my uncle wanted.

This place is like walking into a five star hotel. It is a new community and it is beautiful. Mom is doing really well here and the people are great with her. Mom sometimes likes the food and sometimes does not, but when we ate there it was good. The dining room environment is very pleasant. We also like the location of the community.

My mom has been at the Bristal since it opened in 201. The last three years she has been in the reflection section. Her physical, medical and social health has been secured by the caring staff. I have peace of mind knowing mom is in good hands.

The entire Bristal staff bent over backwards to make the move from home to their community an easy transition for my parents. The building itself is lovely; it is like living in an upscale hotel with many daily activities and delightful entertainment. Of note is that the staff is particularly engaged, upbeat, warm and helpful - from front desk staff to activity staff to dining room staff to maintenance through to administration. We especially appreciated the help in setting up my parent's apartment. My parents have not seemed this happy, this well, this alive in many years.

I like the community her for the sister. They have nice activities and crafts. They offer local trips around the community. We like that the community is very clean. they do a lot of great activities also during the holidays. I would recommend families to this community for the great care and value. It feels like you are at home being here.

My mother was a resident at the Bristal at North Woodmere for a few weeks of respite. The ladies of the Reflections program there were wonderful to her and to me. Their smiles, their good humor, their interaction with my mom, their care of her, did not go unnoticed. My mom just flourished there. She and I both wished she could continue staying there but unfortunately it was too financially expensive.

My Mother has been living at the Bristal in Lynbrook for approximately 7 weeks and I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the staff. From day one the staff went out of their way to make my Mother feel welcomed and safe. Whenever I need to interact with the staff, they are accommodating, courteous and caring. I am very pleased that A Place for Mom helped me find this facility which is a great fit for my Mother's needs.

Everything is working out great for my mother at this community. They are caring for her and her needs very well. I'am pleased with her move to this community. It is a nice place with friendly people.

This was a gorgeous community and the staff was cheerful and made my family feel welcomed from entry to exit. If you are looking for a warm atmosphere that will make you and your loved ones feel at home, The Bristal of Holtsville is the place to be. I plan on moving mom there within the next few weeks and we are very excited!!!

Everyone is always pleasant and polite, greeting you with smiles at the door from start to finish. There is always someone there to answer even the simplest of questions, never making you feel rushed. I highly recommend this location and look forward to watching it's success!

I took a tour at this community and they were a great place to see. At the time I wanted to move my loved one here. Later the level of care changed and they would not be able to provide the level of care that we need. The people who gave me a tour did a great job and they gave me information about the community.
