The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. There is a large variety of activities to do. I downsized from a larger apartment, but the size work very well for my and my cats! I absolutely recommend Preston Place to others looking.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about the residents and foster a warm community feeling. It is a welcoming environment and the move in went smoothly. The housekeeping staff does a great job and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend this facility.

I would recommended to others. If anyone needs a place to live as a senior citizen that is the place to live. It was very informative and when I went ahead and was shown around Preston Place, it seems like the perfect place to place my father and everybody's very cooperative and very nice and answered all my questions.

It feels like a hotel, the food is incredible and the service is top notch! We have recommended to others. My uncle is very happy with the transition to Verena he has had a wonderful experience.

I would recommend Pine Ridge. I will say that the transition with Amac and dispensing medication was not easy and it was not explained very well. I picked Pine Ridge because of the location, staff and services provided.

Everyone running the front desk is friendly and they take an interest in knowing their residence the same can be said for management or coordinator. I would absolutely recommend Arbour Square to others.

Grace Pointe is a wonderful community with beautiful grounds They mow and rake often. If you have a maintenance issue, they will fix it right away. My pipes froze 2 days in a row. They fixed it both times within an hour. They have activities and exercise every day, and potluck meals get together at least once a week. My cottage is located next to the pond with a fountain. I could list a lot more reasons to live here, but it would fill a whole page. Please come for a visit, you can see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

The minute I walked into this facility I knew it would be my new home. It was so bright, fresh and beautiful that I was prepared to tell the agent let me move in please. [name removed] was a pleasure. She answered all my questions and then some we hit it off right away. As she took me on a tour she was prepared to answer more of my questions. Finally, we got to the point where I wanted to see the inside of some of the apartments. Of course, when she showed me an available apartment for me, I could’ve cried. There was a S screened in patio that reminded me of my home for 37 years and a full kitchen, which I do not have now. So I guess you know I am extremely grateful for you, [name removed] you are the one that suggested I see this place and I’m as equally grateful for [name removed]. I am looking forward to moving in on [date removed]. Hallelujah.

I moved to. MEADOWSTONE PLACE when it was time to eliminate climbing stairs &have been pleasantly surprised with my continued feeling of individuality & independence but a backup resource 24/7! This is a residential apt complex for people over 55 living independently but access to backup help when needed. Lots of activities available daily on & off campus including transportation to major events, movies, theatre, symphony, State Fair etc ; on-site security 24/7, gated community; pets welcome, two pools, exercise facilities, happy hour, potlucks, competition games, on-site facilities service, transportation to Dr & groceries, personal errands, etc. Clubhouse just updated. Master gardener on-site, veggie garden, convenient location to North Dallas area. Come be surprised to keep your independence with lots of backup available! Bottom line, keep your independence with guaranteed backup always there when you need it!!

I have visited Verena many times and I am impressed by the hospitality and community feel. There is no shortage of exciting events and engaging activities. Well run, their team is committed to fostering a lively experience for all of their residents and guests.

[name removed] was very helpful with not only transitioning my parents into Pineridge but also the transition to their next stage of care. I can’t speak highly enough of [name removed]. His professionalism and care to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this facility. My parents were well cared for and the meals were delicious! Thanks so much [name removed].

I would recommend it to friends. I have no comparisons. The only other senior places I have had dealing with were nursing homes.

My wife & I arrived in 2014. We were greeted with a warm welcome, as if they were expecting family. As we settled in & started to attend many activities, we met wonderful residents who openly wanted to help & show us the routines. As we got to share our lives as well as our families,careers,travels,culture, and faith, we all had a vast knowledge of life to share. We had good days together & some not so good days, when Covid hit us. We came together & won that battle. As time passed we met new arrivals whom we welcomed & got to know and remembered those we thought about fondly. My wife & I decided we should start planning for our future. As we thought about all those wonderful people, we shared our lives with ,it was a celebration of life with family & friends. We will have no baggage to take but memories. We thank the staff for the warmth & care as they kept us gathering together. We are truly blessed. Signed Family. If you post it, they will come.
