Staff excellent, dining very good, could have done more activities in memory care, but having a very caring hospice staff on hand was also helpful

The township was able to provide good information and they usually got back to us pretty quickly. They were all so very helpful.

They have had a lot of staffing changes and are having to use agency people. I would recommend, but be aware a lot great staff have taken other jobs.

Pinnacle Groves is a great community for independent living with a wide variety of activities. It takes some time to adjust to apartment living after many year in our home.

Curtis Creek is one of the more reasonably priced senior living homes in this area. The dining experience is similar to eating in a restaurant with waiters taking your order from a limited menu and bringing your food to you which is generally good. The living areas are kept clean and attractive and it’s a safe environment in which to live.

Carriage Court has made every effort to accommodate my mom, especially with all her issues. The nursing staff and care staff are impeccable. I believe they have three different room sizes. I recently moved my mom to the first floor in one of the smaller rooms. I was disappointed they increased the room by $[removed] last month, but it's all my mom needs. They have Sunday lunches for families during holidays. They offer transport to appointments, and they have activities, but my mom doesn't participate.

Great location, prices a bit lower relative to other facilities, they've been helpful. Food menu could be a bit more creative, but is fine.

Clean, very friendly staff, just unfortunately, they are short staffed for the dining room. The food is good. Eat anytime. Friendly residents.

Since my sister did not move into The Cambridge, my experience with the services are limited to what I witnessed on the tour. But I would have to say that I would rate all of the listed items as a 4. My experience with Cambridge was excellent. The gentleman that was working with me on my sister's behalf was extremely helpful. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. The facility was warm, welcoming, clean - it checked all the boxes. I attempted numerous times to convince my sister that The Cambridge was a perfect living situation for her, especially since Phoenix Home Health was on the property. Unfortunately, we could not persuade her to accept the available apartment. Needless to say, she is still in the LTC facility she was in at the time. She ultimately regrets having not taken the opportunity to live at The Cambridge, but I exhausted all my time, energy and patience on the matter.

Expensive and we felt for the cost, overall care could have been better, we were under the impression that they were short on staff and having difficulty hiring quality staff, but there was no reflection of that in the cost of care. The quality of facilities, food service, activity availability We're all good. We felt like actual medical care response was somewhat lacking, doctor access, and communication could have been better. Maybe due to staffing shortages.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and take time to get to know the residents. I would recommend The Princeton to others (and have already). I feel like they do a great job trying to get their residents involved in activities and take the time get to know them.

They did increase his rent by $[removed] this year which was HUGE jump for living off social security i tried to fight it but couldn't so had to adjust things to make it work was rather disappointed. A lil increase like 40-50 is more manageable than $[removed]!!! It's kinda hard on some as I can only do what Dad tells me like the food. He is picky but he doesn't really like the food about 50% of the time for lunch and dinner so he is eating out a lot more as they don't have things like he likes like fried chicken, onion rings more what I call meat and potatoes and he likes it at first when he moves in but they have changed ownership and chefs a couple times since then As far as the rest I like the new remodel looks clean etc but I would say anything is perfect so that's why I didn't put 5

I’m a friend and caregiver for a resident at The Madison, and we’ve been very pleased overall with the experience. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-located, with great amenities. We especially appreciate that all meals and weekly transportation to medical appointments are included. There are also a variety of wonderful on-site activities like Happy Hour, classes, games, and holiday celebrations. The entire staff has been professional and friendly. We love the sunny and bright atmosphere. Our only concern is that the dining room and maintenance areas seem a bit understaffed. This sometimes results in longer wait times for meals and slower response times for maintenance requests.

Modern amenities and good location. Large floor plans, nice flooring and appliances. Large showers and closets. Staff is quick to respond when there is a maintenance request. Various food options and quality ingredients.

New construction always means there are things that have to be redone. It seems like they have spent the first year re-doing some things like carpet. At least they are addressing things rather than just settling. They have had trouble maintaining kitchen staff so the dining experience is not what they advertised. I think it will get better if they can find stability in the dining staff.

Can't seem to keep a director in memory care, hard to get someone by phone at times, have lost several of my mother's clothing and often had other people's clothes when her laundry is done, feel that my mother is in safe environment, seems like high turn over of staff, high percentage increase in room rate, admin staff listen to concerns.

My score would be a 4. [name removed] got good care, staff was attentive. They had some management issues that took months to resolve. Also, my complaint would be about the cost! Very expensive and getting worse each month!

Mom received excellent care in the short time she was there. Everyone at Carriage Court made us feel like Mom was very important to them. And when she passed some of the members of their team were visibly upset, and shared their feelings with us.

Everyone is super nice. It had the level of care my sister needed.

I'm just going by my mother-in -law's feedback. I've never had the food and it looks fine and smells good but that is her only real complaint. The staff are super friendly and caring.
