It is my sister in law that is living there, but I'm the one who checked it out and recommended it to her. I would give [name removed] a 5! [name removed] has complained about the food several times, not enough room for everyone in exercise room, too cold in dining, didn't feel she was informed on some policies like fire drills,etc. One thing, it is close to us, 15 minutes away. Very nice place, could use more parking. Other residents are friendly and happy. Close to shopping and Dr's. Her studio is close to the front door on 1st floor with patio. Would have preferred separate bedroom, but studio was all that was available.

The community is loving and kind to one another. The staff takes care of us when we need help. I would recommend this community to others because they try their best and no one is perfect!

The staff is outstanding, the food is good but service is not always consistent.

Keep in mind that Pinnacle Groves has been under new management for five days, so things are a little mixed up right now. If you don't like playing poker, there isn't much to do. We do play Bingo twice a week and there is an exercise class five days a week.

The Crestone has great residents and yes I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

It was mostly a good experience. [name removed] the sales rep was great! She gave us a great tour and showed off all the nice aspects of the facility. We were able to try the food and see different room options. After my dad moved in, there weren't any huge issues, just small problems. The food was his biggest complaint- they had a daily menu, but more often than not, daily selections were not available. His favorite was biscuits and gravy, but even though on the daily available options it was not regularly available. Most of the serving staff was nice, but service was slow- either they didn't have enough people to handle orders or they were not very attentive- on a few occasions wait for someone to take an order was 10-15 minutes- not unreasonable, but still a bit long compared to other times. The evening staff at the front desk, particularly [name removed] we so friendly and nice. Whenever I had questions she was able to get answers. It looks like they had options for classes and activities, unfortunately my dad did not opt to participate. He did attend the happy hour a couple of times which was very nice.

So my experience is from my perspective of my in-laws with Vitalia. I would rate it a 4. Only because my fil came from a rehab facility and the move on the first day was a little rough on him. From eating there myself several times, the food is great and my in-laws appreciate not having to cook anymore. As for the activities, they sure offer a variety. But my in-laws haven't had an opportunity to participate yet due to other things they have needed to do. But I know they hope to in the coming weeks. I like that there are a number of room size options. And that Vitalia were willing to allow my in-laws to move in first to a one bedroom and be get on a wait list for a two bedroom while storing some of their furniture until they can get it. The sales staff has been great from my perspective. So has the front desk staff. My in-laws have said there have sometimes been long waits for assistance from the aids.

My Mom and Mother in law love it. Bingo and the crafts the entertainment the beauty shop are their Favs. The food is ok. It's always clean and smells good. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for senior living.

The staff is all exceptionally pleasant and personable as well as being efficient. One of the reason I chose The Westbury was that the dining room is open from 7 AM to 7 PM and that once food is offered, it's offered until closing. I was told when I toured that they would not have a special Food for my celiac disease, but, in fact, they always have gluten-free bread. There are so many choices that I can always find gluten-free options. There are many activities, and residence are allowed to set up activities according to their own interests

The Activities are endless, good choices are good and staff is very nice.

The place is clean and a good value for the price compared to other places but the dining hall has been not very good. Often my mom has to wait over 30 minutes to be served. That wouldn't be so bad if the food was made well but often it is not. Example Sunday she went for breakfast and got burnt bacon and runny eggs she joked at least the toast was good. The residents have complained but nothing seems to get done. They sold the place hard but they have not delivered on the perks.

The staff are all very caring and giving. They're all approachable, easy to work with and open to your questions and concerns. We have a taught Townhall meeting once a month that gives us the chance to voice our concerns. And our concerns are listened to. We have a brand new place to compare to and there were things I liked about it and things I didn't like about it, but when I put them all together, I stayed where I was. The people here are very warm and accepting of the new residence. I couldn't leave my friends here. There are things that are not perfect, but those are changing. I like the fact that we are reaching into the community, we reach out to the schools and we have intergenerational activities. I never thought that I would enjoy living in a place like the Boulevard, but I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I do have to admit that the food is not what I would consider the best. I'm very picky and I have some food allergies that make things difficult. For some reason, lately the food has been better than it has been in a long time. I'm afraid to ask why! So I'm glad I stayed and I'm glad I'm here.

The staff members and administrators were all friendly and responsive. However, I feel they were understaffed and there were times I didn't think my mom got the attention she needed. There were very few activities compared to other facilities where she has loved. She did not like the food at all.

There are several things they offer other places do not and staff is very friendly. I would recommend to others. - I like it very much but I have had concerns with it.

I would tell someone else to move here! Ask a lot of questions. The food is great people are nice. I'm not sure about being the best because there's always room for improvement

Food service issues remain a problem. Loss of staffing has reoccurred throughout the year. The Bistro is rarely stocked, and it used to be a daily choice for those who needed to grab and go. Many meals take an hour, and food is not always warm by then. It used to be great when it opened.

Always room for improvement but we and [name removed] are happy. The onboarding could be a little better, just a person there to guide you upon arrival and as you first just settle in.

Honestly, as far as the staffing goes, they are all very friendly so far. One lady who works there, distributing the evening pills, smells strongly of cigarette smoke though. The physical therapists know what they're doing. They have a gym there. It's not a big room and doesn't have a whole lot of equipment in it, but it seems like they don't need that much as I've never seen it completely full of people working out. The food choices are one of the reasons I wanted this facility over the others we looked at (the [community removed] also has the good food. They're owned by the same company). There are healthy and varied food options. The only problems we have had with the food there is entirely my father-in-law's fault. When they first went into the facility, he wasn't getting large enough servings. But all he needed to do was ask for more. He refused to do so. We spoke with the staff on his behalf. My husband's family are all BIG eaters. So he really needed more food. Once they knew that, they started giving him larger helpings, and they emphasized to him he could have seconds and thirds if he desired. He frequently takes them up on it. The reason they didn't get a 5 on the level of care is probably also my father-in-law's fault in conjunction with my in-laws probably need to be in a higher level of care facility. You see, because they are in Assisted Living, the staff lets them do things on their own for the most part. But my father in law is sneaky, and doesn't want them to know how bad off they are. As a consequence, he doesn't page them for help (which is available 24/7 by the push of a button) when they need it. So my mother-in-law, who has Alzheimer's, isn't cleaning herself up after the bathroom well enough. He's supposed to page them to help her, but he won't do it. They have tried coming in every 2 hours, asking if she needs to use the toilet, and she always tells them no. My mother-in-law also messed the bed (#2) and my father-in-law "cleaned her up" himself, and then just covered the poopy sheets with a towel. The Fremont changes the sheets on a schedule, and rather than asking for them to change the sheets and telling them why, he just had her sleep on the towel for three days until their scheduled changing of the bedding. Their activities they have scheduled cover a wide variety of interests and abilities. It's very inclusive.

The folks there are conscientious and the administration has been really helpful for me as my brother continues his journey into greater dementia. However, they appear to be a bit understaffed and occasionally things fall through the cracks. For example, no one seemed to notice that [name removed]desperately needed to have his toenails cut. There has also been a fair amount of staff turnover although I have to say that really like the current staff.

Love it here! Have my own apartment, others do all the cooking, and lawn chairs in the back yard have attracted some ""regulars".
