EPP is a wonderful community that provides a warm and welcoming environment for its residents. The staff is dedicated, ensuring that everyone feels cared for and supported. There’s a true sense of community, where residents can enjoy meaningful connections and a positive atmosphere. It’s a place where families can feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands.

We chose Trustwell at Mission Springs because of a combination of factors: attention staff paid to residents, interaction between nurses and staff, proximity to other facilities: medical, dental, and recreational services, and just general "feel" of facility. Ask questions. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and informative.

5 for everything. Excellent place. The best place ever. I love the staff, nurses and the residents living there. My mom loves it as well. I always leave there feeling good. I highly recommend this place

Mom loved this assisted living facility. It is bright, spacious and welcoming when you walk in. The apts are small but include everything your loved one's need. Mom was 102 when she passed but we were so lucky we found Wildflower Place. The staff are just special. They were attentive, kind and so helpful. You won't be disappointed if you choose this home.

I went in for a tour and the ED was so sweet and personable you can really tell her heart was in her job. Was introduced to staff that were friendly and helpful as well. The community could us an up date which the ED stated is was going to happen soon. I didn't move my dad in we decided to take him home to be with my mom. Had the circumstances been different I would have moved him in

The facility and staff are very friendly, accommodating, and caring! My brother and I are very happy with the care they give to our mother!

They are all very kind. There is a front room and a semi kitchen with a sink and fridge. Nice bathroom and a bedroom. We got my sister a shower chair and microwave. One tv in front room and one in her bedroom. We brought her own bed. So not sure if they provide one or not. I hope this helps.

They are all very friendly and helpful. The only complaint my mother's has had is that they are short staffed with their assistance workers.

Very pleasant sitting courteous staff will be my top choice when I do divided to move (within 6 months).

we chose Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place because of the size of room. Dining room was nice, and you could have a garden box of your own if you wanted. Everyone there is great. Kind and gentle.

Our adopted mom lived at Rogue River Assisted Living for almost 2 years. She appreciated everything about her living situation at her new home, especially the exceptional staff. It did not take her long to transition into this new style of living. And who wouldn't appreciate a living situation with all the activities and amenities. ;-) We are very grateful to director and all the staff at Rogue for the professional care they provided!

Small facility with only 40 rooms, so you get to know everybody. There is only one floor and no stairs at all in the facility. Country setting with deer and squirrels outdoors. The facility is near the freeway and town.

Our family is very happy with the Wildflower Place. Before we put our mom here last year we were all worried about her living at home alone. She'd fallen multiple times and no one was home with her. The peace of mind we all share knowing she's being cared for is priceless. Mom has made new friends and their families have become hers. The food has improved with the new chef. Mom even takes pictures and sends to us. They make the type of meals she made for all of us growing up. The aids taking care of her are just precious. I would recommend Wildflower to anyone looking to move a family member into an assisted living.

I reached out in the summer of 2023 and toured 3 Assisted Living Facilities. My loved one (LO) was not ready. When it came time to make the move in the summer of 2024, we were fortunate to place my LO at Wildflower Place. My LO enjoys the activities, medication management, health monitoring, meals, assistance cleaning her apartment, laundry, socializing and attention. The team at Wildflower truly care about the residents they serve and the families too. They not only support your LO but they have supported me too. It is not easy to make this decision to place a LO, but they are there to partner with you. As my LO has progressed in her illness, they have helped me know when it was time to request hospice care, when health events happen and support me by providing me information to assist in making critical decisions. I can’t imagine handling everything alone without the team at Wildflower. My LO is safe and I can relax knowing she has loving people around her.

My experience as a loved one of a resident at Wildflower Place has been wonderful. Our family had to look for a safer setting for Grandma and Wildflower Place was top of the list about 8 months ago. She had a cousin living there a couple years prior and always heard how she enjoyed this assisted living. That made it easier to broach the thought of moving into a place that can meet her needs as she aged. Although a change from living alone, she quickly began engaging with other residents and participating in activities. Whether it be games, music, exercise, there is always something to keep them active. Grandma’s favorite is the on-site salon as every week she used to go get her hair done and can still receive this service just down the hall. The leadership and staff have done such a great job making this home for so many residents and our family is thankful for the community that she has now. For families, it is easy to access, plenty of parking and very welcoming. Thank you!

They have been so supportive of my mother in law in her adjustment period of switching to assisted living. Could not be happier. They have went above and beyond . My father in law will be living in once out of rehab.

My mother has been a very picky lady for as long as I can remember but the staff caterers to her needs. Robert the chef makes her favorite meals and ensures that she has something she likes for every meal.

I moved my wife into Trustwell Living's Oakley Place the beginning of this year. It was a pretty big transition for not only [name removed] but myself too. The staff here have been a great help in supporting her care needs and my emotional needs as well.

I cannot say enough positive things about The Miller Place. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured by the friendly and professional staff. The caregivers go above and beyond to ensure that residents are comfortable, well-cared for, and engaged in daily activities. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed with the needs of the residents in mind. My mother in law has thrived here, making friends and participating in events that bring joy to their daily life. It’s heartwarming to see how much effort the staff puts into fostering a true sense of community. Communication with the team has been excellent—they keep us updated on my mother in laws health and well-being, and they are always available to answer any questions we have. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about each resident as if they were family. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one can feel safe supported, and valued, I highly recommend Miller Place
