This place is wonderful. The staff is so kind and helpful. My mother in law is there and her own words it's a slice of heaven. We looked at a lot of places and when we went here new it was the one. ThIs is a smaller community about 22 everything is close so she doesn't have to go far to get where she wants. There's lots to do only if you want to and the court yard is beautiful. It's a must place to check out. We live 1500 miles away so they give us updates by email and it's nice because we know she is safe and that's a great piece of mind.

This is a lovely community, I'am very pleased with my mother's move here. She is currently in the hospital, but when she gets better she will be returning. I really do like this place, everybody has been very friendly. It is a nice and clean facility, they do a good job with keeping the community is well maintained. The staff is wonderful. The administrator was very helpful. There are activities offered. The food is okay, but it could be better. I know she is safe and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

Each resident has their own personality and the staff has heck of a job caring for them. They do a good job.

I think its a fine place. The staff is very kind and giving. They all work real hard. I am very happy here.

Evergreen has been the perfect place for 95 year old friend with advancing Parkinson's. We looked at "fancier" places and for some people in a different stage I'm sure these are wonderful. For our friend, clean, cheerful, sunny, friendly and very homey feeling really filled the bill. He's doing much better here than he had been doing in a group home which was really lacking in any sort of distraction or activity, didn't really have adequate staff for his level of care, and food was not as flexible as he preferred. Evergreen is great!

The community at Oak Creek Place is very nice. The staff that offered the tour were friendly and able to address all of my concerns. I would have like to have known before the tour if the community took Medicaid. It would have saved a lot of time for us in our search.

This is a wonderful place! The staff is very kind and accommodating. Mom felt comfortable immediately as did I and all family members who have visited so far!!!! This was a huge step for Mom moving from her home and away from her hometown, but she has made friends and is related and happy and we have only been there 2 days!

I had a really good touring and informational experience today with Eshelle. I'm very excited to look into this community closer and see what my dad has to say about it... Update: My dad liked this facility and I we've put down a deposit on a apartment in the assisted living side until they come up and do the assessment of her needs. They have a space in both assisted living and memory care, so we're all set! Thank you for everything!

The Suncrest staff is an exceptional group of people. They went the extra mile to make sure my Nana felt right at home, very professional and always smiling! Thank you everyone!

Top of the line assisted living, staff very informative and friendly, clean community areas, well organized. Individual room (studio) apt was adorable and PERFECT for one person, light and airy and surprisingly very roomy. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience with Settlers Place.

The staff at Rogue River are polite, nice and very professional. The community is clean. Mom likes the food and they have healthy choices. I would recommend this community. They offer a lot of activities that she likes to participate in.

My mother in law was at this community for a short respite stay. We were very happy with this community and we would use it again. The staff are very helpful they answered our questions and were very attentive. She said the food was ok. They do offer a lot of activities.

I think we are great. There is always improvement, but where isn't that anywhere? We do pretty good at most all places in here.

This is a very nice community for my Aunt. She is offered activities from the staff. A very clean environment inside and out. She seems to be comfortable there and happy. I would recommend this to other families.

We had been looking at Nursing Homes/Memory Care units for 4 weeks to find an appropriate, cost effective location for our mother. We had looked at a total of 17 area places when we found Birkford Place. This place was one of the most cost effective but "top of the class" places. The facilities are wonderful, clean and staffed with the friendliest staff we had run across. The food wasn't just adequate. It was very good, restaurant quality food. There are activities daily, and weekly outings. We are extremely happy so far with our short experience. The bottom line......our mother is more alert, happy, hungry and better taken care of than the previous place of three years.

Was in another place, came here and it's the best. Other residents tell me too. It's the best, get great attention here.

I find the staff very professional, conscientious of needs of residents. They all work as a team, on the same page they communicate well with each other. Residents are well taken care of and seem happy to call Parkhurst "home". I enjoy having p&s there.

My first impression of Bickford was outstanding, it was clean, smelled good, people smiling, introducing themselves, it was light, and had a nice chatter. I immediately Felt comfortable. When Meredith and Ricky met with us they covered everything explicitly and were clear about their philosophy and care of the residence. While they were discussing everything I felt I was the most important person in the room and they wanted to make sure that I understood everything. They even contacted me later in the day to see if I had any questions I needed to ask or anything I didn't understand about what they talked about. We made the decision to move Dad into Bickford. He has been there for a month and a half and the care he has received has been excellent. Every time I go to visit my dad I am greeted with smiles and encouragement. This whole experience has been an answer to my prayers. Bickford is made up of care-Angels and the cook is the Queen-Angel Dad loves the FOOD! A big thank you to Bickford??
