My Dad moved into Park Square Manor under the insistence of his children after living independently, in his own home, with my Mom for almost 30 years. We are so surprised at how he has adapted and grown to enjoy Park Square Manor. The Staff, Residents and Activities have all be a wonderful transition for him and we are so pleased. He even comments that the food this great. Thank you Park Square Manor for making a difficult transition such a good experience for my Dad.

I am just so impressed with how much the staff genuinely cares for the residents. They make everyone feel like family and have a way of including everyone so no one is alone. My dad is grieving the loss of my mom, but the community whether staff or other residents surround him with so much love, it is making this difficult time for him much easier. Before he did not shower, shave, eat and was isolating himself. Now he has reasons to care. He's not just there. The employees truly care. Special thanks to [name removed] who ultimately is the one who got my dad to move there. My dad was struggling and skeptical to move. It was not an easy undertaking, but [name removed]'s warmth was like a big hug and made my dad feel accepted, safe, important and genuinely cared for.

We did not have much time to find a facility as my loved one was coming out of rehab. After visiting 3 facilities, The Forum at the crossing impressed us the most. The facility is very clean, bright and a little more affordable than the others we saw. All of the staff members were very helpful. My mom was a little difficult at first, but they really took their time with her as she was adjusting.

Overland Park Place had a reasonable price and good food. My loved one moved in last December and is doing well there. The staff communication with the family is good. My loved one really enjoys the meals offered. There are three meals a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

Five star residence did really well and they helped me get mom moved quickly to a safer environment. I really like that everyone is so friendly both staff and residents. The communication has been pretty good. And there are 3 meals plus dining room open for snacks from 8a to 6p. The food is really good and there are multiple choices. I like eating there too.

I like the fact that the place looks more like a hotel than a nursing home. I also like that my mom can live independently but can customize for extra help if needed. The place is very social with lots of activities. All in all , my mom is thriving there!

I would go here when it is time when it is my time. This is a great place. The overall feeling, the community is clean, and it feels like a family makes it a great place. The staff communication is very good when there are questions, concerns, or requests. There are three meals a days is served and there are lots of options to choose from. There is bingo, movies, crafts, shuffleboard, pool, chess, mahjong, and more for activities for the residents to engage with.

They make mom feel welcomed as well as our family. You feel like everyone cares. You are more than a number but a valued person. The faculties are very clean and welcoming. They have pleanty of things for the residents to do. Meals are good and the dining area is more like a restaurant setting.

I toured this facility and it was quite nice. It would have been an option for my loved one, but they only had a studio, not one bedroom.

We loved Village at Mission. My friend had to move because she needed memory care and it was just too expensive for her here. The staff and everyone was fantastic while she was here. We had no complaints what-so-ever. It is a lovely place that we would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a really good first impression with McKay Manor, it is a really well managed community and based on my experience so far I Would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My loved one really enjoys being here and our family is happy our loved one is here. I have been able to visit my loved one often. The staff communication with the family is very good when we have questions. Also, they are good about keeping in contact with us with any changes about our loved one. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. My loved really enjoys the food offered here.

Wesley Court that feels like home which begins with the employees down to the residents that live there. Everyone is welcoming when you arrive, and you see it when employees are interacting with the people that live there. Some of the employees have been there for years, the food is wonderful, you can do as much or as little as you want. I highly recommend Wesley Court to anyone!

The kitchen staff is amazing. My sibling loves the activities, especially Bingo, and getting her nails done. The value for the money is wonderful. It's at a good location. I would recommend the community to other families, and also A Place for Mom.

We picked them specifically because they are licensed for a 2 person assist. They are between assisted living and long term care. That was what we needed so it worked out great. They have continue to make a real effort to get to know my dad and understand his life and his interests so that they know how to engage with him. When my dad has appointments outside of the facility, they will take him to his appointments and that has been really helpful. I do really like that it is a relatively small facility, memory care only has 12 residents so they get a lot of 1 on 1 attention. There is always at least 2 staff there so the ratio is great. It is a very welcoming community and I would recommend them to others looking.

The friendliness of the staff members and even the other residents living here get a 5+, I have really been amazed with how friendly they are. When it comes to the meals and dining service there are two buildings - one building you can go and sit down and order a hot meal, but in our building the meals are delivered to us so something the meals are cold. We have not participated in the activities as of yet but they have quite a bit going on and we have a driver that takes us to and from doctors appointments and we really like her. Based on our experience we would recommend Park Place of Fountain City to other family members.

Bridle Brook was a nice place, and the staff were very attentive. I would recommend them to other families.

They are extremely caring they have excellent employees. They could improve with the cook. They have changed cooks since moving in and there were no complaints to begin with and maybe the new cook will improve with time. Of course as in most places they are sometimes short staffed but no one is ever overlooked because of it. It's a great place They have just completely remodeled and put new furnishings in the common area for the residents.

The community is very caring and friendly. The experience was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating to the requests of our loved one. I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved one. The staff communication with the family was great! The Director of Marketing and Director of Nursing went to visit my loved one and introduce themselves. They were very patient with our loved one and this meant the world to the family!

They've been very supportive with a very difficult client (my loved one). I wish there were more activities to involve him, but I imagine it's hard for them to pick things that are of universal interest. They've been short staffed, but I know that's a nationwide problem. It really is a very nice facility, and I like that the living spaces are apartments instead of just rooms. That's definitely a plus. It feels like you have more of your own space, rather than being forced directly into the community. Although I suppose that could be a good or a bad thing, depending on your loved one's needs. But it has been a good thing for us.
