As I walked into the Verena, I knew my aunt would be extremely comfortable here. The staff was accommodating and answered all my questions. I was right! It's the perfect place as she has made many friends and is extremely happy!

My mom was staying here a couple years back before she passed and it was by far the nicest place ever. They have many activities to keep people active. Great staff. The rooms are very roomy! I would suggest this place for your loved ones

This staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Everyone is so welcoming and it is an uplifting environment. The food is to die for. [name removed] bringing a positive attitude everyday and she is the reason why many residents love it here. She is always smiling and she is attentive! Thank you so much!

My Parents have been renting condominium's in South Florida for the past 25 years, and are now reaching the point that living in a community that offers meals, fitness, activities and the Company of other like minded people makes the most sense for them. After viewing the property first hand and seeing the way that everyone is being treated- I realize that this is the type of environment that as my parents age they can continue thrive in. My Mother loved the Water Aerobics and the Art Room as she has been an avid painter for many years. My Father liked the Casino that brings in professional Dealers weekly for Black Jack, and even Slot Machines! The recent renovation shows the commitment of ownership to keep the property in great shape as time passes.

My experience at Verena while looking for a place to live was very easy and accommodating. I came from a large house and looking to downsize while being independent. [name removed] showed me through the property. They had a unit available that would accommodate my needs.. [name removed] showed me around the property and spent time understanding my needs. They were very accommodating with upgrades to my apartment. The apartment I chose was perfect with a patio to let the dogs out. I was able to attend a happy hour and dinner before moving into my apartment. I’m looking forward to moving..

It was a very good experience, very friendly & informative. It looks beautiful & happy. I’m not sure this is what I want to do, however, should that happen I would definitely consider Verena. Thank you for your time.

Verana was very clean when I toured. I found it passing by. The Sales Director [name removed] was great. She really took the time with me to explain the services offered. All the residents looked happy., well cared for. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I needed a skilled nursing facility so Verana was not appropriate for my aging mom but would recommend it for those breeding assisted living.

When walking in to the community you find it hard to not feel the familiarity and warmth from the inviting staff to the friendly and active community. The day I toured they had the weekly 7 piece band playing in the bistro .. They had showtimes playing , some jazz and some holiday music as well .. I had asked if this was special for the holidays and they had said it was weekly on Wednesdays around happy hour which is daily which leads right into dinner. And it’s on the house you do not have to pay. The staff that showed us around made it so obvious that they love being there and it made me feel instantly relaxed .. I felt comfortable asking anything I want and found myself having fun in the process . Verena at Delray had a clean all inclusive community that offers everything and anything at a very reasonable price .. in the BEST LOCATION ..

The location is really great for my Mother as it sits directly across the street from Mercy Gilbert Hospital. When I took my mom to visit this community, I could tell the residents were happy as they were all sitting and eating together in the dining room. I noticed residents playing board games together in another room and putting puzzles together in a different room. The residents seemed very happy and talking together. The food looked delicious, and the Chef stopped by to say hello to us as we ate. The inside of the community is well cared for and clean. The curb appeal is well maintained. This is a great location for my Mom and we're happy to have her call Verena home.

I toured for my mom. I found the staff warm and welcoming. Was greeted at the front door by the friendly receptionist. She knew me by name and knew I was there for a tour. I met with the Sales Director who was very knowledgeable about the community and area. We looked at a model and an apartment on the 3rd floor. I was invited to stay for lunch. She also took the time to show me amenities of the community such as theater and fitness room. I met several residents that already lived there. The place was clean and inviting.

They give my mom the most care and love. I’ve never been to visit and not see a smile on her face. She is truly happy. I would recommend anyone here. The facility is clean and they do a lot of activities on a weekly basis. Mom’s favorite time is happy hour lol.. Thank you guys for all you do!!!

After moving here alone from across the country a little over 2 years ago, I have found many special friends and a place I now think of as "home." A very competent staff genuinely cares about the residents, listens to our concerns and cooperates to solve problems and meet needs. A full calendar of activities provides lots of opportunity for meeting and engaging with others. Several groups are led by resident volunteers. There is room here for initiative and creativity!

Verena at Delray is a fantastic community! Between the caring management team, the food, the beautiful newly renovated building, how could you not be happy at Verena?! Every time I have been there, the team has welcomed me in with open arms and made each and every experience there a memorable one. The Executive Director is very hands-on with his residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. The Sales Director is extremely kind and will help you with anything you need. And the front desk concierge is a warm welcoming face when you walk in the front door. 10/10 for this community ??

Verena is a great place. The staff and residents are very friendly. There are activities planned every day throughout the day for residents to enjoy. If you’re looking for a great place to live, Verena is the place.

I brought my mother to see Verena on a fact finding mission for when she is ready to move from her home. [name removed] was amazing, she was so warm and welcoming, making my very reluctant mother open to and interested in considering Verena. The new apartment updates are looking great, and the facility has a very vibrant feel. I would definitely consider Verena for someone who is still independent but wants to consolidate their lifestyle.

Our mom moved in 2021 as a recent widow. The staff has been so great. Marketing was really helpful she spent time letting us see the apartment and guiding us. The Front office have been great to talk to when we have questions. Maintenance has quickly fixed the little things like door not shutting right. Everyone shows such kindness. Location was the main reason for our selection. The food plan that you can pick which night to eat at Bloomfield was a key selling feature for us. Recent building improvements shows that the property folks want to keep this a great place to live. The card games and community activities have introduced our mom to a whole new set of friends. She is very happy with her choice and we all agree!

From the time I and my family walked in, we felt at home. The staff were all cheerful, other residents were friendly, and everyone loved my dog. The apartments were nicely laid out and my dog was right at home on the balcony. after visiting with several residents, I don’t know how anyone could be bored with all the activities offered. Looking forward to a repeat visit before making our final decision.

I loved the options available with all the unique floor plans. AND EVERY apartment had it's own private balcony. Even the smallest one bedroom felt spacious. The common areas were welcoming and all the residents we met were friendly and enthusiastic. First place we have visited that my husband gave his sign of approval. Now to agree when...

This is a safe and happy place for us seniors to live. The residents are friendly and helpful to each other. The extra activities add color to our daily lives. It's good having a staff that listens to our requests. And to have a maintenance crew that responds quickly, and repairs things. The landscape around us is colorful and adds to our pleasant walkways. Worship, and spiritual development is encouraged, and space is available for it. The same goes for learning, or mind development.

I was searching for months for a beautiful community for my parents who would be moving from out of state. From the first call to the community I had a sense of relief that we found the perfect location for them with everything they need right under one roof. My mother loves to swim and wanted a community with a heated pool. Once my mom saw the beautiful pool, bar area and so much patio furniture she was sold on this being the place for them. They have been there several months and wished they moved sooner.
