My stay at Brookdale Fremont was a short respite stay of only 2 weeks following hip replacement surgery. I live alone, so needed a place with food service and available care services to recuperate. The "star" rating system of this review did not give me the option to write "not applicable" to the categories of "Care Services" or "Activities", neither of which I used, so cannot comment on. Residents I conversed with seemed to like the activities. The food was to my liking, and I never left the table hungry. The dining room service needed some minor tweaking to better handle the most crowded times, which management seems to be actively addressing. I had conversations with many long-term residents during my short stay, and didn't encounter any serious negativity about the facility. People seemed proud of how long they'd lived there. The location was central to a number of medical facilities and other outside businesses. I only used the transportation service twice, but it was personal and reliable, going beyond what I expected. Financially, the charges for my stay were reasonable, and I plan on staying there again for future planned surgeries. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. A great place to consider for one's personal needs.

I like living at Walden Place. The staff have been real good and helpful. They keep the community clean and they clean my apartment once a week. The food is good and the offer daily activities. I would recommend this community.

This community switched hands right after mom moved in. They have gone from someone living on site to using a lifeline service. They keep the community clean and she has a cleaning person for her apartment. Mom likes it here and I would have moved her in sooner if I knew it was here. They offered a rate lock when she moved in.

The community at The Fremont Senior Living is very pleasant. The staff that offered the tour were courteous and very helpful. They addressed all of our concerns. The community was very well maintained and clean throughout. We were looking for a room on the first floor this is the only reason why we went elsewhere.

My dad is doing well at Mallard Point. They offer a lot of activities for him to enjoy. He seems to like the food as I have not heard any complaints about it. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it. We have good communication with the staff and they are all very nice.

Walden Place is a very nice community. The landscaping was nice and it looked like a clean community. The people that assisted us with the tour were nice. We chose another community as it was closer to the family.

After looking at several options with my mother, she has chosen Brookdale Fremont. It has the larger apartment, activities and value that seemed the best to her. She was impressed with the staff and is feeling positive about her upcoming move.

The staff at The Gables are taking good care of my wife. I am glad we found this community and I would recommend it to family and friends. The staff are friendly and keep me updated with her care. We also have hospice services coming in to help. I eat lunch there daily and the food is good. Although she is not able to participate in them they do offer a lot of activities. The community is clean and well maintained.

We couldn't be happier with our senior living community choice on ALL levels. The food, the staff, the apartment itself, etc. most importantly the safety and welfare of all residents. Recently some members of the community developed the flu. In an effort to minimize the spread, restrictions were made on visitors while the staff initiated disinfecting the facility. They even served their meals in residents rooms while tackling this problem. They are to be commended for this...all in an effort to keep everyone safe. This speaks volumes of their care and concern. Wouldn't even consider another facility. Great job all around Walden Place and thank you!!!

All staff are very friendly and helpful and happy with their jobs. They truly seem interested in the people living at the Cambridge. It's a smaller community than most which allows for more staff contact and easier for the tenants to move around without having to go great distances. I am very pleased that my mom and dad are living at the Cambridge.

The friendliness is excellent. This is a really nice community. Everything has been going well. I am pleased with the services. The value is pretty good. I can't rate the care services because it is not applicable.

We think of The Cambridge place quite highly. The staff is friendly and professional. Some of the residents are not very friendly. There is probably not a lot the staff can do about that. There are some really rude residents that are rude to others. In general, the facility is great. My mother is still new and getting use to it. Everything she needs is there. It's just a matter of her taking advantage of it. We think of the place in good terms.

The folks at Brookdale Fremont have all been very accommodating, willing to help wherever they can. The food is also very good. The only thing I do not particularly like is that if you use one of their side-doors to step outside for a moment, you can't go back in but have to walk all the way around to the front. I assume they have it this way for security purposes, but it is an inconvenience. Other than that one very minor thing, it has really been a very positive experience overall.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They have two choices for their main meals and also a soup option. A lot of chances for social activities.

Emeritus, now called Brookdale, is a wonderful place where the employees are all excellent, caring, and helpful. The apartments are a great value, and they are putting a lot of work into upgrading the whole place. I would recommend Brookdale with much enthusiasm. We are very grateful for the experiences our family had with them.

My mom was only there for about four weeks before she fell and broke her hip, but while she was there they took real good care on her. They checked on her regularly, and made sure she was involved and active. I would highly recommend Montvale Estates.

It is a grate place to live ,all the meals are furnished and maid service . I like it very much ,but i am a person that stayes by my self .I ENJOy BEAING BY MY SELF .
