Meadowstone is a beautiful place with lovely staff. I really enjoy my home here. The location is great! It is close to doctors, dowtown, the hospital and other beautful locations and we have a great activity director

I'm 68 and was looking for a place where I felt safe and was around people close to my age. I had passed by Chesapeake Bay several times and thought it looked like a nice place to live. Before moving here, I owned a home, then decided to downsize and move to a condominium. They had no garages or carports, and the parking space for my condo was quite a distance down an uneven sidewalk with cracks (a fall risk) to my door. Before I moved to Chesapeake, I met the sweetest lady in the apartment lobby and she and I have grown to be close friends. She introduced me to others, and I met so many people I had a difficult time keeping up with their names. My new friend invited me to play Dominoes on Tuesday evenings and later I was asked if I would like to play Canasta on Thursday nights. Before I knew it, my calendar was quickly filling up with really enjoyable activities. I used to stay at home and didn't socialize at all, but I'm happy to say that's all in the past.

The employees at Pine Ridge of Garfield are all so friendly and helpful as are all of the residents. The food is really good, I especially enjoy the beef tenderloin with mushroom gravy. I like going to play Bingo, cards, and the opportunity to learn other games.

Retirement at it's finest. We have found great friendships at Chesapeake Bay. There isn't the stress and expense of maintenance or landscaping that we had while living in our house. The maintenance team takes care of it. Management is friendly and strives to assist in every way they can. We have great amenities available, and we can be as active or inactive as we want. The location is perfect - we are close to restaurants, shopping, doctors, and entertainment. We love it here.

Hello I have lived at Chesapeake Bay for 14 months. I lived across the street for 5 years and watched the place being built. In May 2023 my husband and I finally moved here. We were both 75 years sold and wanted to be with people our own age and life style. We have not had a change of mine since the move. We are in a Villa 2 bedroom with six apartments. There are 4 2 bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms in our unit. All the units have a garage attached. They have great Maintenace here for any issue with the apartment. All amenities are modern and easy to care. All our needs are taken care of. We also enjoy the activities here to include Bingo and the getting together with others in our age group. The Management staff are very helpful. I just want you to know If I could not live here I really would not be as happy as we are,

My parents have enjoyed living at Chesapeake Bay for the past 5 years! They arrived not knowing anyone, but have made truly wonderful friends through participating in the many activities offered onsite. They have also enjoyed going on planned outside activities. The office staff is very friendly and is always on-hand to help with any questions. My parents and their friends agree that they wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

As a very recent widow I feel very safe and secure here. My neighbors are wonderful always checking on me. All the staff here management and maintenance treat you with great respect and are always ready to help. This is my home where my family know I’m safe.

So far they have been great in helping us navigate this next chapter of my mom’s life as a widow and on her own. When she and her support dog did a tour my mom was already taking with residents (what she has been needing- friends) and all the staff was already getting to know her name and recognizing her!

We love living at Chesapeake Bay. The property is beautiful, well maintained, quiet and peaceful. There are many opportunities for social gatherings and activities and the staff is very accommodating. We have lived at Chesapeake Bay for over two years, and it has been a pleasure to come home each night to our apartment.

My mom & step father live here and the facility is very nice. Well kept. Had dinner here tonight. They've lived here for a year or two, but this was our first dinner in the dining room. The baked cod was cooked perfectly. It was overall, a very good dinner. Friendly people and comfortable vibes. Highly recommended!

Preston Place has individual apartments, does not have the hotel feeling like others. I feel very secure walking the grounds which are well kept. The entertainment and social activities are very robust and diverse.

The best place you can live. We have beautiful grounds and mature trees. Lots of local restaurants and shopping around here. I’ve lived here 7 years and love it! The staff couldn’t be more helpful and caring!

Wonderful Great 55+ community The environment is very friendly and welcoming Located in the heart of Omaha east access to shopping, medical, restaurants, and parks. Everything at your fingertips with activities, complimentary transportation, temperature controlled garage and array of other amentities

Love the care staff. Everyone is wonderful especially [name removed]. Very helpful and very knowledgeable and sincere. [name removed] always asks how I am and sees if I need anything. Facility has amazing activities.

Laurel Springs is the community that cultivates relationships. And it starts with [name removed]! [name removed]is so thoughtful and full of love for each and every one of the residents. All of the people who I know who live at LS just brag about [name removed] every time I see them. They talk about how much they love [name removed] and recognize what she all does for them. Gosh, if anyone is considering a retirement village they need to move in to Laurel Springs!

I couldn't be happier to be living here. Everyone is very nice and I enjoy the outdoor amenities with the patio and walking trails.

I am incredibly pleased with our experience at Pine Ridge at Plumbrook.From the moment we toured the community, we felt a sense of warmth and care that truly sets this place apart. The staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely cares about each resident's well-being. My dad has found a wonderful group of friends here and enjoys the wide range of activities and events offered daily. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and feel like home. The dining options are also excellent, providing nutritious and delicious meals every day. My dad feels empowered to live life on their terms while having the comfort of knowing help is available whenever needed. I have peace of mind knowing that he is in a safe, supportive environment that encourages social interaction.

Hello, we have been here for 3 years and we are Very Happy Here. The Lady's are very Helpful and are always happy to help. We always tell people that we are pleased to be here and wouldn't have it any other way. There is always something to do here. We love the 2 beautiful pools and the Club Room is so nice we tell are friends it's like being on a Ship. it's beautiful here

The new management hasn’t kept the landscaping up near as well as before. Internet needs to be upgraded, lots of down time. Impossible to stream shows on internet. We need additional maintenance personnel, takes days for maintenance to be handled. Feel they are stretched thin over the 3 properties.
