They were excellent! They took very good care of my dad and they are very attentive. Any time I call with a request, they always give us top priority for anything that we need. The only thing where I think they can improve is with the meals. The food is kind of bland. Meals could certainly improve. Other than that, everything about the place has been great. They took very good care of my dad. They make the care of their residents their top priority.

I moved my parent to a smaller assistant living called the Crawford House. They are much happier. The care they get is great. I love the people there they are very friendly. I love the director, she has a heart of gold with the residents & is willing to work with the family members in any way she can. When it comes to my parent I'm very protective and watch there health & care like a hawk. I'm really pleased with the Crawford House & couldn't ask for a better place for them. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of them.

This place is extremely GOOD! They provide programs to entertain the residents. The people here are easy to work with and very pleasant to work.

They've done a really great job overall at Kingsbury Place. The staff here are friendly and professional, and they've been very accommodating in regards to my loved ones specific care needs. My parents have very different care needs but the staff here have gone out of their way to make sure they can stay together while both still getting the care that they need. My Dad has also been somewhat difficult to work with and they've been nothing but patient and kind to him.

This is a happy place. It's not only clean, but the details have been given a lot of attention. The dining room looks a feels like a nice restaurant. The lobby and surrounding sitting areas are always seasonally decorated. Residents are strongly encouraged to participate in the creation of activities that appeal to them. The staff is very friendly and kind. The apartments are very nice and residents are free to decorate them as they wish. My mom is extremely happy living here. Her health has improved and we are confident that she is well cared for. As another reviewer has said, the finances are the most difficult challenge to address. Most folks of the age of the majority of residents are probably eligible for VA benefits. Ask the staff about this when enquiring about residence. It takes awhile, but it's definitely worth it.

The facility is beautiful. There is no smell, it doesn't smell like a nursing home. The only thing is It isn't what they charge. A place for mom was off in the pricing. around $4,000 off . A place for mom needs updated information with better range of cost so people know there are other charges as well. Other than that, I think it's a great place. The people are very friendly.

They do a very good job at Oak Creek Place! The staff here are very friendly, and they take great care of the residents. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to offer the residents. I've had the chance to eat here a few times and even the food is delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Checked many places for my dad. Decided on Davenport as best for his needed care. It has been and is meeting all his needs and more. Great staff, always greet me by my first name. Couldn't find a better place in the local area . Highly recommend you check-it out and see if would meet the needs of your loved one needing care.

My loved one was only here a short time, but overall I thought they did an excellent job at Cimarron Place! The staff are friendly, and very very accommodating. My loved one has memory issues and ended up needing more care than they provide here, but they really tried their hardest to make it a good fit for her, which I really appreciated even if it did not end up working out!

Overall I think it's great. It's always very clean and well kept. The staff is always nice and helpful, and they're great with care services. I love the wide variety of activities to participate in. I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking for yourself or a loved one.

We loved Eagle Pointe. They have meals, and we knew immediately this is where we wanted to go. So far everything has worked out well. I haven't had any major complaints. It's a really nice place, and the people are friendly. We are really, really happy with it.

They are doing really well. We are really happy. When I toured, I made sure to tour the kitchen, and the food there is excellent. The kitchen facilities are very impressive. It is pretty much a professional kitchen, with a professional cook, a lot of the places had barely a step up from a home kitchen. They could almost open a restaurant. It smells very good, and looks very good. The community is very nice and very clean.

They do a wonderful job at Kingsbury Place. The staff here are so so friendly, and they really put a lot of effort into helping him settle in and feel like this is his home. They're very attentive, and very dependable when it comes to things like changing him and making sure he is clean. He had to go to a nursing facility for some rehab care, and some of the girls from Kingsbury Place visited him and brought him a card, which I thought was very nice of them!

My sister June has been at Russ Place for almost 2 years. She has gotten extremely good care and attention. I would highly recommend Russ Place as an assisted living facility. I know that June has been happy here and the staff has been great.

The facility is excellent and the best that you can ever find. The food is good. They have a bunch of activities but cant really rate on them because I haven't participate on any of them. I don't have any complaints what so ever.

The care services are really good they give individualize care and encouraging the patients to come out and participate in the activities. MY mom is very happy their and she has been to places that doesn't care and this one does. She is developing a social life here then she hasnt been anywhere else. for the first time in a long time I have a piece of mind that she is in a good place.
