Beautiful facility. Caregivers are very attentive. Dietary choices should include dental soft foods in the future.

On behalf of my sister and I, I just wanted to afford in advance, our sincere thanks and appreciation to you and your team at the Traditions of Deerfield for your assistance and care of our Dad! In January 2018 my wife and I provided care for approx 2 weeks in our home. I garnered a new found respect for all who are engaged in the care of our beloved seasoned citizens. It truly entails the trait of a servants heart to provide the daily care and attention warranted in our Sr facilities. Again, many thanks.

My husband has been a resident in memory care for over 8 months. I would like to compliment the entire staff on their exceptional service to the entire community. All the nurses, aides and activities personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable about each resident's wants and needs. The meals are very food and wonderful variety. The maintenance dept. is available to provide any needed service with a smile.

The best place that I have found in Cincinnati after visiting 40+ establishments. My parents lived at another facility prior to Traditions and I have seen their lives improve many fold. The staff are excellent and so helpful. I would recommend Traditions to everyone. [Name removed] was wonderful and of tremendous help to me and my family. Overall - Great.

Mom has lived at Park Place for a month and a half now. She was able to settle in and feel at home quickly because the staff went out of their way to help her meet people and feel included. There are a variety of activities offered daily ans weekly that she has started to enjoy. To quote my daughter after her first visit to see where Grandma lives, "It looks, feels and smells more like a nice hotel or apartment building than an 'old people's home'." The most important thing for me is that Mom is happy, active and safe. And she is all of those things and more here at her new home.

I visit Gentry Park often. This community is vibrant and happy. I have eaten here and you choose your meals from a menu. It is like eating at a restaurant - delicious! They have a van and go on many outings in Bloomington. My loved ones care needs are always met and the staff is wonderful.

My mom is at this community. From the time she came in they treated all of our family like royalty! They have it all here. When they set the price, that’s it - no hidden or added on items. The staff know her and what she likes and dislikes. She is happy!

The wife & I moved into the garden homes in April 2017. No more lawn keeping, no more shoveling snow. If anything goes wrong, call maintenance. Housekeeping every other week, meals available, still have kitchen if you want to cook. Staff very good. Many activities to choose from. This is as close to heaven as I will get.

I like everything about Gentry Park. I really enjoy living here, the people are friendly and helpful.

I enjoy living here. The people that work here makes my life to be special and having them are always enhance my day with smiles and talking. They are looking for events to fill the day, everyone makes us feel safe and feel their love.

This is a beautiful community like nothing else I have looked at. While the amenities are vast what stood out for me was how attentive and caring the staff was with the residents that live there. My mom will be moving here.

Friendly, helpful staff. Meals are healthy with many choices. One can choose the time one desires to eat. Room and bath very clean and trash disposed of immediately. One item I would like to have is a kitchen sink disposal.

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 1 year. She's very happy and active in her community there. I'm very pleased with staff and her care.

My aunt has resided at Gentry park in memory care for 1 yr. I'm very pleased and satisfied with her care.
