Wonderful, caring staff in a beautiful facility. Our family has been blessed to have our mother live here for the past 2 years. Food is delicious and activities plentiful!

After my attending “transitions”, a seminar available to senior, I employed a representative to assist me in the transition to a senior retirement, independent living facility. After 3 complimentary live – in days at the “Ranch” up on Polo Rd, a residentially located facility, 3 meals daily. I liked it very much, it was #600 more than Parc Place, but did not have the amenities Parc Place had and the diversity people enjoy, and the affordability for longevity. I have recently begun my 4th year need I say more?! P.S. I am the only 88 year female on the Billiard team!Ha!

I feel very safe here (security). We have a real “community feeling”. All the residents are a very comfortable group we have many, many activities to choose from. The staff listens to our concerns and has an open communication with residents and acts on them when they are appropriate maintenance team – quick response. Excellent group of people who are in charge of running this facility – very friendly and concern for residents.

They love to play bingo, have good activities, very clean, nice people. Wonderful staff! I love it here.

This is a great place to live. Everyone is so nice – parties every week, live music, library, exercise room, movies, crafts, great food. I have been here almost two years – many more have lived here longer – I do love it here – don’t want to leave.

Pleasant place to live.

Parc Place offers a wide spectrum of activities for residents. There is no pressure only fun things – take your pick to fill your leisure – when you choose. Meals are optional so you can take your pick there, too.

I really love Parc Place – and am blessed to have found the community for mom. I recommend it to everyone I know.

We are thrilled to be part of such an amazing community the residents are so friendly and make you feel right at home - they look out for each other. The community grounds and dinning room are immaculate!! The menu is gourmet material. The managers are available and show the most concern for out comfort. Lots of balance activities too.

I have absolutely no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has recently made the move into this community. She has really settled in and has made her self right at home in her new living environment. They have a very modern look and the property is always spotless. The staff are wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the care she has been receiving. She has had no problems with the meals and very much enjoys the dinning experience with the other residents. Overall is has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This community was very nice. It has a lovely front porch with rocking chairs to sit and visit with people. It has a lovely outdoor garden out back and the landscaping is done very nicely. The staff was nice and informative on our tour. The community looked clean and well maintained.

The community has been fantastic for my mother-in-law. Since she has not got better we have hired more help that the community offers and they are doing really great. They do housekeeping once a week with laundry service too. She really likes the food it is enjoyable to her. I like that the staff are helpful and understanding. I would recommend them. We liked this community right away when we had our tour. They had an opening right away and that was perfect for us.

We were very impressed I loved the size of the apartments and location. If I had to make a decision today this would be my new home.

My client has resided with Arbour Square for a year. I'm a constantly impressed with the quality of staff, how cheerful they are any how willing they are too assist the residents and their family members. This morning I boarded the elevator near the cafe, a member of the cleaning staff was wiping the inside of the elevator. She had a very pleasant disposition, continued cleaning as we traveled to my floor. I thanked her for what a thorough job that she does and her cheerful attitude, taking note of her name, [Removed], so that I could mention also told the director. I am grateful for this caring community, their spirit Anda their generous spirit. [Removed]

This is an amazing property. Beautiful. Staff friendly. Amentities the best of all we looked at but the price started on the high end of mom's option so was too much.

Was impressed the first time I toured the facility. The apartment is larger than the norm and kitchen is well equipped. The large balcony is a plus. The staff here are the best ever!! Food is great...amenities galore!

I was familiar with this community from prior experiences and we did like them. They were one of our options but considering my sister was younger than most the residents, we did not choose them.

The tour went good and after seeing the community I thought the decor of the facility seemed tired for our needs.

My Grandpa has been living here for almost 3 years and we could not be more pleased. The staff treats her like family, everything is clean, food is great and she has made so many friends. We love attending all of the great parties and families are always invited to attend. I highly recommend Pine Ridge of GarField for anyone looking for senior living.

I can't say enough about The Phoenix at Delray Beach, Florida. We loved it from the moment we entered the grounds. The staff could not be nicer, They are always eager to help with a smile on their face. The food is wonderful and the ambiance in the dining room is as nice as any fine restaurant. The staff in the dining room are always making sure you're satisfied. The apartments are all lovely and the building both inside and out is always well maintained. It's very gratifying to know that our mom is very happy and comfortable there. If you are in doubt about where to place your mother or father just take a tour of The Phoenix and see for yourself.
