It is a wonderful and loving place. Staff is caring and loving.

My mother has been a resident for nearly 2 years now. No one ever wants to leave their home, but the people at Kingsbury are all so nice. The facility is kept up and they make the residents feel special. My mom always says, "I don't know why anyone wouldn't like it here - they're so nice." Probably the only complaint, would be the inconsistency of the meals - some good, some not so hot!! (I guess you can't please!)

This is a wonderful home away from home. It is very clean and neat. The employees are very caring. The food is delicious, served hot when it should be and cold when it should be. The activities are great! A wonderful Bible study on Thursday eve, and Sunday afternoon is available. There isn't a thing that we don't like about Carlisle Place!!

This is a very good place to reside.

The experience has been fantastic. my loved one was in rehab and the minute we talked to Sinclair Place they let us set everything up so she could move in right when she was finished with her rehab. They bent over backward to do everything to welcome my loved one. They just have great personnel.

Eso far things have gown very well. The staff seems very helpful and caring.

They were great. Very helpful with this transition for my mom. Very happy, clean and caring place. My mom is very happy so far.

My father and step-mom lived @ Parkhurst from 10/26/13 to 10/22/14 when my father passed away. They were taken care as if they were one big family. We all felt loved by them. The last month for Dad was tuff but everyone went above and beyond to care for them. Tim the head was fantastic, I do not know what I would of done without them.

My mom & dad were residents at Russ Place and loved it. The staff always went above and beyond to help them and the family with anything. Michelle was especially helpful and nice. She made the transition very easy and comfortable for everyone. Thank you!

They are treating her really well at Bickford of Springfield. I am pleased with the care they are giving her. She has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The staff is just fantastic at this facility. For what she can do the activities are good. They do try to get her to come down and eat meals. She is doing okay here.

This is a great facility. The staff is kind, loving and caring and treats the residents like family. The building has a warm, homey atmosphere and the residents seem to be well adjusted and happy there. Wonderful

Overall I am very pleased with Bickford of Overland Park. The facility is clean. The staff are friendly. She is getting good care. It has been a good experience. I have no complaints about this facility.

The staff is friendly and really care about their residents! Management is always looking out for what is best for those who live here. The building is always clean and since it's a nice small building I always feel secure knowing that my loved ones needs are always met and that they are never alone.

Warm and welcoming is the best description. Friendly, considerate staff are so helpful when we have questions about Dad's care. The nurses have been wonderful with medication help. With his limited vision issues, the staff is conscientious about telling Dad their name as he learns their voices. The facilities are gorgeous and Dad raves about their food. I agree, after eating with him there a few times! Dad hasn't participated in many activities to do vision limitations but in reviewing the schedule, there is a good assortment.

The staff of Linkville House are without exception the most caring and kind people I have ever known in the field of elderly care. Our mother spent her last years there and was so cherished and well taken care of that we are grateful beyond words. Ever single staff member gave her personal and sincere attention, and understood her personality and her individual needs. The facility is small enough to feel like a real community, not an institution, which was very important to her. It is clean and fresh, and has a wonderful large protected courtyard for fresh air and green space. The activities director is delightful and truly effective in knowing all residents and keeping them involved at their desired level of social interaction. My sisters and I could not be happier with the experience and I can highly recommend this setting to anyone seeking a place where elderly people can live with dignity and a very high quality of life.

The staff has been wonderful! MountainView House was the answer to prayers for a loving, upbeat, professional place for my mom to call home. We feel we've been blessed!

Well my loved one says that the food there is very good and he also likes staying there. He likes all the staff and they take really good care of him. I would recommend Bickford of Overland Park to anyone.

My mom lives here and they treat her just like she is family... I visit frequently and I can ask what she has been doing and the staff is always aware of her daily activities. The staff is wonderful and caring.

I am loving it here. I can't tell you how happy I am about this move. It was the best thing I have done since I moved to the Northwest. It's a nice place, it isn't fancy, but it's nice and clean. Everyone is beyond wonderful. The food is wonderful They have two of the best cooks. They have gone out of their way to help with my husbands blood sugar, they make a lot of sugar free desserts. It's been just great!

What a welcoming home for my grandma! My grandma needed a new place to live where she could still be independent, but would have the assistance she needed when she asked. The employees at Plum Creek Place have been a true blessing to her. They are kind, courteous, outgoing and truly care about her wellbeing. She has made a lot of friends in the community and enjoys being able to participate in activities but also read a book in her room if she prefers to be alone. The leadership is strong and they address any concerns promptly. We couldn't have found a better place for grandma that Plum Creek Place.
