Hello, What can I say? I helped my friend [Removed] Move to the Main Street Location of Arbor Square. One of the best things a friend could do for another friend. I helped him retain his independence. His apartment was spacious, well lighted and a happy space for him to enjoy. The facility is just beautiful, filled with well cared for and happy residents. The staff is accommodating and you can tell they enjoy their jobs by the ready smiles they wear. I loved dining with him in his new home. My friend enjoyed the meals and the convenience of all aspects of living in his new apartment. A true new home for his enjoyment. I was very pleased how management helped in his transition from living alone in a small Cape Cod home to private living in a gorgeous setting. Liked the staff; very down to earth and LOVED the newly renovated buidling. I will bring Mom there for lunch or dinner so she can see the place and meet some of the people who live there.

We toured this community. I looked more like an apartment complex. We did like the dining area. This community was clean and the environment was nice. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a family member.

My aunt is really enjoying her time in this community since her move here. This facility is the right fit for her, and her needs. I'am very pleased with her move here. The staff has been very helpful, and kind. I know she is safe, and in good hands. When I come to visit her room, and the community is neat, and tidy. I've a meal with her, and her friends, and the food is very good. I like the fact they serve the right size portion of food to the residents. It has been a lovely experience for us in this community, and I would recommend it.

I thought it was nice and I liked it but I thought it was too independent for my parents. It looks like a regular apartment and more for independent seniors.

I'm doing fine and I really like the community. There is lots of stuff to do. It is very clean and well organized. We have friendly people here.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. The staff team were very nice and friendly to answer the questions we had on the care. The menu was nice and the list of the activiites. We liked the clean community and the know that this would of been a good enviroment. At the time of the tour thet did not have the room that we were wanting. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The Facility and personnel were Outstanding!!!

The staff have been helpful and friendly. Mom likes the food and they keep the community clean. Mom has a nice apartment with a full kitchen and it is a perfect fit for her. They offer daily activities and I would recommend this community.

My mom moved into Arbour Square in January 2017 and she just loves it! So many great activities and the team there are really attentive. They set up a nurse to come in to check on mom since she is diabetic. My mom enjoys the exercise classes as well. Really happy she is at Arbour Square.

We really liked Preston Place! Beautiful grounds and well maintained facility. Staff and residents were all very friendly and helpful. We reserved a large 2 BR apt that should accommodate all our needs. Location is great for us to be near family as well as shopping and cultural activities.

The community is outstanding. The staff ae very nice. The community is clean and always taken here. They have alot of great activites that she is enjoying with the other residents. We feel good knowing that she is in good care and we recommend this community to other families. The meals are very good with a nice variety.

My parents love the meals. My mother does chair exercises every day and she really loves bingo. They are looking forward to signing up for a casino trip soon. So far the change has been good for them.

I moved here recently. I couldn't ask for a better place!I'm very happy here and it's very nice. I like the staff and the food they offer. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mother has just started living there. Good food, friendly people and helpful aides. Great place for your loved one.

We moved my mother into the Verena at The Reserve last week. I cannot say enough great things about this beautiful community for seniors. This place is a true gem. [Removed], the sales director, is top notch. From my initial call through working out all moving details, [Removed] has been professional, prompt, caring and kind. Maintenance is on top of things too - quickly removing moving boxes and assisting with hanging shelves and a cabinet. Every employee we have encountered has been genuinely compassionate. There is a beautiful dining hall that serves delicious meals - two a day. The breakfast and lunch selection is terrific. Residents can bring home any extras to enjoy in the evening. They must have an amazing chef - because every meal has been fabulous. The activities are plentiful - which gives the residents the opportunity to stay busy on the hour if they so desire. My mom has already enjoyed a Super Bowl party, bingo and Flex Fit in her first few days. While she has not taken advantage of the transportation services yet, residents can be taken to their doctor on Mondays and Thursdays and other days are trips to the grocery store, pharmacy, Target, etc. All of the residents are welcoming and have made my mom feel like she is at "home". My mother has MS and is in an electric wheelchair. We did a lot of research to find the best solution for her. She can now live independently and have interaction with others that she did not have when she lived alone at home in a "homebound" status. I cannot say enough great things about the Verena. If you are looking for a community for your aging parent, it is truly worth your time to visit the Verena!

The entire staff, from housekeeper to director has been exceptionally kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make sure my mom is safe and well taken care of. They always greet the entire family with cheerfulness and genuine concern for mom's welfare.

I have a friend who lives in Pine Ridge of Garfield. Friendly, clean, social community. I would recommend this senior residence comfortable clean & caring.

We are very happy with the community here. I like that when we need anything that the staff is always caring for our needs. I like that we have our own independence. We stay activity with the community when wanting to. This is a little expensive but very worth the cost. Other families might like this independent community for someone wanting this for a nice place to live.
