Beautiful community and friendly people. Really feel at home in this community. Fun activities and clean enjoyable pool and staff are super kind and understanding. Hot tub is, yea, hot heehee. Pet friendly too!

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure the whole time I was there. Very clean and friendly with a great deal of fun activities to do. And a really reasonable cost to benefit ratio.

Verena at Delray has been a beacon of hope and comfort for our family. The staff’s dedication to providing a nurturing environment is evident in every smile and kind gesture. Their commitment to residents’ well-being goes beyond mere duty; it’s a heartfelt mission that they carry out with grace and professionalism.

I went to visit two friends and felt so welcomed by everyone. I felt I was a friend of theirs too. The place was clean, friendly, and perhaps all anyone would need. Their apartment was charming and made nicer by the patio. The food was good., What more could you ask?

Mom loves it here at arbour square!! The staff is very friendly and nice. Just loves all the activities and the food is exceptional!! The other residents are very nice and my mom is so blessed to have them here to keep her company

My husband and I enjoy living at Grace Pointe. We love walking the grounds, especially around the ponds. The ducks are so cute and friendly! Last but, not least the office and maintenance personnel are truly awesome.

Anyone that is interested in a good, secure and nice living conditions will find it here at Verena. The staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. There are a great deal of interesting things to do. Also the facility is pet friendly.

I live alone and work from home. Before moving to Laurel Springs, I felt so isolated and lonely. Now, I consider my Laurel Springs' neighbors as friends. LS offers the perfect balance of privacy and social interaction. Residents are allowed to personalize their homes, so we don't feel like we're living in a "facility". Residents look out for one another, and everyone feels welcome. The LS staff works hard to keep the grounds looking good and the residents entertained. There's something for everyone here! So glad I made the move.

Feel like I have made a permanent home with the benefits of a great country club. From day one I was very impressed by the staff here. From the little to the big things, the staff responds very favorably. I love being back in bible study twice a week and church on Sunday. Have found that we all come from different walks in life, but kindness is extended to all.

For the past two years, I have lived at Verena at Bedford Falls independent living facility. When we tired of taking care of a large home, yard, and all that goes with owning and caring for a home, we made an appointment to visit Verena. We walked in and immediately felt a peaceful warmth that I had never experienced. It was where we belonged! We wrote a deposit check on the way out, called a realtor from the parking lot and put our house on the market. We sold in 8 days and moved in to Verena 34 days later. Caring, loving, fun, residents and staff, excellent food, and all the amenities for less money than I was paying running our home. There's a lot to be said for living with people from all backgrounds, all walks of life, that have one thing in common. We all want to live out our lives in peace, security, caring for each other, and sharing our lives. That is what Verena exemplifies every day! Come to visit. You may be surprised!

Staff is nice all the time. They got a new cook who is cutting costs and the food is not as good as it has been previously. Rent has also increased a lot recently. Arbour square is a facility when residents can come and go, independent living. The only staff are the receptionist, cleaning lady and servers & cooks. They are all nice.

Have been totally satisfied with all of our experiences at ARBOUR SQUARE. We personally have made a move from an upstairs one bedroom to the same type except to the first floor with a patio. Just couldn’t be happier. The staff has been so supportive while we made the move. Enjoying the meals….quality, quantity, etc.

My wife and I lived in two other communities before we found Verena at Gilbert. The first two had great expectations but we never saw them. We have lived in Verena for two years now and are still very happy here. Management is open to change to make it better and are both friendly and honest. Maintenance is prompt to fix any problem that may occur with the facility. The Common Areas are kept clean and the Food is great. Activities abound and if you are bored, it's your decision to be. Maybe it took two mistakes to appreciate what we found in Verena.

I moved here in Feb 2024. I love it here. It’s very classy, special, safe, well kept and management here is top notch. The location is great and my family loves to come here to visit. My Great Grandson [name removed] says Grandma you have your own Special Village.

After my husband died, I was able to carry on with my home and garden. Then my health changed. I decided to try independent living. This was an excellent decision for me. Sold the house, redistributed the unnecessary household items etc. I found it super easy to fit into my new lifestyle. Many different backgrounds, personal histories and experiences. Lots of things to share. Many activities and most importantly delicious food with a daily changing menu. No more cooking, cleaning, household planning. I feel very fortunate to be here. Aging has its challenges but sharing them with others makes it easier. I have been a widow for 14 years. Some friends were dubious when I announced my change of living. They accepted my decision when they realized I am happy, active and healthy.

Beautiful setting with the pond and wildlife, more activities than I can possibly do. If you are not active you will miss out on so much. We are a Community and look out for one another, that is the best part.

All the employees and residents have been very friendly and helpful. Coming from my own home I'm first getting accustomed to apartment living. I really don't like most of the food. The apartment are very generous in size. My dog is not happy here. As soon as I walk out of the apartment she keeps barking. Just hope she does not disturb other residents.

Verena - well landscaped ,recently renovated public areas ,many meal choices and activities galore! What makes Verena is the people , all are in similar stages in their lives and willing to assist to meet individual needs.

From start to finish of the move in proceess and then the months that have passed by have been such a relief for my parents and I. My mother can go to activities in the building knowing that dad is just upstairs. She has taken to water color painting and my dad enjoys the music events that are held. I know they are eating well and my father gained some much needed weight but there are great food choices available and my mom has lost a few pounds since she can choose a balanced meal. They have both thrived and become a part of the community in their own ways. As for the apartment, it is light, bright and easy to keep up. The cleaning service is perfect for them. I cannot say enough on how happy we all are that we found Venena!!!

I have been a resident of Verena at Hilliard since March, 2023 and I love living here. I am happy to share with you the reasons for my contentment : I don't have to cook and the food is delicious! I don't need to mow the lawn, shovel snow, clean the gutters or trim the shrubs. I can easily get to church, shopping and doctors. I love and respect the staff and fellow residents. I can visit the library in a few minutes, rain or shine. I love meeting new friends and sharing their experiences. Soooo, I ask What's Not To Like????
