The staff is generally helpful and friendly. They do their best to include everyone in events and were good at getting my mom to lunch and dinner. She was not a breakfast eater. They did a good job delivering the prescriptions she was receiving from her doctors. And getting her showered and helped her style her hair. Coaxing her to come to lunch and dinner and pushing her in her wheelchair when she was losing strength. Nothing I disliked but there were weekend times when I came over and no one was available to unlock the doors. They have buttons to press for entry. That was my only complaint.

From the time you arrive you are made to feel welcome. The Gardens doesn’t even feel like a facility but more like a home , in like there’s no place like home. The residents are as friendly as the staff. What really stuck with me is that the staff didn’t have a , that’s not my job or that’s a different persons responsibility. They would just do it or brought someone who could. I’m glad I was able to find The Gardens for my sister to spend quality time there.

I would say 5 for all. Preston place was awesome and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We had no issues while my mom was there.

Terrebonne Place has a professional and friendly staff. There is a welcoming environment with helpful personnel. There are penty of activities to keep residents active and to allow them to enjoy each other's company. The routine meal schedule is very helpful, and the location is very safe.

The residents of Blanchard Place are blessed beyond words to have such a caring staff working with them. My client is always clean well cared for and I place my total confidence in Blanchard.

This place is amazing. I have never seen anywhere like Oakley Place. The best decision we could’ve ever made by putting my parent here. The staff goes above and makes my mom feel like this is her home.

This place is so nice and caring. My mother lived here, she used to have frequent bowel movements, on the carpet, in the car and all over the yard and driveway. Once she moved in here they were able to get her meds straightened out and she was no longer having bowel movements all over the place. Thank you Trustwell!!

The entire experience at Miller Place has exceeded our expectations. The staff has gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make this difficult transition as easy as possible for all!

I came to Miller Place in June of this year from a skilled community in the next town over. I contacted Miller Place and their marketer and head nurse came to see me. They made me feel comfortable and knew just what I needed. The move was easy other than waiting on my family doctor to get stuff signed, which is needed before I moved in. The staff here let me use their furniture until my family was able to move my stuff in for me. I am thankful I had them in my time of need.

My mom currently lives at Miller Place and from the moment we walked in the door we knew we finally found her home. She is loved and appreciated by all staff and residents. We are so happy to find such a loving environment we are all comfortable mom being in.

Staff is always helpful, friendly and responsive to residents and family. They do many nice things and have activities.

Carlisle Place is a wonderful facility with excellent caring staff, that treats the residents like family. I am fully confident, that my mother is being well taken care of everyday. They also do family dinner nights.

Trustwell Living at Westwood Place is a very clean and comforting place. The staff is fantastic. They are always there when you need them and always helpful. Everyone makes you feel like family. The residents rooms are spacious and nice.

[name removed] is the best helper with residents and works with chares and activities. She always has a smile and remember names of residents!

I only can speak to the staff/facility that was there 2 years ago. But they treated my Dad like he was family, even though he was only there 6 months. They treated me like family. He was on Hospice for the last 2 weeks of his life and they truly did everything they could, going above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them more.

Extremely responsive and knowledgeable when providing services for individuals requiring immediate assistance. Staff are so very kind and thoughtful. We are fortunate to have Westwood in our community.

My mom loves where she is. Everyone is so friendly and they all treat her well. We are all glad we were able to find a place like this to care for mom, as she has Dementia. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families!!! I toured 3 facilities in our area. Terrebonne Place was the best. I have never regretted the decision. Mom is very happy there, and is well cared for.

The staff here at Trustwell Living at Westwood Place are the most caring and compassionate people we have ever experienced in an assisted living facility. From the awesome caregivers, nurses, event planners, kitchen staff, maintenance, to administrators, you can be assured your loved one is receiving the best care in the “winter” of their life. Thank you all for your caring of my 91 year old mother.

My friend moved to Westwood Place almost exactly one year ago.She has no family members at all so myself and two other friends have taken responsibility for her care. We have been very pleased with her experience there.The staff made us all feel welcome from the very beginning. Her apartment was lovely and she has been very happy and content with her life there.The activities director always has some type of craft or event for the residents to participate in if they wish. The lunch room and meals have been great for our friend, She enjoys the food and has enjoyed the socialization and friendships with the other residents.We have all thoroughly enjoyed the family nights held monthly.We have never had a moment of regret of the decision of her move. It has been a very positive transition and we have recommended Westwood to many of our friends and family. The staff have all been more than helpful regarding her care from day to day . We have been extremely pleased.

I don’t have to worry about my mother’s care. They always call me with any concerns they have regarding her. They’ve made her feel welcome from day one. The activities director goes beyond my expectations . This would be my choice when my time comes for assisted living
