Trustwell Living

I would rate them all a 5. I didn't have problems until Hospice stepped in. The nurse didn't show up the last day until 8:00 p.m. I called all day. However, Trustwell Living was very welcoming. The staff and patients were friendly. For the most part, my husband had a pleasant experience.

My mother passed away about 1 month after moving to Kent Place. They were very nice there. For the brief time she was there I would rate all categories a 5 and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we had

Mom moved in in June and the process from the beginning to determine if Bell Gardens would be a good fit for Mom went very well. The facility was working to reopen after the fire and [name removed] welcomed us in to show the rooms and various things available. Mom made the decision to go and believes it was the best decision. She is happy there.

The staff is very good and attentive and caring. The maintenance person is awesome. I love the big living room with separate bedroom and large bathroom off of the bedroom. Plenty of space for all my aunts things she needed and wanted when moving her from her home. My aunt is happy with the quality of the food also.

[name removed] has been at Trustwell since [date removed]. The care team is pretty much the same every day so they know the residents and what they need. Food is tasty and served warm because they dish it out as they serve it. Trustwell's memory care is about [name removed] less than her previous facility. We are so happy with the care that [name removed] is getting, and the friendliness of the staff.

We chose Trustwell Living of Springfield because of the size of the apartments and the value for the money. The facility is always clean and well decorated for all holidays. They do have staffing issues at times on weekends but nothing major. I'm sure all these facilities go thru that

I have no other experience with any other facility. That being said they have been outstanding in caring for my mom.. I would highly recommend The Charleston Senior Community to other families based on the experience we have had.

All 5 stars for Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place. The facility is very clean and the staff as well as the residents are very welcoming, which was a main reason we chose this facility over others. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Our experience with Trustwell Living at Mission Springs was great! Unfortunately our loved one is deceased now. [name removed] was absolutely phenomenal to work with. It has been nearly two years now, but everything there was good.

My mom passed away in [date removed]. We were very happy with Plum Creek. My mom was very fond of all the staff. Everyone was very kind and compassionate with her. She wasn't crazy about the food, but she was particular in that regard. They made my life so much easier and less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Plum Creek to anyone looking for assisted living care for a loved one. Very grateful for them.

The staff respond in a timely matter, reach out with any concerns, worked with my mother to determine the best way to care for my mom and listen when I have concerns. I have never had to reach out multiple times and the executive director sends me pictures and stories of how my mom is doing.

The time I have spent at Bell Gardens over the past few months being involved in the remodeling after the fire. I came to realize that a special group of people work there. They care about one another and the residents at their facility. I spoke to many different people during construction, all of which had great things to say about their experience at Bell Gardens and the level of extraordinary care they are receiving. This level of care starts at the top, with the steadfast leadership of the director on premises.

It has been an incredible experience. They have taken great care of David as he has declined into the latter stages of dementia. The center is clean and well maintained. There is no "old people" or urine odor. They have had a lot of change in personnel in the cleaning dept, so there has been a bit of a learning curve. The center is small and quiet. The activity director has also changed multiple times since [name removed]has been there. They have a variety of activities that are suited to the quite elderly ages of the residents and their physical limitations. The food is varied and reasonably nutritious. They have been willing to do extra things and make an effort to please the residents. The staff- though frequently changing- are friendly and patient and take good care of the residents- some of whom have been there for many years. I have not compared the cost to what is available in our small community-there is not much to compare. The total cost has risen a lot since my husband entered. His care points have doubled as he has deteriorated and it is quite costly- more of it now my responsibility since LTC insur does not cover it all. But I cannot care for him at home, so am trusting the Lord for His provision , as [name removed] condition deteriorates. I have been very happy with [name removed] care and am thankful for their level of commitment to both of us. I spend a lot of time there and they care about me also! Astor Place has been a huge blessing in our lives and the perfect place for [name removed] at this point in his decline. Our experience has been so positive and we are thankful for the service they provide.

The cost has went up and the quality of food down according to my mother in-law. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Trustwell Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

It is a really nice place, but it is incredibly expensive, but that's probably in general to most nursing facilities for mom's level of care. She could only afford 2 1/2 months before her finances were gone and we had to sign up for Medicaid. People did genuinely look out for her. It was a very good experience. It is a fantastic location! I appreciate the security, can't enter the building unless someone lets you in - I think this is best. My mom expected skilled nursing type engagement, however she was there as assisted living at highest level.

Our mom was close to end of life and we were so fortunate to find Suncrest. We felt she was loved and well cared for until the day she passed. We are so grateful to the whole staff. They were wonderful to our whole family. ??

Staff was always very caring towards Frances. The nurses, aides and even housekeepers. Also liked their monthly family dinners with the residents.

If you visit, you will know. Fully staffed, the place is clean, everyone is happy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice facility and very clean. Residents seem very happy and enjoying their stay. Rooms are spacious and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better home for my relative. I would highly recommend Russ Place to anyone. Very affordable and conveniently located.
