They are nice and understanding. It is a very clean facility. Friendly staff and good food too. I would recommend Pine Ridge to others looking.

Laurel Springs has it all— wonderful gated community social activities, wonderful helpful staff, and lovely living spaces. There is also a lot of trees and other aesthetics that is maintained by the management. My dad has a very nice shaded patio that faces the lake, He loves it there! Although they do not provide care like an assisted living facility, we will add services that he needs in the future on our own. This just made good sense to us and he is much much happier with this.

We enjoy it here at Laurel Springs because we can set and watch the ducks and geese on the small lake behind us. I like being here behind gates (for security). We have walking trails and a great staff that really takes good care of us. We also have things going on at the clubhouse everyday:Games, Crafts, Morning Coffee, Lunches, Dinners. We also have entertainment brought in by the staff at least once a month. Laurel Springs Is just a wonderful place that you can’t help but like.

What makes this place so special is the administrators and the help. My wife and I have not wanted for anything since we moved here. We can be as social or unsocial, physical or unphysical as we choose. I am 85, been here 4 years, and plan to stay at least another 25???

This 55+ Active retirement community is excellent. The property is clean and peaceful. The Laurel Springs community is friendly and super active with games, outings, guest performers, and monthly cultural events. Lastly, the staff is on top of their game - communicative, responsive, friendly, and caring to the entire community and their families. My dad has made so many friends and is proud to call it home.

Plenty of activities if you’re interested and the freedom to choose which ones fit your lifestyle. Or the opportunity to just relax at home. The residents are friendly and congenial. The staff is accommodating and service oriented. A lovely place to live and enjoy.

The staff are professional and great fun. Neighbors are all very friendly and fun to be with and the homes and grounds are very well maintained. Lots of fun activities to attend with something for everyone's taste. It is like living in the neighborhood from my younger years.

I went to tour this community and they were having happy hour and invited me to stay for a drink! They were all so friendly and engaging. Can not wait to be a part of the party! It was clean and there was a pool and hot tub too. Lawn care was maintained and they told me they even provide lightbulbs.

I went to Laurel Springs for a tour and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to my questions and made me feel seen as well as understood. The community was beautiful and well maintained. [name removed] took a personal interest in assisting me with everything I needed.

The top category is the meals/dining. Meals are excellent with many choices and substitutions allowed. Where else, if you don't like the three main dinner entrees could you be offered filet mignon as an alternative? Based on the experience I have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families.

[Name removed], the Director, is wonderful. And the sales lady that we worked with last year was so sweet. We don't have house keeping. The move in process was fine, but we did all of the moving. The facility doesn't provide meals. I would recommend the facility. The people seem safe and that's what matters.

Spacious apartment. Continental breakfast daily. Delicious lunch and dinner with many choice. Sunday Brunch with Mimosas. Biweekly cleaning. Pub with happy hour. Casino with lessons. 2 libraries, Computer room. Entire staff is warm, friendly and attentive. Will recommend to all.

I would say that for a mostly independent senior it's wonderful. Lots of activities, very happy with the food in the dining room and can also request carryouts or alternative select entrees at any time. Housekeeping is good and staff is always available to help with any problems. If anything needs to be fixed it is done in a timely manner.

My cousin and I aren’t getting any younger. Even though we are still working, living at the Verena will be uplifting. We toured the facility and immediately fell in love with the place. It has everything we wanted and even more. The staff is extremely friendly along with the residents we met. Looking forward to spending the rest of ourblives there.

I have been at Preston Place for a little over 2 months now.The residents at this community are so caring, friendly, and observant of when you are missed at functions. There are many events throughout the month that meet any individuals interest or hobbies, exercise program, or games and functions you can enjoy. Something for everyone and bus transportation for those whose wish to not drive. Great walkways among the beautiful trees and flowers to enhance the property everywhere, I am very pleased I chose Preston Place for my new home and family.

We came to Meadowstone after looking at several retirement communities. We loved the unit available and it’s location, It is nicely maintained and we like the independence of the units. The amenities we enjoy are the Continental breakfast every morning, the happy hours and numerous activities planned every week. We like the library, workout room, voluntary exercise programs, swimming pools, and movies The staff is always available, helpful, and pleasant. Truly Meadowstone is better than we expected or hoped for. We feel safe and secure and are thankful to be here !!
