I have lived at Pineridge Villas of Shelby for three years Although there have been times when I was not satisfied with the dining experience, management has made great strides to improve menus, culinary and waitstaff . My overall experience is great. Many social activities, bus service to doctor appointments and shopping. Great security. Best place for me

After living in my nice home on a circle with great neighbors four forty years, it was hard to make a move. We look at places for four year and finally went with Bloomfield’s. It took sometime for me to commit to this being a good direction for us. The turning point for me came when there was a knock at my door. There stood [name removed]a staff member who ask if he could replace the furnace filter clean our screens and our windows. I’m very happy here, free from yard work, home repairs, home insurance and security concerns. I have lots of time to do all the fun stuff here, at church, to fish, play golf or go to the gym.

I’ve been here just three months, and Bloomfield has proven to be one of the best decisions of my life. The staff is remarkable in their friendliness and willing to help. It’s a beautiful, clean, bright, open place with always something to do. The residents are so friendly as well, and care about each other. It’s home.

Chespeake Bay is so unique for the quality, security, as well as the staff's attention to the needs of the residents. I cannot say enough about this property and have been a resident here for three years. For those suddenly alone after selling their home, it is difficult to find an apartment facility which offers as much comfort and security as Chesapeake Bay offers. Whether a place for Mom or a place for Dad, this offers so much value for the cost. I have lived here for over a year and a 1/2. It it was Rocky going for a while with the old owners, but the new owners have stepped in and done necessary maintenance, replacment and repairs. They were smart enough to retain most of both the office and maintenance staff, who are both capable, helpful and friendly. There is a good mix of ages among the current renters here and many amenities and events to chose from for socializing and entertainment. I am very happy to call 00Chesapeake Bay my home.

I've lived here for over 2 years. Very happy here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Residents are nice. Lots of planned activities for a wide range of interests. Apartments have high-end finishes that make them beautiful as well as functional.

When we moved here, we were pleased to feel like we still lived in a home, rather than apartment living. We have a front door to our porch, bench, and flower beds. We can plant our choices in the flowerbeds. The outdoor aspect of Meadowstone is conducive to socialization among the neighbors. We quickly met new friends! It is like having our own home without any of the responsibilities. It has been well-worth the work involved in moving out of our home.

Meadowstone is a place that I have a full kitchen and nice size apartment. I like the group activities, exercise, book club, bible study, pins and needles and all the other fun things we do. I love living here and my friends. I like the out doors and not long hallways and the friendliness of residents and staff.

Love the landscaping, enjoying being outside my apartment, no dark hallways. Great activities, [name removed] does a great job with the variety. We have a group that gets together by the pool called the Barflies. I have a good time here.

I love the location because it is close to doctors and shopping. I like being able to go outside and enjoy the outings at night, music programs. Our activity dept is run by [name removed] and she does a fantastic job. I also appreciate the office staff, [name removed] and [name removed] do a good job of managing everything.

I think we have a wonderful concierge [name removed] is very organized and takes care of all of us. We have a great continental breakfast but no other meals but that is ok with me. Our maintenance staff is top notch

I love the solitude when I choose it and the myriad of activities when I choose it. The friendships that are exhibited in the community are very important to me. I have lived her for seven years and love it

Meadowstone meets all my emotional, physical and needs in a pleasant clean environment. It has beautiful facilities and has a wonderful staff. I have loved it for 7 years and have many friendships..

Meadowstone is a beautiful place with lovely staff. I really enjoy my home here. The location is great! It is close to doctors, dowtown, the hospital and other beautful locations and we have a great activity director

I'm 68 and was looking for a place where I felt safe and was around people close to my age. I had passed by Chesapeake Bay several times and thought it looked like a nice place to live. Before moving here, I owned a home, then decided to downsize and move to a condominium. They had no garages or carports, and the parking space for my condo was quite a distance down an uneven sidewalk with cracks (a fall risk) to my door. Before I moved to Chesapeake, I met the sweetest lady in the apartment lobby and she and I have grown to be close friends. She introduced me to others, and I met so many people I had a difficult time keeping up with their names. My new friend invited me to play Dominoes on Tuesday evenings and later I was asked if I would like to play Canasta on Thursday nights. Before I knew it, my calendar was quickly filling up with really enjoyable activities. I used to stay at home and didn't socialize at all, but I'm happy to say that's all in the past.

The employees at Pine Ridge of Garfield are all so friendly and helpful as are all of the residents. The food is really good, I especially enjoy the beef tenderloin with mushroom gravy. I like going to play Bingo, cards, and the opportunity to learn other games.

Retirement at it's finest. We have found great friendships at Chesapeake Bay. There isn't the stress and expense of maintenance or landscaping that we had while living in our house. The maintenance team takes care of it. Management is friendly and strives to assist in every way they can. We have great amenities available, and we can be as active or inactive as we want. The location is perfect - we are close to restaurants, shopping, doctors, and entertainment. We love it here.

Hello I have lived at Chesapeake Bay for 14 months. I lived across the street for 5 years and watched the place being built. In May 2023 my husband and I finally moved here. We were both 75 years sold and wanted to be with people our own age and life style. We have not had a change of mine since the move. We are in a Villa 2 bedroom with six apartments. There are 4 2 bedrooms and 2 one bedrooms in our unit. All the units have a garage attached. They have great Maintenace here for any issue with the apartment. All amenities are modern and easy to care. All our needs are taken care of. We also enjoy the activities here to include Bingo and the getting together with others in our age group. The Management staff are very helpful. I just want you to know If I could not live here I really would not be as happy as we are,

My parents have enjoyed living at Chesapeake Bay for the past 5 years! They arrived not knowing anyone, but have made truly wonderful friends through participating in the many activities offered onsite. They have also enjoyed going on planned outside activities. The office staff is very friendly and is always on-hand to help with any questions. My parents and their friends agree that they wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
