I had the opportunity to visit Laurel Springs with my Dad and had a great experience. The community is set up nicely and the Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We especially liked the Club House and pool area. We will definitely keep this property in mind when it’s time to make our decision.

Verena at Gilbert offers everything you could ask for ,for independent retired adults. Rent fincludes everything from a beautiful apparment, maintenance, house keeping an executive cheft, plus all the activities you could ask for to keep everyone active in their golden yeas. Everything is included in your rent no hidden surprises plus Transpiration for all your important appointments. If I had to rate it's a 10 out of 10.

Our experience here has been great. The management is excellent and always willing to help in any situation. WE are very satisfied with our little place. When we've been out and we're coming back it just feels like we're coming home.

Love laurel springs, from the best staff, the community and the cleanliness of the community makes anyone feel like they are in a safe place surrounded by people that actually care about them! They have so many fun things to offer for the community that lives here. I highly recommend laurel springs!

Having lived here from the beginning, I can truly say that I've never lived in a community so loving and caring. Our management team sets the tone and exemplifies what a friendly smile and a warm welcome to each of us can do make our day a pleasant one. I feel blessed to have found Chesapeake Bay, and have shared these thoughts with many friends, 4 of which decided to move here as well.

I have been at Pine Ridge of Garfield for nearly four years. I like the friendliness of the community and the ability to pick and choose different activities to participate in. Some of my favorite things to do here are card games and horse races. I have made many friends here and feel close to the staff as well.

Staff is outstanding, especially [names removed] . All are helpful and courteous. I especially like Thirsty Thursday with live entertainment and karaoke. Wonderful activities with card games (bridge, hand and foot, etc ) yoga, pool, aerobics, art classes, and various field trips. General atmosphere of friendly residents. Facility is beautifully decorated and runs efficiently under maintenance supervisor, [name removed] There is nothing [name removed] can’t fix. Housekeeping is outstanding. All in all a well run facility!!! Only negatives: could use more variety in food, more seafood, less heavy sauces, but meals have improved in recent months. Chef is working to make improvements. Also accepting residents with mental and physical disabilities is not a good image for Verena/Gilbert!

I looked at a number of places before moving here and the friendliness and cleanliness are what stood out most to me when I was looking for a place to call home. My daughter works in the industry and did a lot of research before helping me choose a place that would be the best fit for me. The meals are great, the staff are very friendly and cheerful, and there are many amenities included. They really take the time to get to know you here.

I am so happy to be living here! I made the move from Pennsylvania and I could not be happier. I love my apartment and everyone who lives here is so wonderful. The staff are so helpful and take care of everyone.

I moved to Laurel Springs 5 years ago after loosing my husband. I was not able to keep my home and lawn in order. I am so very happy I moved when I did. Laurel Springs has been perfect for me. I love the many friends that I have made here. We have a wonderful clubhouse with a pool and many activities. Coffee is every morning at nine, at 2 o'clock each day we have games at the clubhouse. We have various luncheons and dinners with entertainment thru the month where we enjoy friends and fellowship. Come when you can, there is always someone to visit with. Our staff is the best: [names removed] all go above and beyond to see the residents are cared for. I have been here for 5 years, I love my cottage. We have 1,2,and 3 bedrooms to choose from and they are spacious as well as beautiful.

I've been here almost 4 years and I wish I had moved sooner. The best thing about Verena for me are the people. The residents are wonderful. The staff is so nice and they take care of all the residents.

I've been here 6 years and I love the friends I've made and the staff. There are fun socials and activities to do. We always have a good time and I love my apartment.

I've been here 5 months and love absolutely everything about Verena! You can sit down anywhere and find friends to talk to. Everyone is so nice and there is nothing that anyone wouldn’t do for you. There are activities for everyone whether you want to relax or go on fun trips

Laurel Springs is a really nice ACTIVE ADULT 55+ community. We feel like we are on an extended vacation. There are a lot of activities offered to everyone here. You can be as active as you choose to be. The staff here, [name removed] , the ED and [name removed] , are very caring and try to accommodate the residents as much as possible. The cottages are really nice and have plenty of room.

I am so happy my loved one lives here!! I love that the staff is always available and friendly!! I never have to worry about an emergency, even after staff leaves for the day. She also enjoys the many different activities and events they do!!

The staff is more than staff, they are family. The care that they gave my folks was kind, loving, and caring always! The folks were always warmly welcomed everyday, and checked on if they hadn't been seen in awhile. The apartment was big and bright and meet the needs of my folks. There are so many activities that they could be part of to keep them busy. I would give Verena of Gilbert the true seal of approval. Blessings

This community is absolutely amazing. My mom moved in a few months back and we can't believe how busy she is now with everything on the Social Calendar. Our families favorite time to visit is for Thursday Happy Hour's. They typically have an entertainer, serve drinks, and dance. I cannot believe how lively this community gets during that time. You do not want to miss out on all the fun.

Verena at Gilbert is not like any other retirement community I have toured. It is resort managed and it shows through and through from the delicious food to the abundance of activities offered. The beach entry to the pool is the perfect touch. It’s just like being at a resort. The people were friendly and kind. I am looking forward to making Verena at Gilbert my home.

Verena at Gilbert is a very warm and welcoming community. The residents are very active and engaged in all the wonderful activities offered. The pool is like being at a resort and there is a gas grill available for the residents and their families.

I feel blessed to be here. My daughter helped find this community for me and I couldn't be happier to be living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and there is always something going on and people to talk to.
