Dad seems happy with the food. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. They offer daily activities. The staff are friendly and keep me informed. I would recommend this community.

I have been coming to Pine Ridge Hayes for over 10 years. The staff members treat the residents with compassion and care. The management is always willing to listen to the concerns of family members and does their best to resolve issues. Everyone is treated equally. The residents are entertained and their families are welcome to come in any time. The building feels like a cottage up north, and the apartments all have a screened in porch. The best thing about this community is the people, who are so friendly and neighborly. Everyone knows each other and they check in on each other. The care company is really good at what they do, and they offer a lot of different care options. I highly recommend Pine Ridge Hayes.

Dad passed away earlier this year in Chicago. His last words to us were to bring mom to Michigan to be near the family. After scheduling a tour and meeting with the staff at Sentinel Pointe, I knew this was the community for mom. Once she made the decision to move, the staff at Sentinel Pointe immediately focused on her needs; both emotionally and physically. This touched our hearts deeply. The amenities are endless; making the lives of all their residents worry free. Her apartment is beautiful and we are so comforted knowing she will be taken care of in the most loving way. Thank You to all the staff at Sentinel Pointe!

The community is very convenient for my loved one, it is all one story with lots of space and has and has a huge backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery. My parents room is a spacious two bedroom with a beautiful bathroom. The staff are always smiling and have great personality. I would suggest this community to anyone looking into retirement.

The community and the staff were very helpful and eager to please. The Director was wonderful in assisting with anything that my loved one or I needed help with. The community has a great program where my loved one did not want to participate in activities. The community was able to set my loved one up with another resident and now my loved one has become a social butterfly. The community is always kept clean and maintained.

The layout of the community unfortunately did not meet our needs. They only had one bed rooms available at the time we took our tour. The staff was really sweet and answered all of our questions. We also did get to see some interaction between the staff and the residents that was nice. Overall it's a nice community it just didn't workout for us and our needs.

My mother in law has been engaging more in activities. One thing i really like is the staff they are friendly and caring. The food has been good my loved one seems to be liking it. I feel that she is in a safe community. It's very clean and up-kept.

It was a great experience for my father here at Elliott Place. They have a lovely staff here, they took good care of my father and his needs. I know he was safe and in good hands. They provided him with great care. Overall it was a pleasant experience. This is a community I would recommend.

Pine Ridge provides a very warm and friendly atmosphere and the caregivers are very attentive. Lots of activities and flexibility with meals and services. All in all ,a very good choice.

Pine Ridge of Hayes is a must see if you are touring senior living communities. The community has a warm "home" like appeal. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm. They truly care about the well being of their residents with their heart!

Mom did not want to leave her home of 60+ years but needed a place that was accessible for her walker. We checked out many places, but chose Pine Ridge. She has made the move and adjusted immediately! She loves her apartment, says the food is very good, and everyone is very friendly. She is happier and healthier than she has been in months! The screened in porch for each apartment is such a bonus. We are extremely happy with the staff and facilities.

So far everything is working out pretty well. They are taking good care of my mom and her needs. They have a very friendly staff here. There are activities offered for the residents. I've tired some of the meals and the food is good. I know she is receiving good care. So far this would be a community I would recommend.

i have lived here for almost five years and It's a great place! They took away all my worries. The food is awesome, restaurant style with daily specials and a large menu selection. The care staff from Royal Comfort Care Services are always helpful and friendly even though I don't need them right now I know that when I do they will be right there for me. We go all over for great activities and eating out with the new bus. And the folks in wheelchairs love the power lift and easy tie-downs making it a fast and easy process.

My brother is settling into Pine Ridge very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have not had a chance to try the food but my brother likes it. They offer certain activities such as bingo and cards. They do not offer much in the way of exercise classes. The community is beautiful and they keep it well maintained.

It's very, very, VERY good. It's clean. The staff is outstanding. They have been SO good with my mother, and my family. It doesn't matter when I show up, they always seem to be running smoothly. My mother was participating in the activities! They have movie day, and different kinds of things going on. They don't exclude memory care patients from big events, and the staff has treated my mom so well.

As the newest member of Corby Place Senior Living, I have to say that this place is one in a million The small staff know and love their residents and will do anything to make their life happier. I have worked in long term care for over 35 years and the term family is thrown around a lot but here it is lived. Care Services are now provided by Royal Comfort Care lead by Vickie [last name removed] and her team of amazing women and men to assure that your needs are met in your home with the assurance that help is simply a push button away answered 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The food is more than amazing and the activities are a wide array to meet the needs of each and every individual. Monthly meetings with residents assure input in what their day looks like and what things they would like to try or experience.

We have been happy with them so far. I would give them a five.

I know that one thing they can definitely improve on is making sure that the housekeeping staff is cleaning the apartments. Other than that, I really can not think of anything else that they can improve upon.

My brother is here and and the people are great with him. The staff has accommodated him very well. The place is clean and overall I would have to say arocss the board that our experience had been pleasant.
