Traditions Management

From beginning to end, our experience was great... I only wish it was longer. My loved one passed away just a few months after moving in but we are thankful for every minute. From the time you pull in and hear music playing outside and residents enjoying sunshine to the clean and open entrance set the tone. The concierges that greet are always pleasant and professional and the tour and move-in process was seamless. Staff had excellent communication and truly know the preferences of the residents. Sure, it wasn't perfect and we had to work through some kinks at the beginning but the responsiveness and willingness to make it work by supervisors set the tone for the building... We are a large amount of gratitude to the staff at Meadowbrook for all the effort put forth. I cannot speak highly enough about the management and openness of this community and willingness to meet each individual need.

I have had the opportunity of touring numerous different Assisted Living Communities in the area while searching for an apartment for my Mom. We made the mistake of choosing another nearby community first and quickly realized we may have made a mistake. Meadow brook is ideal from the moment you park and hear the music as you enter... The entrance is open and grand but also just the right size.. not to big. the apartments are modern and well equipped and a great size. But its not just about the building and layout that makes Meadow Brook great, its also about the people. .. having chose another community the first time the interaction and attentiveness from staff was night and day. My only regret is I wish i would have moved her here sooner!

We toured Meadow Brook for my father and was very pleased. The place is very bright, cheery and staff is very warming. We would have loved to had my father move in, but he decided to stay home. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future needs.

The staff at Meadowbrook is very attentive and adaptable to their residents needs. They always go above and beyond the norm to provide exceptional service. Great work Meadowbrook!!

I had my appointment with [name removed]. I also did an evaluation and gave the community and my appt with [name removed] high marks in a survey. I am keeping in touch with her as there are not any garden homes available at this time. I certainly will keep it on the list and I have a folder of info... I have numerous appts this month and I will let you know when I have time for appts. I have already talked with a few of them already.

My grandma has lived at Meadow Brook for several years and loves it! The employees are great and the building is always clean. She always participates in the fun things they do during the day, and the food is delicious.

I have toured this community several times. The staff are always friendly and inviting. Their residents are always happy and engaged. The community is kept clean and beautifully maintained. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for senior living options.

Make no mistake there is no perfect retirement community, bit the people at Traditions come close to making it perfect. The quality of living my mom has experienced can only come from a loving heart by caregivers, maintenance and food prep people. The greatest asset starts with leadership [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] and 5 star rated too!!

Great place for my Mother and close to our family as well. I had been there earlier but wanted my sister to see it. They gave us a quick tour even though we did not have an appointment.

they take excellent care of my dad here, my only complaint is the food, it could be better, he has been here for 10 months and is in the memory care..

Great Place! I was pleasantly surprised! [Name removed] was an awesome host in showing and explaining the property to us. She followed up appropriately and was available each time we called on her. Although we have opted not to move, if we ever change our mind, this Traditions at Beaumont would be the first senior community on my list!

[Name removed] is especially helpful and cheerful every time I speak with her. They have really done a great job!

My mom lives in the independent garden homes and loves it. Great community!

We toured several communities for my parents, but not one could compare to traditions. I can see my mom and dad very happy here for many years. They are excited to enjoy the many amenities at Traditions.

Our parents are here, the staff is so attentive, they treat them and us like family! They are happy and so are we! Friendly staff starting with the sales director all the way to housekeeping, they are exceptional.

My mother has been living at Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care for the past three years. She first lived in assisted living and then moved to memory care. The facility is lovely on both sides, very up to date and clean. However, I am most impressed by the care my mom received. The staff is very caring from the office staff to the nursing and the caregivers. It is not an easy time for the Seniors...but the staff at Hilliard Assisted Living and Memory Care made the experience as stress free and pleasant as possible!

The staff at Traditions is amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. My dad is a handful and can be very difficult one moment and pleasant another so I really appreciate everyone and their caring spirit. Again, thank you for all the help during our first week. I can't say enough about the staff from the nurses, CNAs, dining room to [name removed] the coordinator.

[Name removed] arranged my move from my home into Traditions. Everything went very smooth. After a few days Traditions became my new home and I am happy I made the change. Food, room service, and new friends have all been positives. This is as good as this time-of-life allows. Have recommended Traditions to my friends.
