The staff is so lovely! We always see the same pleasant faces. The building is CLEAN - and its smells clean. The dining room is cheery and the food is varied and cooked well (albeit maybe not exactly like...
Welcome to Thrive and a fresh perspective on senior living. Over a decade ago we took a hard look at traditional senior living. We quickly knew we would not want to visit most of these places, let alone live there; so, we created communities where Elders would not only love to live, but...

Thrive on Skidaway is a small and connected community and the residents and the staff have been lovely. The food is also the best we have had at any assisted living center.
Thrive on Skidaway is a dynamic elder living community that opened in Savannah, GA during the fall of 2020. We believe that if a community's focus is strictly on great care, they don't care enough. At Thrive on Skidaway great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things. Thrive team...

I think that someone needs to know about activities that are available, specifically. It can get pretty boring around here at times, if you are not interested in the activities that are available.
The Social at Savannah has a fresh perspective on Senior Living. We have thrown out the blueprint for Senior Living! We are a community for older adults to thrive and enjoy living life to the fullest. We believe that words create worlds. You won't hear us refer to our community as a facility,...

Thrive is a very good place for senior living and memory care. In the 9 months my husband was there in memory care, he was treated with the utmost respect and treated with dignity and respect. Any issue we...

Memory care is limited with the services they can provide. Most residents there are high functioning or have family members who visit every day. I had to move my mom as her health declined because their...

We chose Thrive at Jones Farm because we liked the location and it was a secure facility which is good because she is good at sneaking out. You have to have a key card to get in and out of the memory care unit. We feel safe with her here, they seem to be taking great care of her. In memory care, the room sizes are big but the layout is just a little weird. I have eaten here and I think that this is something they could use improvement on. There is no flavor and the foods are not as fresh as they could be. My favorite part is the whole staff seems to know each resident by name. I would and we have recommended this facility.

This is a good facility. The care providers do a good job and really care about my mom. My mom struggles with this Covid-19 thing and it will be good when they let us back in to visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others needing senior care.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They have made my mother very comfortable and safe. The only complaint I have is the lack of housekeeping. The cleaning daily of rooms should not be put on health care workers and families. The health care workers have their hands full let alone have to clean.

Savannah Commons has turned out to be a great place for my mother. She is a new resident and still trying to adjust but seems to be happy. She likes the food and participates in some of the activities. One thing that was kind of disappointing is the fact that she doesn't get to join the exercise class since it's not offered in her building. I am positive things will continue to go well.

My loved one was only here a brief time, but I thought Savannah Commons seemed like a nice place, overall. The people were friendly, the facility was clean and well kept, and there weren't any issues with her getting her meds on time. I would definitely be comfortable using them again if the need arises.

Overall I think things have gone very well with Savannah Commons. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I've heard from my loved ones is that they didn't have any option when it came to what company to use for the phone service (they wanted to stay with their original carrier but had to switch.)

The med tech staff for the most part are responsive, and show care and empathy. The non med staff turns over to much. They cannot perform basic tasks like doing simple laundry. The food is terrible. High starch, low protein, small portions, etc. they do not respond to feedback about the poor quality of meals and serve the same thing over and over

They have an amazing place that is beautiful, warm and inviting. The staff that does the day to day is very friendly. The residents are really sweet. They have an incredible outdoor space and do tried to make fun things happen throughout the summer. However, this is a new facility and with any brand new place there are some bumps but overall we are happy. I do wish they had more activities for the residents. I also wish they had their shuttle service available to take residents who can't drive to and from appointments. Since this is a brand new space, getting permits for things has been a bit of a delay and hassle. But they promised us it is coming soon! The food is not what it should be as of today. They have limited menus, quality is below average and very expensive for what you get which is a little disappointing. Hoping it gets better now that the place is getting fuller with more residents. Overall, though my loved one is thriving, and their quality of life is 110% better being surrounded by people their own age and being able to enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces in a safe environment. I def recommend Thrive at Montvale.

This community was for peole that are up and moving and getting around. It was not for an older crowd and it was very modern, seemed to be more like a 55 and up.

Before entering my loved one into this community there were a lot of promises of taking care of my parent that has not been fulfilled. Communication skills is their weakest point. The next weakest point is knowledge on how to take care or deal with demented seniors. Traning is needed.

The memory care nurses aren't wonderful. Some are very good. Others don't speak English and are mean. It's awful. Especially if you don't have any family member or an advocate. Memory care is adequate The activities for memory care were better until the last activities director retired. She said she'd stay until the found a replacement. And they just said no thank you and said leave now. They're all about the bottom line. Nickel and dime everything.

Most of the comments are regarding the staff. They could be more alert and attentive to the patients. The RNs and LPNs plus train medtechs do a great job covering several budings. Food is good but not hot. Rooms are kept clean. Most of all the Aide staff could use a good refresher training.

Positive: State of the art facility. They have a variety of activities. Yet, you have your own space/apartment. Secure facility. Negative: staff lacks communication. 1st day/move in: Welcome packet not received. Clueless about dining times/protocol. Maintenance/Work order system: poor

Thrive At Augusta is a beautiful community and the rooms are beautiful as well. Some of the staff members were wonderful and some were not. The food they served was very salty and really small portions.
