Pine Ridge - Hayes is a wonderfully warm community with great people that believe its truly all about the residents. Mom enjoys really good food, new friends and very creative activities. Although she doesn't use them right now, it's comforting to know that concierge personal care services are available 24/7/365. Thank you, Pine Ridge!

This place is my top choice, I am just waiting for an apartment to become available. They provide lunch every day and are considering adding dinner. One of the things I like is they have a wellness system you can participate in. The apartments are a decent size and not too expensive.

My daughter recently started working at Pineridge of Hayes and I have volunteered for several of there functions. I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff with the residents as well as "outsiders". It is very clean and well kept and very organized. There are no "smells" like I've encountered at some other places. I would really consider this place when I "come of age"!! The company should really be proud of their employees at this facility.

So far, so good. We visited several places in the area and liked Ashford Court for a combination of convenience to family, smaller size of facility (about 150 residents), cost and ability to add-on services to independent living. We're still in a difficult transition period with Mom.

I have been a part of the Corby Place Senior Living family for over 14 years. In that time I have found true caring and concern as well as first rate care given by all staff members. It pays to actually go to the community and speak with the residents that live there. They are honest and forth coming about their home here. People are willing to go above and beyond and I have never witnessed any kind of neglect. I highly recommend you take the time to visit and see for yourself.

The best thing I ever did was move my father from his cold drafty mobile home into the cozy spacious apartment at Cardinal Retirement Village. He used to just sit and not talk much. Now he walks in the hallways for exercise every morning. He gets involved in activities. He has made new friends. He loves the live musical entertainment that is offered two or three times a month. He has not taken any bus outings yet but he plans to when the weather gets warmer. We believe everyone who works there are the nicest people you ever want to meet.

Our experience with Ashford Court has been a good one! Everyone here has been so nice, and they take great care of the people who live here! They also do an excellent job keeping families updated about the status of their loved ones. It's a very nice place overall, and worth a look if you're looking into senior living!

This facility is by far the most comforting in terms of fear experienced by those who face the determination that a parent or loved one are unable to remain at home alone. As an individual that has been employed at an assisted living facility in the past, I witnessed first hand the horrible things that we read about in the newspapers. It just so happened that I landed a job at a poorly run facility on the east coast that was later investigated and closed down. You can be sure, that if anything is not quite right in an elder care facility of any kind, I would be sure to pick up on it immediately! The wholesome environment that Sutter Estates provides is evident on each visit. The residents are content, the staff are kind hearted and helpful, and if you walk through the dining hall during a meal the food smells amazing. I would strongly recommend this facility.

She loves it there! We love to visit and join her in many of the activities. A really great place!

It was an ok community for independent living but our loved one needed higher level of care. They do have assisted living here too but that care is provided by a secondary company and really for assisted living they barely squeaked by. This community would be fine for someone one who is independent and does not need that secondary care.

We chose Ashford Court because it was the best value for what they offered. We looked at a few other communities and some were a little nicer but the price was a lot higher, just wasn’t worth the price jump for the small differences. There is a couple of things they could do better, like my mom needs assistance taking a shower and they are suppose to be able to make it happen but sometimes they are not successful. They are trained to do that so seems like they could get just a little better there. They offer about 4 activities a day with a good variety. The appearance of the community really drew us in, it is very clean and overall and nice community.

I have been at Ashford Court for less than a year and would rate it 4 stars. The staff is very caring and responsive to concerns. I would recommend the community to others.

The nurses and aides are all very nice and caring. Very friendly staff. Also, the other residents are so nice and look after each other. Very friendly staff, excellent meals.

It was a very kind community and very helpful. It depends on the situation if I would recommend them to others because my particular situation my father's Alzheimer's was not something they could particularly handle as he became violent and they didn't have the means to be able to handle it.

My dad had an efficiency apartment and it was close to the dining room. He liked the food but found there were times that the escort came early to get him to the dining room. I like that he had people who helped him get dressed and undressed each day. I like that he had three meals a day if he chose to eat. I liked that he had someone make sure he took his medicine each day. I live out of state and was not able to see him every day so Ashford Court and the extra care that was available helped him live out his life to the fullest.

We would rate the overall experience a 4.5. It was nice took good care of my mom in respite. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

I'd rate the overall experience as good. Her apartment is always clean and it's a comfortable size for a single person. The facility is well maintained and always clean. I can't really provide any feedback regarding activities. The residents are currently eating all meals in their apartments due to a flu outbreak.

Our experience under the previous ownership was 4. We can't really speak to the current ownership since most of the staff changed. The main complaint we had was due to the food quantity and quality.

The facility and care is pretty average. It's not intended to be a high end experience but in my opinion the cost is very good for what is provided. The tenants note that the food is mostly mediocre and the activities are pretty repetitive. Older folks sometimes tend to focus too much on the negatives. I'm more than happy with the level of quality care that my father is receiving.
